Methods: This investigation involved 279 nursing undergraduates through delivery of a self-made questionnaire, which was to be used to analyze and study the students' suggestions and opinions on the content of the biochemistry textbook. Results: The investigation revealed that the textbook's difficulty was associated negatively with stu- dents' interest (P 〈 0.05), and the textbook's importance was associated positively with students' interest (P 〈 0.05). Students suggested that the textbook should be closely related to nursing. The contents, difficulty, structure and charts of the textbook should be adjusted properly. Conclusions: The content of the nursing version of the biochemistry textbook should be driven by the needs of the nursing major and should focus on simplifying the textbook's content, and making it practical. This will make the textbook vivid and readable, enhancing the interest of students to accept and benefit from the textbook.展开更多

[Methods] From June to September2016,15 sample hospitals were selected from Ⅱ-B class,Ⅱ-A class,Ⅲ-B class and Ⅲ-A class hospitals,and questionnaire survey was adopted to survey the current situation of pharmaceutical preparations in medical institutions,and 24 effective questionnaires were collected.SPASS17. 0 software was used to analyze the data of the questionnaires. [Results]The pharmaceutical preparations in medical institutions between 10 and 15 yuan accounted for 35%,which was the biggest percentage. The second was between 5 and 10 yuan,which accounted for 25%. According to literature review, a hypothetical model of development of compliance behavior of investigators in clinical trials was established, and the influencing factors of compliance behavior of investigators and their interrelationships were studied based on questionnaire survey of five hundred investigators sampled randomly from one hundred clinical trial institutions in China. Cron- bach's alpha coefficient and structural equation modeling were adopted to empirically analyze the re- suits. Six variables in the hypothetical model were included: compliance behavior of investigators, credibility of clinical trial, capability of government regulation, quality control of sponsor, quality con- trol of clinical institution and compliance intention of investigators. Empirical analysis showed that the compliance behavior of investigators in clinical trial was directly affected by compliance intention of investigators, quality control of sponsor and quality control of clinical institution. In addition, credibility of clinical trial and capability of government regulation indirectly affected the compliance behavior of investigators in clinical trial through influencing the compliance intention of investigators, quality con- trol of sponsor and quality control of clinical institution. By rational use of these methods together with borehole geological profile and other geological information, the spatial distribution of the landslide body, the formations and structures within and without the landslide body were determined and the stability of the landslide was also assessed, thus making great contribution to the successful and rational investigation and assessment of the landslide.展开更多
Underground space utilization is becoming increasingly essential for modern metropolitan cities such as Singapore.Mapping a soil/rock interface using traditional borehole investigation methods is expensive and difficu...Underground space utilization is becoming increasingly essential for modern metropolitan cities such as Singapore.Mapping a soil/rock interface using traditional borehole investigation methods is expensive and difficult,owing to the numerous physical constraints within a built-up city.Boreholes are often far apart,resulting in many unforeseen ground conditions during subsequent excavation.Geophysical methods are sometimes employed as possible alternatives for fast,economical,and efficient bedrock surveys.The goal of this study is to investigate the practical details of applying microtremor array measurement(MAM)as a non-invasive surface wave survey for mapping soil/rock interfaces in Singapore.Critical configurations in field data acquisition are examined,and practical recommendations for array construction are provided.In addition,30 in situ MAM tests are carried out for two major geological formations in Singapore.From the results,a standard shear wave velocity(V_(s))of 500 m/s is found to be suitable for interpreting the soil/rock interface,for the Bukit Timah Granite and Jurong formations.However,the method does not predict well when soft Kallang formation deposits are present.Other limitations are also discussed in the later parts of this paper.Conclusions and practical recommendations are discussed,providing constructive guidance to the industry.The proposed Vs-based method and associated guidelines and limitations can be used to create a digital geological database and are especially useful for rock profiling in an urban environment.展开更多
