Although our c...The concept of ＂real man＂ is the historical origin and the logical starting point in The Marx＇s Materialist Conception of History, and is also our basic starting point in the social science research. Although our country＇s social security system has made great development and progress, but it still does not adapts the level of economy development, especially compared with the requirements of the people. Based on the principle of Marx＇s ＂real man＂ theory and combine the ＂real man＂ with the ＂people oriented＂, this article discussed the basic framework of the present social security system and its shortcomings in China. Then I try to put forward suggestions from breaking the urban-rural dual structure, gradually establishing urban and rural areas as a whole one of social security system, actively expanding the social security fund financing channels, establishing a nationwide unified social security of personal accounts, strive to establish a ＂people oriented＂ social security system.展开更多
Wang Shipeng lived in a period of the Southern Song Dynasty when national conflicts,class contradictions and social problems were very serious.He insisted that the emperor should take the people as the foundation of h...Wang Shipeng lived in a period of the Southern Song Dynasty when national conflicts,class contradictions and social problems were very serious.He insisted that the emperor should take the people as the foundation of his country and local officials' administration be the critical factor in carrying out this people-oriented thought.Aiming at dealing with those phenomena which endanger the people's interests,Wang Shipeng put forward a series of measures,such as selecting virtuous competent officials,punishing merciless officials,being more cautious in passing sentences and relieving people's taxes burden and so on.Those measures were practiced in Wang's tenure of office.Wang's people-oriented thought had a high pertinence and reality in his period and was helpful in alleviating the conflicts and stabilizing the social situation.The economy was developed and so was the imperial court's cohesion.In spite of its limitation in protecting the rule of the Southern Song Dynasty,Wang's people-oriented thought made a great historical progress.展开更多

In the present work,transparent and anti-fogging AlPO_(4)-5 films were prepared on glass substrates using a novel developed process.The process entails a simple in-situ sol–gel followed by vapor phase transport.The i...In the present work,transparent and anti-fogging AlPO_(4)-5 films were prepared on glass substrates using a novel developed process.The process entails a simple in-situ sol–gel followed by vapor phase transport.The in-situ sol–gel process was implemented by coating the precursor sols for the synthesis of AlPO4-5 on the glass substrates successively using the spin-coating method.The films and powders scribed from the films were characterized by X-Ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),atomic force microscope(AFM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The unique films were composed of oblique oriented nanoflake AlPO_(4)-5 crystals with the thickness of about 20 nm.The formation of nano-flake crystals can be ascribed to the high concentration of the precursors,resulting in the formation of a supersaturation system.The obtained films showed high antifogging performance due to the superhydrophilicity with a water contact angle of lower than 1.0°.The silicone oil contact angle was also low about 8.2°.In addition,heteroatom-substituted AlPO_(4)-5 films showing different colors can be obtained easily by simply adding transition metal ions in the phosphate acid solution during the preparation that can extend the application of the method for different coating demand.展开更多
