For the beam pumping unit,the power consumption of oil-well power heater accounts for a large part of the pumping unit.Decreasing the energy consumption of the power heater is an important approach to reduce that of the pumping unit.To decrease the energy consumption of oil-well power heater,the proper control method is needed.Based on summarizing the existing control method of power heater,a control method of oil-well power heater of beam pumping unit based on RNN neural network is proposed.The method is forecasting the polished rod load of the beam pumping unit through RNN neural network and using the polished rod load for real-time closed-loop control of the power heater,which adjusts average output power,so as to decrease the power consumption.The experimental data show that the control method is entirely feasible.It not only ensures the oil production,but also improves the energy-saving effect of the pumping unit. 展开更多

A novel agent XL was developed for solving the problem. Experimental results showed that the toughness of the set cement containing XL was improved remarkably. The engineering properties of the slurry containing XL, drag reducer USZ (0.2% BWOC), filtrate loss additive F 17B (1.2% BWOC) and crystalloid expanding agent F17A (3% BWOC) could meet technical requirements of cementing operation. After perforation, good quality cement sheath enhanced with XL was observed by CBL/VDL logs in a deep well. 展开更多

The relationship between microstructures and mechanical properties of a medium carbon V-N microalloyed steel used for N80 seamless oil-well tubes of hot rolling non-quenched/tempered (non-Q and T) was investigated.The results have shown that volume percentages of upper bainite,modified bainite and ferrite have a decisive influence on impact energies of steel tubes.When the total volume percentage of bainite is larger than 5%,the impact energy of tubes can not satisfy with the industrial criteria.Moreover,if the total volume percentage of bainite is smaller than 5%,then the impact energy of steel tubes enhances with volume percentage of ferrite increasing.The final microstructures have closely relation with tube billet quality,controlled cooling temperature after tube rolling and cooling method after stretch-reduction-diameter.High quality of medium carbon V-N microalloyed steel for non-Q and T oil-well tubes can be produced through comprehensive control of microstructures and mechanical properties in sub-procedures,especially for tube billet quality and controlled cooling parameters. 展开更多
