Objective:To explore the effect of Jianpi Wenshen Granules on the Controlling Nutritional Status(CONUT)score in elderly patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:Seventy elderly outpatients undergoing maint...Objective:To explore the effect of Jianpi Wenshen Granules on the Controlling Nutritional Status(CONUT)score in elderly patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:Seventy elderly outpatients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis from January 2023 to January 2024 at the Blood Purification Centers of Taizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Taizhou Second People’s Hospital were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the study group and the control group,with 35 patients in each group.Both groups received maintenance hemodialysis,while the control group received only conventional Western medicine treatment,and the study group was additionally treated with Jianpi Wenshen Granules.The changes in biochemical and inflammatory markers before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The nutritional status of the patients was assessed using the Controlling Nutritional Status(CONUT)score,and detailed statistics were gathered on anemia and albumin levels in both groups.Results:After treatment,the CONUT score in the study group significantly decreased compared to the control group,showing a significant correlation(P<0.05).Albumin and hemoglobin levels significantly increased,with a notable difference(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:In elderly patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis,Jianpi Wenshen Granules improve the CONUT score and enhance nutritional status,demonstrating potential for clinical application and promotion.展开更多

Objective:To study the effect of nephrotic enteral nutrition preparation on the nutritional status and microinflammatory state in patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated by malnutrition.Methods: A total of ...Objective:To study the effect of nephrotic enteral nutrition preparation on the nutritional status and microinflammatory state in patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated by malnutrition.Methods: A total of 68 patients who received maintenance hemodialysis and had malnutrition in our hospital between January 2013 and July 2016 were collected and divided into control group (n=34) and observation group (n=34) according to random number table. Control group received regular dietary intervention, and observation group received nephrotic enteral nutrition preparation based on routine intervention. Nutritional status and microinflammatory state before and after intervention were compared between two groups of patients.Results: Before intervention, the differences in peripheral blood levels of protein indexes and trace elements as well as serum levels of inflammatory factors were not statistically significant between two groups of patients. After intervention, peripheral blood nutrition-related proteins TP, ALB, PA, Hb and TRF levels of observation group were higher than those of control group;peripheral blood trace elements Zn and Fe levels were higher than those of control group while Ca level was lower than that of control group;serum inflammatory factors IL-6, hs-CRP and TNF-α levels were lower than those of control group. Conclusion:Nephrotic enteral nutrition preparation can effectively optimize the nutritional status and reduce the microinflammation degree in patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated by malnutrition.展开更多

By introducing the main principle of Schering bridge to measure tanδ, the way of on-line monitoring of high-voltage electric power equipment was explained. Purpose:This research proposes a patent portfolio analysis model based on the legal status information to chart out a competitive landscape in a particular field,enabling organizations to position themselves within th...Purpose:This research proposes a patent portfolio analysis model based on the legal status information to chart out a competitive landscape in a particular field,enabling organizations to position themselves within the overall technology landscape.Design/methodology/approach:Three indicators were selected for the proposed model:Patent grant rate,valid patents rate and patent maintenance period.The model uses legal status information to perform a qualitative evaluation of relative values of the individual patents,countries or regions’ technological capabilities and competitiveness of patent applicants.The results are visualized by a four-quadrant bubble chart To test the effectiveness of the model,it is used to present a competitive landscape in the lithium ion battery field.Findings:The model can be used to evaluate the values of the individual patents,highlight countries or regions’ positions in the field,and rank the competitiveness of patent applicants in the field.Research limitations:The model currently takes into consideration only three legal status indicators.It is actually feasible to introduce more indicators such as the reason for invalid patents and the distribution of patent maintenance time and associate them with those in the proposed model.Practical implications:Analysis of legal status information in combination of patent application information can help an organization to spot gaps in its patent claim coverage,as well as evaluate patent quality and maintenance situation of its granted patents.The study results can be used to support technology assessment,technology innovation and intellectual property management.Originality/value:Prior studies attempted to assess patent quality or competitiveness by using either single patent legal status indicator or comparative analysis of the impacts of each indicator.However,they are insufficient in presenting the combined effects of the evaluation indicators.Using our model,it appears possible to get a more complete and objective picture of the current competitive situation.展开更多
From the perspective of regulatory focus theory,the influencing mechanism of pro-environmental behaviors(PEBs)in the private domain on behaviors in the public domain were analyzed by revealing the mediating ef‐fect o...From the perspective of regulatory focus theory,the influencing mechanism of pro-environmental behaviors(PEBs)in the private domain on behaviors in the public domain were analyzed by revealing the mediating ef‐fect of the status quo maintenance and the moderating effect of the prevention focus orientation.The study re‐sults show that PEBs in the private domain significantly promote individuals’PEBs in the public domain.The status quo maintenance partially mediates the relationship between PEBs in the private and public domains.Specifically,individuals with a high-level prevention focus orientation strengthen the relationship between the PEBs in the private domain and the status quo maintenance,and that of the PEBs in the public domain.There‐fore,individuals with a high-level prevention focus will more likely engage in subsequent PEBs in the public domain after their initial PEBs in the private domain due to their increased status quo maintenance degree.Policymakers and practitioners should pay attention to the prevention-repetition effect and use the PEBs in the private domain to promote those in the public domain.展开更多

The main idea of this system is to detect failure using current and voltage signals acquired without any type of internal interference in the generator operation. The detected failures could be mechanical or electrical origins, such as: problems in bearings, unwanted vibrations, partial discharges, misalignment, unbalancing, among others. It is possible because the generator acts as a transducer for mechanical problems, and they appear in current and voltage signals. This automatic system based on electric signature analysis has been installed in Itapebi Power Plant generators since 2012. Some results are presented in this paper.展开更多
