Evaluation and Improvement of an Organizational Resource Applying Strategy Patterns

For any software company that frequently performs quality assurance activities devoted to measurement, evaluation (ME) and change/improvement (MEC) projects, ME and MEC strategies can be valuable organizational assets. In this paper, we analyze the improvement of a ME strategy, which can be considered an organizational resource to be applied to quality assurance activities. This resource is called the GOCAME (Goal-Oriented Context-Aware Measurement and Evaluation) strategy. AME/MEC strategy embraces the next three integrated capabilities: 1) the ME/MEC domain conceptual base and framework;2) the process perspective specifications;and, 3) the method specifications. The improvement of GOCAME was performed instantiating two strategy patterns. A strategy pattern is a reusable solution to recurrent problems in ME/MEC projects. For an improvement goal, the selected MEC strategy pattern allows instantiating in a project a set of tailored activities and methods for measurement, evaluation, analysis and change. Particularly, we instantiate the GoME_1QV (Goal-oriented Measurement and Evaluation for One Quality View) strategy pattern to understand the GOCAME current quality state and compare it with the so-called GQM+ Strategies. First, this evaluation and analysis allows us to know the GOCAME strengths and weaknesses with regard to the quality of the three capabilities. Second, we instantiate the GoMEC_1QV (Goal-oriented Measurement, Evaluation and Change for One Quality View) strategy pattern to improve the GOCAME current state, producing as result a new version of the GOCAME strategy.

The Association between Researchers’Conceptions of Research and Their Strategic Research Agendas

Purpose:In studies of the research process,the association between how researchers conceptualize research and their strategic research agendas has been largely overlooked.This study aims to address this gap.Design/methodology/approach:This study analyzes this relationship using a dataset of more than 8,500 researchers across all scientific fields and the globe.It studies the associations between the dimensions of two inventories:the Conceptions of Research Inventory(CoRI)and the Multi-Dimensional Research Agenda Inventory—Revised(MDRAI-R).Findings:The findings show a relatively strong association between researchers’conceptions of research and their research agendas.While all conceptions of research are positively related to scientific ambition,the findings are mixed regarding how the dimensions of the two inventories relate to one another,which is significant for those seeking to understand the knowledge production process better.Research limitations:The study relies on self-reported data,which always carries a risk of response bias.Practical implications:The findings provide a greater understanding of the inner workings of knowledge processes and indicate that the two inventories,whether used individually or in combination,may provide complementary analytical perspectives to research performance indicators.They may thus offer important insights for managers of research environments regarding how to assess the research culture,beliefs,and conceptualizations of individual researchers and research teams when designing strategies to promote specific institutional research focuses and strategies.Originality/value:To the best of the authors’knowledge,this is the first study to associate research agendas and conceptions of research.It is based on a large sample of researchers working worldwide and in all fields of knowledge,which ensures that the findings have a reasonable degree of generalizability to the global population of researchers.

系统观视域下新时代我国竞技体育后备人才多元培养困境与优化策略

借助新时代党的系统观理念,对当前我国竞技体育后备人才多元培养动向、特征及其现实困境进行分析,并提出优化策略。结果表明:体教系统各级学校高水平运动队建设规模大幅增长,部分运动项目已形成涵盖11~19岁范围的竞赛体系,体教系统U系列立体竞赛网络初步形成,社会多系统合作普遍展开。以环境适应需要、赛事平台引领和资源优势推动的多元培养模式逐渐成形,但仍面临人才培养提质增效有待加强、竞技体育多元价值挖掘不足、人才培养环节衔接亟待优化等困境。优化策略:加快多元培养新模式建设,完善多系统协同共促机制;提升赛事平台规模与质量,带动竞技体育多元价值转化;增强多主体利益共识,发挥各系统资源优势,进而有效推动后备人才培养规模和质量的双提升。

构建一套整体性的农产品供给保障战略,是居民食物消费结构从“生存型”“温饱型”向“发展型”“享受型”转变的需要,是避免不同品类农产品保障任务相互冲突、顾此失彼的需要,是利用农产品品类间功能替代关系扩大政策选择空间的需要,是设置合理精准任务目标引导保供政策实施的需要。构建国家重要农产品供给保障战略应树立大农业观、大食物观,聚焦国家食物营养安全,根据不同农产品品类的功能作用差异,建立分层次的重要农产品供给保障体系,聚焦重点品类,强化要素支撑,完善市场机制,优化进口布局,保障重要农产品充足、持续、稳价、高效供给。

数字经济促进企业生态系统的构建,大数据为企业开展多元化经营、获取和沉淀客户资源赋能,研究企业数字商业模式的形成和扩大如何影响公司在产品市场中的竞争地位已成为深入了解企业数字化转型的重要议题。受资源积累和动态能力的影响,企业数字化转型提高产品市场竞争地位主要是通过增强企业创新能力和扩大企业客户网络影响来实现。当企业的融资约束较大、管理层权力较小和所在地区的文化更加强调业绩或未来导向时,上述结果更加显著。进一步的研究发现,企业数字化转型将提高公司采用差异化竞争战略的概率,降低公司采用成本领先战略的倾向,补充证明了数字技术驱动产品市场竞争力提升主要表现为企业销售优势的重构和增强。

基于国家安全战略的美俄网络空间安全观对比及启示

[研究目的]网络空间大国博弈影响国家安全,对美俄网络安全观的对比研究,可为研究全球网络空间博弈及制定我国网络空间战略提供必要的借鉴。[研究方法]以网络安全观理论为基础,以冷战后美俄国家安全战略为样本,通过内容分析对美俄网络安全话语演变的特点、认知逻辑与差异原因开展对比研究。[研究结论]研究表明,美俄网络安全观演变与地缘政治密切相关,两国不断因势调整,在网络安全理念、网络安全战略、网络安全维护手段上呈现内外、技术、主权等差异特征。我国高度关注全球主要国家网络安全战略的动态,通过健全战略体系、完善规则体系、强化防御体系,不断推进我国网络空间安全战略升级。

Theories of Reading and the Teaching of English Reading

English reading has gained much attention among teachers and students and become one of the research heatpots in English pedagogy.The paper gives a brief introduction of the theories of reading and attempts to apply the schema theory of reading into the classroom teaching.The classroom practice reveals that English reading under the guidance of schema theory proves effective and raises students' awareness of strategies.

基于多年份街景图像对大理古城街道绿视率提升设计策略研究

文章以绿视率作为评价指标,探讨如何通过提升街道和公共空间的绿视率,达到改善城市生态环境、提升居民心理健康与生活质量的目的。选定云南省大理古城作为研究区域,分析古城绿视率的现状、变化趋势,探究其绿视率影响因素并提出优化策略。研究采用量化分析方法,对大理古城2016年与2020年的街道绿视率进行对比评价,同时利用深度学习全卷积网络技术,对街景图像中的树、草和其他植物进行语义分割,实现绿视率的精确量化。研究结果表明,2016—2020年,大理古城街道的平均绿视率有所下降,绿化水平未能达到预期目标。通过进一步分类对比分析,揭示街道宽度、绿化形式、建筑特色等因素对绿视率的影响。最后结合大理古城的具体情况,提出一系列改进绿化的措施,可有效提升城市绿视率,增强城市生态环境和文化特色。

企业数字化创新战略的适应性选择机制

针对现有研究中导向型、涌现型、权变型三种企业数字化创新战略的研究结论不兼容甚至矛盾现象,本文基于知识观探讨企业数字化创新战略的适应性选择机制,将三种创新战略纳入统一的分析框架,通过揭示组织的知识结构、认识系统特征与数字化创新战略选择及其绩效之间的复杂组态关系进行实证研究。研究表明:(1)从知识观视角看,组织的知识结构与认识系统特征构成企业选择数字化创新战略的两个关键因素;(2)导向型与涌现型数字化创新战略之间既互补又替代,组织知识基础条件之间的差异形成导向型与涌现型战略之间的权变型战略。据此,本文提出企业数字化创新战略的适应性机制理论,推进了企业数字化创新战略与适应性变革的交又理论创新,为企业数字化转型实践提供管理启示。

系统观视域下高职思政课“大先生”培养探究

总体国家安全观视域下的母语安全探赜

语言与政治、文化的密切关联,决定了总体国家安全观聚焦母语安全之维的必然。母语安全关涉人们之于国家、民族情感依存、身份认同、文化自信的重大问题。中国前现代、现代、后现代三者叠加的复杂语境中母语安全危机显像,母语网络污染、母语思维异化、母语文化断裂成为突出表征。强化母语安全意识、构建母语安全体系、重构母语文化魅力是应对母语安全危机的可行策略。

基于混合结构的多视图三维场景重建

基于PatchMatch的多视图高效和高精度三维重建一直是一个挑战性问题。红黑棋盘格模式的传播方式并行计算效率高,但对应的视图选择策略精度较差;基于马尔可夫链的视图选择策略能获取更为准确的匹配结果,但算法并行度较低。为了达成场景重建质量与重建时间的平衡,本文提出了一种基于混合结构的多视图三维重建算法,在第一阶段采用沿行/列并行的传播策略和马尔可夫链式的视图选择策略,得到质量较高的初始深度图,并通过引入多层次处理提升弱纹理区域的重建质量;在第二阶段采用棋盘格式传播方式和基于投票的视图选择策略提高计算效率,缩短重建所需时间。通过在Strecha和ETH3D数据集上进行了大量实验和对比表明,本文算法在不降低计算精度的前提下,计算效率提高2.5倍以上。

公共数据授权运营体系整体视图、建设策略与部委应用研究

【目的】研究明晰面向实践的公共数据授权运营整体视图,并提出整体建设策略方案,将有力促进部委政府数据要素价值释放。【应用背景】本文围绕部委政府开展公共数据授权运营的应用需求,从学界已有研究成果出发,结合各地方典型实践,系统性梳理分析面向实践的公共数据整体运营体系。【方法】基于信息生态理论,梳理明晰公共数据授权运营体系这一复杂系统的整体视图,进而从信息要素的管理流、数据流、收益流各环节出发,并关联分析信息人、信息技术、信息环境要素,研究明晰面向实践的公共数据授权运营体系整体建设策略。【结果】在此基础上,立足部委公共数据授权运营具有的价值较高、安全敏感、体系精简、财政统筹等主要特点,进一步提出面向部委应用的建设策略。【结论】该研究立足政策、理论、实践当前发展阶段,提出了一种面向部委实践的较通用的整体性公共数据授权运营解决方案。
