Missile interception problem can be regarded as a two-person zero-sum differential games problem,which depends on the solution of Hamilton-Jacobi-Isaacs(HJI)equa-tion.It has been proved impossible to obtain a closed-f...Missile interception problem can be regarded as a two-person zero-sum differential games problem,which depends on the solution of Hamilton-Jacobi-Isaacs(HJI)equa-tion.It has been proved impossible to obtain a closed-form solu-tion due to the nonlinearity of HJI equation,and many iterative algorithms are proposed to solve the HJI equation.Simultane-ous policy updating algorithm(SPUA)is an effective algorithm for solving HJI equation,but it is an on-policy integral reinforce-ment learning(IRL).For online implementation of SPUA,the dis-turbance signals need to be adjustable,which is unrealistic.In this paper,an off-policy IRL algorithm based on SPUA is pro-posed without making use of any knowledge of the systems dynamics.Then,a neural-network based online adaptive critic implementation scheme of the off-policy IRL algorithm is pre-sented.Based on the online off-policy IRL method,a computa-tional intelligence interception guidance(CIIG)law is developed for intercepting high-maneuvering target.As a model-free method,intercepting targets can be achieved through measur-ing system data online.The effectiveness of the CIIG is verified through two missile and target engagement scenarios.展开更多
The Chinese express delivery industry processes nearly 110 billion items in 2022,averaging an annual growth rate of 200%.Among the various types of sorting systems used for handling express items,cross-belt sorting sy...The Chinese express delivery industry processes nearly 110 billion items in 2022,averaging an annual growth rate of 200%.Among the various types of sorting systems used for handling express items,cross-belt sorting systems stand out as the most crucial.However,despite their high degree of automation,the workload for operators has intensified owing to the surging volume of express items.In the era of Industry 5.0,it is imperative to adopt new technologies that not only enhance worker welfare but also improve the efficiency of cross-belt systems.Striking a balance between efficiency in handling express items and operator well-being is challenging.Digital twin technology offers a promising solution in this respect.A realization method of a human-machine integrated digital twin is proposed in this study,enabling the interaction of biological human bodies,virtual human bodies,virtual equipment,and logistics equipment in a closed loop,thus setting an operating framework.Key technologies in the proposed framework include a collection of heterogeneous data from multiple sources,construction of the relationship between operator fatigue and operation efficiency based on physiological measurements,virtual model construction,and an online optimization module based on real-time simulation.The feasibility of the proposed method was verified in an express distribution center.展开更多

During epidemic,students in medium-risk or high-risk areas are unable to return to school on time.In response to this new challenge,there is an urgent need to create a new teaching mode to offer on-line courses to tho...During epidemic,students in medium-risk or high-risk areas are unable to return to school on time.In response to this new challenge,there is an urgent need to create a new teaching mode to offer on-line courses to those absent from the offline classes,and we propose a model integrating online and offline teaching.It is based on“dual-camera”method,which allows off-campus students to virtually build up a physical classroom scenario on campus through computers and mobile phones.Using this model,students can participate in class remotely.In order to enhance the engagement of off-campus online students,emphasis is placed on interactive teaching.Teachers are required to design their teaching in advance and to work in collaboration with multiple departments,then using information technology and suitable teaching methods to enable students to participate in physical classroom teaching.This model has been tested in practice and has been successful in meeting the challenges.Finally,4 areas for improvement and refinement are identified.展开更多

Chiral chemicals have attracted significant interest in the pharmaceutical industry,yet the separation methods to get pure enantiomers from racemic mixture are still challenging.To date,the separation of enantiomers s...Chiral chemicals have attracted significant interest in the pharmaceutical industry,yet the separation methods to get pure enantiomers from racemic mixture are still challenging.To date,the separation of enantiomers still mainly depends on chromatography using high-cost chiral stationary phases.Herein,wood channels were used as the handheld integrated device,and enantiomer separation was simultaneously detected using an electrochemical detector.In this method,a chiral UIO-66(L-UIO-66)modified enantiomer separation zone and carbonized wood based online detection zone are integrated along a single wood column.Based on the in situ separation results from the chronoamperometry data,the wood device shows excellent separation ability for a wide range of electrochemically active enantiomers,including 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine,amino acids,ascorbic acid,carnitine,and penicillamine with high chirality purity.The unbiased molecular dynamic simulations indicate that the excellent chiral recognition and separation are attributed to the different barriers from the bound states to the dissociated state of the enantiomers in the homochiral microenvironment of the framework.This integrated enantiomer separation-electrochemical detection device provides a novel,easy,and low-cost platform for the separation of pure enantiomer from racemic mixture.展开更多
