ASYMPTOTIC BEHAVIOR OF SOLUTION FOR NONLOCAL REACTION-DIFFUSION SYSTEM

This paper deals with reaction-diffusion system with nonlocal source. It is proved that there exists a unique classical solution and the solution either exists globally or blows up in finite time. Furthermore, its blow-up set and asymptotic behavior are obtained provided that the solution blows up in finite time.

GLOBAL EXISTENCE OF SOLUTIONS OF CAUCHY PROBLEM FOR GENERALIZED BBM-BURGERS EQUATION

In this paper, the existence and the uniqueness of the local generalized solution and the local classical solution of the Cauchy problem for the generalized BBM-Burgers equationare proved. The existence and the uniqueness of the global generalized solution and the global classical solution for the Cauchy problem of equation （1） are proved when n = 3, 2, 1. Moreover, the decay property of the solution is discussed.

Enthalpies of Solution of Complexes of Rare Earth Nitrate with L-α-Histidine in Water

The enthalpies of solution in water of complexes of RE(NO 3) 3 (RE=La～Nd, Sm～Lu, Y) with L α Histidine (His) were measured at 298.15 K. The standard enthalpies of formation of RE(His) 3+ (aq) were calculated. The 'tetrad effect' regularity was observed from the curve, which is the enthalpies of solution plotted against the atomic numbers of the elements in lanthanide series.

Comprehensive form of solution for Lamb's dynamic problem expressed by Green's functions

By the analysis for the vectors of a wave field in the cylindrical coordinate and Sommerfeld＇s identity as well as Green＇s functions of Stokes＇ solution pertaining the conventional elastic dynamic equation, the results of Green＇s function in an infinite space of an axisymmetric coordinate are shown in this paper. After employing a supplementary influence field and the boundary conditions in the free surface of a senti-space, the authors obtain the solutions of Green＇s function for Lamb＇s dynamic problem. Besides, the vertical displacement uzz and the radial displacement urz can match Lamb＇s previous results, and the solutions of the linear expansion source u^r and the linear torsional source uee are also given in the paper. The authors reveal that Green＇s function of Stokes＇ solution in the semi-space is a comprehensive form of solution expressing the dynamic Lamb＇s problem for various situations. It may benefit the investigation of deepening and development of Lamb＇s problems and solution for pertinent dynamic problems conveniently.

GLOBAL EXISTENCE OF SOLUTION TO NONLINEAR INTEGRODIFFERENTIAL EQUATION IN A BANACH SPACE

Using Daher's fixed point theorem, we obtain a local existence theorem, in which the assumption is weaker than That in the Theorem 2.1 in [2]. Based on this theorem, we get a global existence theorem which is an extension of certain results for ordinary differential equations.

COMPLEX VARIABLE-VARIATIONALMETHOD OF SOLUTION FOR BI-METALLAMINATES WITH INTERFACE CRACKSAND ITS APPLICATION IN GLUED JOINTS

In this paper, the eigen function expansions of displacements and stresses of bi-metal laminates with interface cracks are obtained. Furthermore, the stress intensity factors are determined by the variational method to satisfy the boundary conditions and there are only line integrals in the variational equations due to the previous satisfaction of all basic equations. The computations show that this method of solution has the advantages of rapid convergency and time-saving. The results obtained by this method for homogeneous material agree with the known ones very well.

ON DIRECT METHOD OF SOLUTION FOR A CLASS OF SINGULAR INTEGRAL EQUATIONS

In this article, by introducing characteristic singular integral operator and associate singular integral equations （SIEs）, the authors discuss the direct method of solution for a class of singular integral equations with certain analytic inputs. They obtain both the conditions of solvability and the solutions in closed form. It is noteworthy that the method is different from the classical one that is due to Lu.

Blow-up of Solution for a Nonlinear Hyperbolic Equation

This paper gives the suffcient conditions of blow-up of the solution of a nonlinear hyperbolic equation with the initial boundary value conditions in finite time and proves the existence and uniqueness of the local solution of the problem.

The Aysmptotic Behavior of Solution to a Class of Inhomogeneons Systems of Gas Dynamics

The Global Attractor and Its Dimension Estimation of Generalized Kolmogorov-Petrovlkii-Piskunov Equation

In this paper, the initial boundary value problem of a class of nonlinear generalized Kolmogorov-Petrovlkii-Piskunov equations is studied. The existence and uniqueness of the solution and the bounded absorption set are proved by the prior estimation and the Galerkin finite element method, thus the existence of the global attractor is proved and the upper bound estimate of the global attractor is obtained.

ASYMPTOTIC METHOD OF TRAVELLING WAVE SOLUTIONS FOR A CLASS OF NONLINEAR REACTION DIFFUSION EQUATION

In this article the travelling wave solution for a class of nonlinear reaction diffusion problems are considered. Using the homotopic method and the theory of travelling wave transform, the approximate solution for the corresponding problem is obtained.

Existence of Solutions of a Two-Point Boundary Value Problem

A two-point boundary value problem with a non-negative parameter Q arising inthe study of surface tension induced flow of a liquid metal or semiconductor is studied. We provethat the problem has at least one solution for Q ≥ 0. This improves a recent result that theproblem has at least one solution for 0 ≤ Q ≤ 13.21.

Analytical solution of basic equations set of atmospheric motion

On condition that the basic equations set of atmospheric motion possesses the best stability in the smooth function classes, the structure of solution space for local analytical solution is discussed, by which the third-class initial value problem with typ- icality and application is analyzed. The calculational method and concrete expressions of analytical solution about the well-posed initial value problem of the third-kind are given in the analytic function classes. Near an appointed point, the relevant theoretical and computational problems about analytical solution of initial value problem are solved completely in the meaning of local solution. Moreover, for other type ofproblems for determining solution, the computational method and process of their stable analytical solution can be obtained in a similar way given in this paper.

EXISTENCE OF SOLUTIONS TO BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEMS FOR IMPULSIVE DEFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS WITH DELAYED ARGUMENTS

In this paper,we study the existence and approximation of solution to boundary value problems for impulsive differential equations with delayed arguments.Sufficient conditions are established for the existence of a unique solution or extremal ones to the given problem.A monotone iterative technique is applied.

DISTRIBUTION OF REACHABLE WORKSPACE AREAS IN PHYSICAL MODEL OF THE SOLUTIONS PACE OF 2－DOFPARALLEL PLANAR MANIPULAT

The expressions for calculating the values of the workspace areas of 2-DOF parallel planar manipulators (PPM) is derived. By the aid of computer, the values are calculated and plotted on the physical model of the solution space of the 2-DOF PPMs,so the workspaee-area-property atlas is obtained. The atlas delineates the relationship between the workspace areas and the link lengths of the 2-DOF PPMs all-sidedly. It is very useful for designers overalI to understand and know welI the relationship.

Semigroup of Weakly Continuous Operators Associated to a Generalized Schrödinger Equation

In this work, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the solution of the generalized Schrödinger equation in the periodic distributional space P’. Furthermore, we prove that the solution depends continuously respect to the initial data in P’. Introducing a family of weakly continuous operators, we prove that this family is a semigroup of operators in P’. Then, with this family of operators, we get a fine version of the existence and dependency continuous theorem obtained. Finally, we provide some consequences of this study.
