This effort to increase competitiveness is also creating an overstocked supply for existing and new clients. Not every product is meant for every client and aggressive sales strategies tend to repel clients which can cause serious problems in long-term client-bank relations. This paper will analyze savings and investments products along with their adaptation and modulation regarding client needs. Accordingly, banks will be able to offer particular products to clients with specific needs and wishes. The analytic hierarchy process, or simply AHP method, represents a process which will be able to transform client's demands and affinities into a customized offer. It is an easy-to-implement method used in any step of the decision-making process; the process must have multiple alternatives and each of them carries specific characteristics. The decision maker ranks all the characteristics and simultaneously all the alternatives, according to his affinities forming a final decision. This paper will explain how banks will be able to adapt to client needs and wishes in the future using the AHP method.展开更多

However, CMNs are usually located or implemented on application layer, which makes CMN...Real-time multimedia sharing in Consumer-centric Multimedia Network(CMN) requires usability anywhere, anytime and from any device. However, CMNs are usually located or implemented on application layer, which makes CMNs subjected to their fixed substrate security framework. A fundamental diversifying attribute for the customized security experiences of CMNs is pressing. This paper proposes a programmable network structure which is named Service Processing Chain(SPC) based on network function combination. The SPC is established by the ordinal combination of network functions in substrate switches dynamically, and therefore constructs a special channel for each CMN with required security. The construction and reconfiguration algorithms of SPC are also discussed in this paper. Evaluations and implementation show that above approaches are effective in providing multilevel security with flexibility and expansibility. It is believed that the SPC could provide customized security service and drive participative real-time multimedia sharing for CMNs.展开更多

To deal with the increasing demand for low-volume customization of the mechanical properties of cold-rolled products, a two-way control method based on mechanical property prediction and process parameter optimization...To deal with the increasing demand for low-volume customization of the mechanical properties of cold-rolled products, a two-way control method based on mechanical property prediction and process parameter optimization(PPO) has become an effective solution. Aiming at the multi-objective quality control problem of a company's cold-rolled products, based on industrial production data, we proposed a process parameter design and optimization method that combined multi-objective quality prediction and PPO. This method used the multi-output support vector regression(MSVR) method to simultaneously predict multiple quality indices. The MSVR prediction model was used as the effect verification model of the PPO results. It performed multi-process parameter collaborative design and realized the optimization of production process parameters for customized multi-objective quality requirements. The experimental results showed that, compared with the traditional single-objective quality prediction model based on support vector regression(SVR), the multi-objective prediction model could better take into account the coupling effect between process parameters and quality index, the MSVR model prediction accuracy was higher than that of the SVR, and the optimized process parameters were more capable and reflected the influence of metallurgical mechanism on the quality index,which were more in line with actual production process requirements.展开更多

Most consumers read online reviews written by different users before making purchase decisions,where each opinion expresses some sentiment.Therefore,sentiment analysis is currently a hot topic of research.In particula...Most consumers read online reviews written by different users before making purchase decisions,where each opinion expresses some sentiment.Therefore,sentiment analysis is currently a hot topic of research.In particular,aspect-based sentiment analysis concerns the exploration of emotions,opinions and facts that are expressed by people,usually in the form of polarity.It is crucial to consider polarity calculations and not simply categorize reviews as positive,negative,or neutral.Currently,the available lexicon-based method accuracy is affected by limited coverage.Several of the available polarity estimation techniques are too general and may not reect the aspect/topic in question if reviews contain a wide range of information about different topics.This paper presents a model for the polarity estimation of customer reviews using aspect-based sentiment analysis(ABSA-PER).ABSA-PER has three major phases:data preprocessing,aspect co-occurrence calculation(CAC)and polarity estimation.A multi-domain sentiment dataset,Twitter dataset,and trust pilot forum dataset(developed by us by dened judgement rules)are used to verify ABSA-PER.Experimental outcomes show that ABSA-PER achieves better accuracy,i.e.,85.7%accuracy for aspect extraction and 86.5%accuracy in terms of polarity estimation,than that of the baseline methods.展开更多

Based on the fuzzy set theory and Euclidean space distance, this paper puts forward a method for customer requirement weight calculation called Euclidean space distances weighting ranking method. This method is used in the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process that satisfies the additive consistent fuzzy matrix. A model for the weight calculation steps is constructed; meanwhile, a product innovation design module on the basis of the customer requirement weight calculation model is developed. Finally, combined with the instance of titanium sponge production, the customer requirement weight calculation model is validated. There are several important groups of clients, who may determine development processes and...The situation of the contemporary economic systems is based on their ability to ensure optimal response to the customer needs. There are several important groups of clients, who may determine development processes and who are recipients of public services. They include: residents, entrepreneurs, tourists, and State Treasury. Local governments are equipped with a range of legal instruments to provide public services addressed to the selected clients. The objective of this paper is to present the application of the AHP method to assess the significance of the selected categories of public services for different groups of clients in Poland. The results allow setting priorities for future policy and adjust the tasks to the specific expectations of each group of clients. The model of assessment of public services was built using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Since the 1970's, this multicriteria decision-support method has been used by researchers and practitioners in many areas of socioeconomic life. The case study presented in this paper involved 14 experts--public administration workers in one of the districts in Southern Poland. The survey consisted of two stages. First, they assessed--using the AHP--the influence of each group of customers on local development processes. The most important was "business" (priority 38.7%), followed by "tourists" (29.7%), "citizens" (26.1%), and "central administration" (5.5%). Second, they evaluated at the five-point Liken scale the influence of over 20 different public services with respect to different groups of clients. The results were aggregated using arithmetic mean and multiplied by the priorities of the clients. The synthesized final score indicated the most significant public activities overall, which were "roads" (4.16), "transport" (3.93), and "tourism" (3.84).展开更多
