Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection is a global problem that affects about half of the world’s population and requires sufficient attention in clinical and scientific work. Due to differences in economic and medical c... Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection is a global problem that affects about half of the world’s population and requires sufficient attention in clinical and scientific work. Due to differences in economic and medical conditions among countries around the world, there is currently no unified treatment plan for anti-HP. In China, empirical quadruple therapy is mainly used. With the abuse of antibiotics, many patients face the problem of secondary eradication after failure, and the resistance rate of HP is gradually increasing. After eradication failure, drug sensitivity cultivation is carried out to choose sensitive antibiotics for treatment. A new strategy is currently needed to address how to improve the eradication rate of HP during the first eradication. This article aims to discuss the first-line treatment plans and research progress for eradicating HP based on drug sensitivity testing before eradication. Compared with traditional empirical therapies, treatment based on drug sensitivity results can effectively improve the eradication rate of HP, and reduce drug resistance rates, and adverse reactions, among other benefits. . 展开更多

A multi-purpose prototype test system is developed to study the mechanical behavior of tunnel sup-porting structure,including a modular counterforce device,a powerful loading equipment,an advanced intelligent management system and an efficient noncontact deformation measurement system.The functions of the prototype test system are adjustable size and shape of the modular counterforce structure,sufficient load reserve and accurate loading,multi-connection linkage intelligent management,and high-precision and continuously positioned noncontact deformation measurement.The modular counterforce structure is currently the largest in the world,with an outer diameter of 20.5 m,an inner diameter of 16.5 m and a height of 6 m.The case application proves that the prototype test system can reproduce the mechanical behavior of the tunnel lining during load-bearing,deformation and failure processes in detail. 展开更多

大规模外语口语考试在线评分质量体系建设是一项系统工程,也是保障评分信度和可靠性的关键环节。在全国大学英语四、六级考试(CET)在线评分流程顶层设计指导下,三维度在线评分质量保障体系将口语评分过程中样卷及培训卷挑选流程、评分... 大规模外语口语考试在线评分质量体系建设是一项系统工程,也是保障评分信度和可靠性的关键环节。在全国大学英语四、六级考试(CET)在线评分流程顶层设计指导下,三维度在线评分质量保障体系将口语评分过程中样卷及培训卷挑选流程、评分员培训流程、评分过程动态监控流程三个不同层面的子系统一环扣一环关联起来,使标准化工作机制一步一步落到实处。该体系从宏观和微观的管理视角,自上而下而又自下而上地从不同层面对评分误差进行控制,以降低评分中因评分员主观因素造成的给分差异。CET-SET6在线评分实践表明,该保障体系的实施提升了CET-SET评分信度和效度,有效保障了评分质量。该体系的建设也可为提高大规模、高风险考试在线评分信度、效度及质量管理水平提供一定的借鉴和参考。 展开更多

Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO and Al_(2)O_(3)-spinel low cement castables(LCC-AM and LCC-AS)have been extensively used in steel ladles as working linings.Nevertheless,the use of alumina-magnesia gunning mixes has been mainly kept for maintaining these castable linings,because of high rebound loss,poor green strength,high porosity and short life-span.Thanks to a high BET alumina(MC-G),it is now possible to develop a series of high-performance no-cement or low-cement Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO gunning mixes(NCG-AM or LCG-AM).The paper focuses on the BOF slag resistance of NCG-AM,LCG-AM,LCC-AM and LCC-AS.The corrosion mechanisms of rotary slag samples were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM/EDS).The results reveal different microstructures around MgO particles,depending on the four used compositions.Continuous and thicker spinel phases were formed in NCG-AM,which was proved to have the best corrosion resistance after the dynamic slag test.MC-G can provide a high diffusion flux of Al^(3+)in terms of kinetics and hence inhibits Kirkendall porosity around MgO particles.In addition,a continuous spinel phase acts like a pinning nail to reinforce the matrix and thus decreases erosion by slag.In contrast to NCG-AM,the porous spinel phase was found around unreacted MgO particles and some particles were carried away near the interface of LCC-AM and slag.The NCG-AM containing MC-G had been tested in two steel plants,and it extended the service life of the ladles up to 50%.In addition,this study suggests the potential application of NCG-AM as steel ladle linings. 展开更多

A new ray-testing approach is presented to classify the part surfaces to core/cavity surfaces and undercut surfaces by automatic identifying the visibility of surfaces. A simple, direct and efficient algorithm to identify surface visibility is developed. The algorithm is robust and adapted to rather complicated geometry, so it is valuable in computer-aided mold design systems. To validate the efficiency of the approach, an experimental program is implemented. 随着全球电力需求的持续增长和电力网络的不断扩展,输电线路的安全性与稳定性尤为重要。输电线路在连接发电厂和用户的过程中,承担着可靠输送电能的重要职责。为提升输电线路的安全,研究提出一种基于掩膜区域卷积神经网络(Mask Region C... 随着全球电力需求的持续增长和电力网络的不断扩展,输电线路的安全性与稳定性尤为重要。输电线路在连接发电厂和用户的过程中,承担着可靠输送电能的重要职责。为提升输电线路的安全,研究提出一种基于掩膜区域卷积神经网络(Mask Region Convolutional Neural Network,Mask R-CNN)的输电线路安全检测模型,并引入特征金字塔网络(Feature Pyramid Network,FPN)对其进行改进。实验结果表明,在数据集尺寸为500时,改进Mask R-CNN模型的准确率为0.91,损失函数值为0.01。改进的Mask R-CNN模型能够有效提升输电线路缺陷检测的精度,具有较高的实用价值,能够提高电力系统的安全监控水平。 展开更多

文中在综合比较过去各类陆面过程模式优缺点的基础上,主要参考BATS模式,发展了一个陆面过程模式(LPM-ZD)。它具有以下几个特征:1.采用物理方程和经验解析公式相结合的方法进行土壤温度和土壤水汽的求解。在上层土壤,... 文中在综合比较过去各类陆面过程模式优缺点的基础上,主要参考BATS模式,发展了一个陆面过程模式(LPM-ZD)。它具有以下几个特征:1.采用物理方程和经验解析公式相结合的方法进行土壤温度和土壤水汽的求解。在上层土壤,土壤分层较细并采用温度传导和水汽扩散方程求解,而在下层土壤,土壤分层较粗并利用经验方法处理。2.考虑了降水分布的次网格特征及其对陆面水文产生的重要影响。3.较全面地考虑了雪盖对陆面过程的各种影响:对陆面水文的影响、对土壤热传导的影响以及雪盖的高反照率对辐射收支的影响。利用3组单点观测试验资料对陆面过程模式LPM-ZD进行了“独立(of-line)”模拟试验。模拟结果表明陆面过程模式LPM-ZD具有较好的模拟性能,能够比较准确地模拟不同气候区的多种下垫面类型的陆面过程变化特点,模拟结果与观测基本一致。进而又利用一组观测资料和模式LPM-ZD进行了一系列敏感性模拟试验,试验结果表明模式LPM-ZD对一些参数的确定非常敏感,如初始土壤水汽、植被的物理特性参数以及降水次网格分布因子等,因此提高确定这些参数的准确性是改进陆面模式的重要内容之一。 展开更多

种鸭蛋的品质影响着孵化率和健雏率,挑选优质种鸭蛋孵化不仅可以减少孵化占用的资源,还可以及时将不适宜孵化的种鸭蛋筛选出另做它用,避免其孵化失败造成浪费。为了对不同外部品质的孵前种鸭蛋进行检测分级,该研究设计了一种基于图像处... 种鸭蛋的品质影响着孵化率和健雏率,挑选优质种鸭蛋孵化不仅可以减少孵化占用的资源,还可以及时将不适宜孵化的种鸭蛋筛选出另做它用,避免其孵化失败造成浪费。为了对不同外部品质的孵前种鸭蛋进行检测分级,该研究设计了一种基于图像处理和深度学习的种鸭蛋外部品质检测系统。在传送轨道上获取种鸭蛋的透射图像后,选取多张鸭蛋图像中的最大长轴计算形状特征,通过交错值衡量大小头相似度;在伽马变换平衡图像颜色后,使用HSV分割提取脏污特征图来计算脏污面积;采用自适应阈值分割和脏污特征图掩膜对图像样本数据进行预处理,搭建裂纹识别网络CrackNet来识别脏污鸭蛋的裂纹。结果表明,该检测系统可计算种鸭蛋的大小、蛋形指数、脏污面积和大小头相似度,检测表面裂纹,计算所得长轴和蛋形指数的均方误差仅0.2202 mm^(2)和0.000058,CrackNet的裂纹识别准确率为98.03%,研究结果可为入孵前种鸭蛋的筛选工作提供技术支持。 展开更多

为研究钢纤维、聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维、矿粉3种因素对混杂纤维高性能混凝土隧道衬砌管片受力性能的影响,针对不同体积分数的钢纤维(0.5%,1.0%,1.5%)、PVA纤维(0.1%,0.2%,0.3%)和不同掺量的矿粉(10%,20%,30%)设计了L_(9)(3^(3))的正交试验,... 为研究钢纤维、聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维、矿粉3种因素对混杂纤维高性能混凝土隧道衬砌管片受力性能的影响,针对不同体积分数的钢纤维(0.5%,1.0%,1.5%)、PVA纤维(0.1%,0.2%,0.3%)和不同掺量的矿粉(10%,20%,30%)设计了L_(9)(3^(3))的正交试验,并制作1块钢筋混凝土(RC)衬砌管片和9块钢-PVA混杂纤维高性能混凝土衬砌管片进行抗弯性能试验。研究结果表明:与RC衬砌管片相比,钢-PVA混杂纤维能显著提升衬砌管片开裂弯矩、裂缝宽度0.2 mm对应的弯矩、屈服弯矩、极限弯矩和控制裂缝开展的能力,其中钢纤维对管片极限弯矩提升最为显著,最大提升幅度达64.0%,其次是矿粉和PVA纤维;3种因素的最佳掺量组合为:1.5%钢纤维,0.3%PVA纤维和20%矿粉。对钢-PVA混杂纤维混凝土的选用原则和在衬砌管片的应用提供理论及试验依据。 展开更多

Thanks to its richness of spectral components, various applications of this technique have been proposed and reported in the lit- erature covering both structural integrity inspection and material characterization in various industrial sectors. To support its development and for better understanding of the phenomena around the transient induced eddy currents, attempts for its modelling both analytically and numeri- cally have been made by researchers around the world. This review is an attempt to capture the state-of-the-art development and applications of PEC, especially in the last 15 years and it is not intended to be exhaustive. In this approach, the regular and chaotic motions can be decided by calculating the parameter K approaching asymptotically to zero or one. In this study, we focus on the 0-1 test algorithm and illustrate the selection of parameters of this algorithm by numerical experiments. Land subsidence is a major factor that affects metro line (ML) stability. In this study, an improved multi- temporal interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) (MTI) method to detect land subsidence near MLs is presented. In particular, our multi-temporal InSAR method provides surface subsidence measurements with high observation density. The MTI method tracks both point-like targets and distributed targets with temporal radar back- scattering steadiness. First, subsidence rates at the point targets with low-amplitude dispersion index (ADI) values are extracted by applying a least-squared estimator on an optimized freely connected network. Second, to reduce error propagation, the pixels with high-ADI values are classified into several groups according to ADI intervals and processed using a Pearson correlation coefficient and hierarchical analysis strategy to obtain the distributed targets. Then, nonlinear subsidence components at all point-like and distributed targets are estimated using phase unwrapping and spatiotemporal filtering on the phase residuals. The proposed MTI method was applied to detect land subsidence near MLs of No. 1 and 3 in the Baoshan district of Shanghai using 18 TerraSAR-X images acquired between April 21, 2008 and October 30, 2010. The results show that the mean subsidence rates of the stations distributed along the two MLs are -12.9 and -14.0 ram/year. Furthermore, three subsidence funnels near the MLs are discovered through the hierarchical analysis. The testing results demonstrate the satisfactory capacity of the proposed MTI method in providing detailed subsidence information near MLs. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effects of miR-25-3p on the occurrence,development and proliferation of tongue squamous cell carcinoma cells.Methods:To establish tongue squamous cell carcinoma cell line Tca8113 that stably and highly express miR-25-3p using recombinant reiroviral vector-mediated gene transfer method.The proliferation of transfected Tca8113 was detected by thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide(MTT)and cell colony formation assays.eyclnD1,p21^(cipt)and p27^(kipt)mRNA expressions in the transfected Tca-8113 were detected by quantitative PCR.cyclinD1,p21^(cipt),p27^(kipt),AKT,p-AKT,FOXOt and p-FOX01 expressions in the transfected Tca8113 were detected by western blot analysis.In addition,miR-25-3p expression in the tongue squamous cell carcinoma cell line and tissue specimen was also detected by quantitative PCR.Results:Quantitative PCR showed that mitt-25-3p expression in the tongue squamous cell carcinoma cell lines and tissue specimen was significantly lower than that in the adjacent tissue.MTT and cell colony formation assays showed that after miR-25-3p overexpression,the proliferation of transfected Tca8113 was obviously attenuated.Western blot analysis and quantitative PCR showed that after miR-25-3p overexpression.p21^(cipt)and p27^(kipt)expressions were upregulated,while cyclinD1,AKT,FOXO1 expressions were downregulated,and AKT and FOXO1 phosphorylation was inactivated in the transfected Tca8113 cells.Conclusions:MiR-25-3p inhibited the proliferation of tongue squamous cell carcinoma cells and regulated cell cycle-related protein expression,playing an important role in the occurrence and development of squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue. 展开更多
