The effective cathode flow field design can realize the internal water balance and higher current density output of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFC).Therefore,a segmented water management flow field is propo...The effective cathode flow field design can realize the internal water balance and higher current density output of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFC).Therefore,a segmented water management flow field is proposed in this study,i.e.a half separated-half coupled cathode(HSHC)flow field which has two inlets but just one outlet.A 3D numerical PEMFC model is applied to study the effect of the HSHC flow field on PEMFC performance and its operating strategy in terms of operating conditions.The study results are shown as follows:Compared with the two conventional cathode flow fields,the HSHC flow field improves the water balance along the channel and increases the current density by 17.1%at a cathode stoichiometry of 3.25.It is because the HSHC flow field can overcome the water loss at channels upstream and the water accumulation at channels downstream.The draw water phenomenon(DWP)in the HSHC flow field is observed,which is mainly affected by the water vapor pressure of channel.Based on the DWP,cooling channel inlet flow rates can be used to adjust water balance,but severe water loss should be avoided.In addition,the inlet temperature control in HSHC flow field should be that cell temperature>cathode channel inlet temperature>cooling channel inlet temperature>ambient temperatures for better water balance.展开更多
A proper operating strategy is helpful to improve the off-design performance of combined cooling,heating and power(CCHP)systems,providing high efficiency and low emission.The energy level difference graphic analysis m...A proper operating strategy is helpful to improve the off-design performance of combined cooling,heating and power(CCHP)systems,providing high efficiency and low emission.The energy level difference graphic analysis method is used to identify energy level as well as exergy destruction of the part-load process.This method illustrates the energy efficiency upgrading mechanism of the flue gas reinjecting(FGR)operating strategy.It is referenced to a reducing turbine inlet temperature(TIT)operating strategy.By comparison,the FGR operating strategy leads to a 2.62%exergy distribution reduction in a gas turbine at an 85%load level due to the decrease of the energy level difference.When the output power is reduced further,the FGR operating strategy is supplanted by the TIT operating strategy with the limit of compressor inlet temperature.However,the opposite results of exergy distribution are presented in the exhaust-heat recovery devices.A heat-driven refrigeration and power cycle is introduced in a typical CCHP system as a solution.Moreover,the results suggest that the operational flexibility of the CCHP system is improved by enlarging the ratio of cooling to electricity.展开更多
To realize a better automatic train driving operation control strategy for urban rail trains,an automatic train driving method with improved DQN algorithm(classical deep reinforcement learning algorithm)is proposed as...To realize a better automatic train driving operation control strategy for urban rail trains,an automatic train driving method with improved DQN algorithm(classical deep reinforcement learning algorithm)is proposed as a research object.Firstly,the train control model is established by considering the train operation requirements.Secondly,the dueling network and DDQN ideas are introduced to prevent the value function overestimation problem.Finally,the priority experience playback and“restricted speed arrival time”are used to reduce the useless experience utilization.The experiments are carried out to verify the train operation strategy method by simulating the actual line conditions.From the experimental results,the train operation meets the ATO requirements,the energy consumption is 15.75%more energy-efficient than the actual operation,and the algorithm convergence speed is improved by about 37%.The improved DQN method not only enhances the efficiency of the algorithm but also forms a more effective operation strategy than the actual operation,thereby contributing meaningfully to the advancement of automatic train operation intelligence.展开更多

This paper proposed an initiative optimization operation strategy and multi-objective energy management method for combined cooling heating and power(CCHP) with storage systems.Initially,the initiative optimization op...This paper proposed an initiative optimization operation strategy and multi-objective energy management method for combined cooling heating and power(CCHP) with storage systems.Initially,the initiative optimization operation strategy of CCHP system in the cooling season,the heating season and the transition season was formulated.The energy management of CCHP system was optimized by the multi-objective optimization model with maximum daily energy efficiency,minimum daily carbon emissions and minimum daily operation cost based on the proposed initiative optimization operation strategy.Furthermore,the pareto optimal solution set was solved by using the niche particle swarm multi-objective optimization algorithm.Ultimately,the most satisfactory energy management scheme was obtained by using the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS) method.A case study of CCHP system used in a hospital in the north of China validated the effectiveness of this method.The results showed that the satisfactory energy management scheme of CCHP system was obtained based on this initiative optimization operation strategy and multi-objective energy management method.The CCHP system has achieved better energy efficiency,environmental protection and economic benefits.展开更多

However, the SOS has performance a...The skip-stop operation strategy (SOS) is rarely applied to Chinese urban rail transit networks because it is a simple scheme and a less universally popular transportation service. However, the SOS has performance advantages, in that the total trip time can be reduced depending on the number of skipped stations, crowds of passengers can be rapidly evacuated at congested stations in peak periods, and the cost to transit companies is reduced. There is a contradiction between reducing the trip time under the SOS and increasing the passengers' waiting times under an all-stop scheme. Given this situation, the three objectives of our study were to minimize the waiting and trip times of all passengers and the travel times of trains. A comprehensive estimation model is presented for the SOS. The mechanism through which the trip time for all passengers is affected by the SOS is analyzed in detail. A 0-I integer programming formulation is established for the three objectives, and is solved using a tabu search algorithm. Finally, an example is presented to demonstrate that the estimation method for the SOS is capable of optimizing the timetable and operation schemes for a Chinese urban rail transit network.展开更多

The strategy is established based on comprehensively consideration of the EV charging behaviors and the possible mutual actions between battery charging and swapping. Three energy management strategies can be used in the station: charging period shifting, energy exchange between EVs, and energy supporting from surplus swapping batteries. Then an optimization model which minimizes the total energy management costs of the station is built. The Monte Carlo simulation is applied to analyze the characteristics of the EV battery charging load, and a heuristic algorithm is used to solve the strategy providing the relevant information of EVs and the battery charging and swapping station. The operation strategy can efficiently reduce battery charging during the high electricity price periods and make more reasonable use of the resources. This paper proposed a new type of combined cooling heating and power(CCHP)system,including the parabolic trough solar thermal(PTST)power generation and gas turbine power generation.The thermal energy storage subsystem...This paper proposed a new type of combined cooling heating and power(CCHP)system,including the parabolic trough solar thermal(PTST)power generation and gas turbine power generation.The thermal energy storage subsystem in the PTST unit provides both thermal energy and electrical energy.Based on the life cycle method,the configuration optimization under eight operation strategies is studied with the economy,energy,and environment indicators.The eight operation strategies include FEL,FEL-EC,FEL-TES,FEL-TES&EC,FTL,FTL-EC,FTL-TES,and FTL-TES&EC.The feasibility of each strategy is verified by taking a residential building cluster as an example.The indicators under the optimal configuration of each strategy are compared with that of the separate production(SP)system.The results showed that the PTST-CCHP system improves the environment and energy performance by changing the ratio of thermal energy and electric energy.The environment and energy indicators of FEL-TES&EC are superior to those of FTL-TES&EC in summer,and the results are just the opposite in winter.The initial annual investment of the PTST-CCHP system is higher than that of the SP system,but its economic performance is better than that of the SP system with the increase of life-cycle.展开更多

Gas turbine power units,as an effective way to cope with the severe challenge of renewable energy accommodation in power grids,arouse the interest of power enterprises in the deep peak-load regulation performance.Two ...Gas turbine power units,as an effective way to cope with the severe challenge of renewable energy accommodation in power grids,arouse the interest of power enterprises in the deep peak-load regulation performance.Two common alternative load-control strategies including constant turbine inlet temperature(TIT)and constant turbine exhaust temperature(TET)regulations were taken into consideration.To comparatively investigate the part-load performance under these strategies,both mathematical and physical models were set up successively to serve as a validation and complementary to each other.For the mathematical model of compressor with inlet guide vane(IGV),combustor and turbine,stage-stacking method based on blade average geometric parameter,energy conservation and turbine stage model were adopted respectively.For the physical model,design and off-design analysis were carried out based on GT PRO and THERMOFLEX respectively.The simulation result of mathematical model validated the reliability of the physical model.Based on this,the influence of ambient temperature and different load-regulating strategies on the off-design performance of gas turbine power units was studied in THERMOFLEX.The results in the case of a PG 9351FA gas turbine show that the ambient temperature has a great impact on system performance,i.e.,every 5℃ increase in the ambient temperature produces a reduction of 3.7%in the relative full-load output and 1.1%in the relative efficiency respectively;when the gas turbine operates under constant TIT strategy,TET starts to rise till it reaches the maximum allowable value with the load rate decreasing,and IGV keeps at the minimum angle with both TIT and TET decreasing when the load rate is lower than 65%;when the gas turbine operates under constant TET strategy,TIT drops slightly at load rate of above 60%while both TIT and TET evidently decrease below 60%load rate operating along the constant corrected speed line at the minimum allowable IGV opening;gas turbine effi-ciency is greatly affected by load rate and the performance degradation is more obvious especially in lower load rate regions;constant TET strategy is superior in the operating efficiency to constant TIT strategy under part-load conditions.展开更多
Multi-energy hybrid energy systems are a promising option to mitigate fluctuations in the renewable energy supply and are crucial in achieving carbon neutrality.Solar-fuel thermochemical hybrid utilization upgrades so...Multi-energy hybrid energy systems are a promising option to mitigate fluctuations in the renewable energy supply and are crucial in achieving carbon neutrality.Solar-fuel thermochemical hybrid utilization upgrades solar energy to fuel chemical energy,thereby achieving the efficient utilization of solar energy,reducing CO_(2)emission,and improving operation stability.For hybrid solar-fuel thermochemical CCHP systems,conventional integration optimization methods and operation modes do not account for the instability of solar energy,thermochemical conversion,and solar fuel storage.To improve the utilization efficiency of solar energy and fuel and achieve favorable economic and environmental performance,a new operation strategy and the optimization of a mid-and-low temperature solar-fuel thermochemical hybrid CCHP system are proposed herein.The system operation modes for various supply-demand scenarios of solar energy input and thermal-power outputs are analyzed,and a new operation strategy that accounts for the effect of solar energy is proposed,which is superior to conventional CCHP system strategies that primarily focus on the balance between system outputs and user loads.To alleviate the challenges of source-load fluctuations and supply-demand mismatches,a multi-objective optimization model is established to optimize the system integration configurations,with objective functions of system energy ratio,cost savings ratio,and CO_(2)emission savings ratio,as well as decision variables of power unit capacity,solar collector area,and syngas storage capacity.The optimization design of the system configuration and the operation strategy improve the performance of the hybrid system.The results show that the system annual energy ratio,cost saving ratio,and CO_(2)emission saving ratio are 52.72%,11.61%,and 36.27%,respectively,whereas the monthly CO_(2)emission reduction rate is 27.3%–47.6%compared with those of reference systems.These promising results will provide useful guidance for the integrated design and operational regulation of hybrid solar-fuel thermochemical systems.展开更多

More and more attention has been paid to the high penetration of renewable energy in recent years.The randomness and intermittency of solar and wind energy make it an inevitable trend that renewables are coupled with ...More and more attention has been paid to the high penetration of renewable energy in recent years.The randomness and intermittency of solar and wind energy make it an inevitable trend that renewables are coupled with energy storage technologies.Pumped hydro storage(PHS)is the most widelyused storage form in the power grid but the capacity is limited by geographic conditions.The concentrated solar power(CSP)plant with a thermal energy storage(TES)system can realize easier grid connections and effective peak shaving.Therefore,this paper proposes a solar-wind-hydro hybrid power system with PHS-TES double energy storages,and investigates the optimal coordinated operational strategy and multi-objective sizing.The optimal sizing problem which considers the minimum levelized cost of energy(LCOE)and loss of power supply probability(LPSP)as objectives is solved by multi-objective particle swarm optimization.Moreover,the seasonal uncertainties of renewables are considered by applying a scenario-based analysis using Kmeans clustering.Finally,a case study reveals the effectiveness of the coordinated operational strategy and double energy storages from the perspectives of economy and reliability.The comparisons of optimal sizing results show that the PV-WindCSP-PHS system decreases the LCOE by 19.1%compared to a PV-Wind-CSP system under the same LPSP,and reduces the LPSP compared to PV-Wind-PHS systems with limited reservoir capacity,which indicates that the proposed system with double energy storages has better economy and reliability performance compared to single storage.展开更多

Parallel operation of inverter modules is the solution to increase the reliability,efficiency,and redundancy of inverters in microgrids.Load sharing among inverters in distributed generators(DGs)is a key issue.This st...Parallel operation of inverter modules is the solution to increase the reliability,efficiency,and redundancy of inverters in microgrids.Load sharing among inverters in distributed generators(DGs)is a key issue.This study investigates the feasibility of power-sharing among parallel DGs using a dual control strategy in islanded mode of a microgrid.PQ control and droop control techniques are established to control the microgrid operation.P-f and Q-E droop control is used to attain real and reactive power sharing.The frequency variation caused by load change is an issue in droop control strategy whereas the tracking error of inverter power in PQ control is also a challenge.To address these issues,two DGs are interfaced with two parallel inverters in an islanded AC microgrid.PQ control is investigated for controlling the output real and reactive power of the DGs by assigning their references.The inverter under enhanced droop control implements power reallocation to restore the frequency among the distributed generators with predefined droop characteristics.A dual control strategy is proposed for the AC microgrid under islanded operation without communication link.Simulation studies are carried out using MATLAB/SIMULINK and the results show the validity and effective power-sharing performance of the system while maintaining a stable operation when the microgrid is in islanding mode.展开更多

文摘This paper proposed an initiative optimization operation strategy and multi-objective energy management method for combined cooling heating and power(CCHP) with storage systems.Initially,the initiative optimization operation strategy of CCHP system in the cooling season,the heating season and the transition season was formulated.The energy management of CCHP system was optimized by the multi-objective optimization model with maximum daily energy efficiency,minimum daily carbon emissions and minimum daily operation cost based on the proposed initiative optimization operation strategy.Furthermore,the pareto optimal solution set was solved by using the niche particle swarm multi-objective optimization algorithm.Ultimately,the most satisfactory energy management scheme was obtained by using the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS) method.A case study of CCHP system used in a hospital in the north of China validated the effectiveness of this method.The results showed that the satisfactory energy management scheme of CCHP system was obtained based on this initiative optimization operation strategy and multi-objective energy management method.The CCHP system has achieved better energy efficiency,environmental protection and economic benefits.

文摘The skip-stop operation strategy (SOS) is rarely applied to Chinese urban rail transit networks because it is a simple scheme and a less universally popular transportation service. However, the SOS has performance advantages, in that the total trip time can be reduced depending on the number of skipped stations, crowds of passengers can be rapidly evacuated at congested stations in peak periods, and the cost to transit companies is reduced. There is a contradiction between reducing the trip time under the SOS and increasing the passengers' waiting times under an all-stop scheme. Given this situation, the three objectives of our study were to minimize the waiting and trip times of all passengers and the travel times of trains. A comprehensive estimation model is presented for the SOS. The mechanism through which the trip time for all passengers is affected by the SOS is analyzed in detail. A 0-I integer programming formulation is established for the three objectives, and is solved using a tabu search algorithm. Finally, an example is presented to demonstrate that the estimation method for the SOS is capable of optimizing the timetable and operation schemes for a Chinese urban rail transit network.

文摘An operation strategy of the electric vehicle (EV) battery charging and swapping station is proposed in the paper. The strategy is established based on comprehensively consideration of the EV charging behaviors and the possible mutual actions between battery charging and swapping. Three energy management strategies can be used in the station: charging period shifting, energy exchange between EVs, and energy supporting from surplus swapping batteries. Then an optimization model which minimizes the total energy management costs of the station is built. The Monte Carlo simulation is applied to analyze the characteristics of the EV battery charging load, and a heuristic algorithm is used to solve the strategy providing the relevant information of EVs and the battery charging and swapping station. The operation strategy can efficiently reduce battery charging during the high electricity price periods and make more reasonable use of the resources. Simulations prove the feasibility and rationality of the strategy.

文摘This paper proposed a new type of combined cooling heating and power(CCHP)system,including the parabolic trough solar thermal(PTST)power generation and gas turbine power generation.The thermal energy storage subsystem in the PTST unit provides both thermal energy and electrical energy.Based on the life cycle method,the configuration optimization under eight operation strategies is studied with the economy,energy,and environment indicators.The eight operation strategies include FEL,FEL-EC,FEL-TES,FEL-TES&EC,FTL,FTL-EC,FTL-TES,and FTL-TES&EC.The feasibility of each strategy is verified by taking a residential building cluster as an example.The indicators under the optimal configuration of each strategy are compared with that of the separate production(SP)system.The results showed that the PTST-CCHP system improves the environment and energy performance by changing the ratio of thermal energy and electric energy.The environment and energy indicators of FEL-TES&EC are superior to those of FTL-TES&EC in summer,and the results are just the opposite in winter.The initial annual investment of the PTST-CCHP system is higher than that of the SP system,but its economic performance is better than that of the SP system with the increase of life-cycle.
文摘Urban rail transit loops are essential in urban rail transit systems and transportation networks.However,precise requirements and reference standards for rail transit loop design have yet to be established.There are certain areas for improvement in planning,construction,and operation.In the planning and design of urban rail transit loops,the scale of the city and the relationship between line operations should be considered to ensure that the line conforms to the city’s operating traffic conditions and can effectively cater to peak passenger flow requirements.This article presents strategies for planning,constructing,and operating urban rail transit loops,laying the foundation for the healthy operation of urban rail transit.

文摘Gas turbine power units,as an effective way to cope with the severe challenge of renewable energy accommodation in power grids,arouse the interest of power enterprises in the deep peak-load regulation performance.Two common alternative load-control strategies including constant turbine inlet temperature(TIT)and constant turbine exhaust temperature(TET)regulations were taken into consideration.To comparatively investigate the part-load performance under these strategies,both mathematical and physical models were set up successively to serve as a validation and complementary to each other.For the mathematical model of compressor with inlet guide vane(IGV),combustor and turbine,stage-stacking method based on blade average geometric parameter,energy conservation and turbine stage model were adopted respectively.For the physical model,design and off-design analysis were carried out based on GT PRO and THERMOFLEX respectively.The simulation result of mathematical model validated the reliability of the physical model.Based on this,the influence of ambient temperature and different load-regulating strategies on the off-design performance of gas turbine power units was studied in THERMOFLEX.The results in the case of a PG 9351FA gas turbine show that the ambient temperature has a great impact on system performance,i.e.,every 5℃ increase in the ambient temperature produces a reduction of 3.7%in the relative full-load output and 1.1%in the relative efficiency respectively;when the gas turbine operates under constant TIT strategy,TET starts to rise till it reaches the maximum allowable value with the load rate decreasing,and IGV keeps at the minimum angle with both TIT and TET decreasing when the load rate is lower than 65%;when the gas turbine operates under constant TET strategy,TIT drops slightly at load rate of above 60%while both TIT and TET evidently decrease below 60%load rate operating along the constant corrected speed line at the minimum allowable IGV opening;gas turbine effi-ciency is greatly affected by load rate and the performance degradation is more obvious especially in lower load rate regions;constant TET strategy is superior in the operating efficiency to constant TIT strategy under part-load conditions.

文摘Multi-energy hybrid energy systems are a promising option to mitigate fluctuations in the renewable energy supply and are crucial in achieving carbon neutrality.Solar-fuel thermochemical hybrid utilization upgrades solar energy to fuel chemical energy,thereby achieving the efficient utilization of solar energy,reducing CO_(2)emission,and improving operation stability.For hybrid solar-fuel thermochemical CCHP systems,conventional integration optimization methods and operation modes do not account for the instability of solar energy,thermochemical conversion,and solar fuel storage.To improve the utilization efficiency of solar energy and fuel and achieve favorable economic and environmental performance,a new operation strategy and the optimization of a mid-and-low temperature solar-fuel thermochemical hybrid CCHP system are proposed herein.The system operation modes for various supply-demand scenarios of solar energy input and thermal-power outputs are analyzed,and a new operation strategy that accounts for the effect of solar energy is proposed,which is superior to conventional CCHP system strategies that primarily focus on the balance between system outputs and user loads.To alleviate the challenges of source-load fluctuations and supply-demand mismatches,a multi-objective optimization model is established to optimize the system integration configurations,with objective functions of system energy ratio,cost savings ratio,and CO_(2)emission savings ratio,as well as decision variables of power unit capacity,solar collector area,and syngas storage capacity.The optimization design of the system configuration and the operation strategy improve the performance of the hybrid system.The results show that the system annual energy ratio,cost saving ratio,and CO_(2)emission saving ratio are 52.72%,11.61%,and 36.27%,respectively,whereas the monthly CO_(2)emission reduction rate is 27.3%–47.6%compared with those of reference systems.These promising results will provide useful guidance for the integrated design and operational regulation of hybrid solar-fuel thermochemical systems.
文摘Little by little, we are entering the new era, intelligent interfaces are absorbing us more and more every day, and artificial intelligence makes its presence in a stealthy way. Virtual humans that represent an evolution of autonomous virtual agents;they are computer programs and in the future capable of carrying out different activities in certain environments. They will give the illusion of being human;they will have a body, and they will be immersed in an environment. They will have a set of senses that will allow them: 1) Sensations and therefore associated expressions;2) Communication;3) Learning;4) Remembering events, among others. By integrating the above, they will have a personality and autonomy, so they will be able to plan with respect to objectives;allowing them to decide and take actions with their body, in other words, they will count on awareness. The applications will be focused on environments that they will inhabit, or as interfaces that will interact with other systems. The application domains will be multiple;one of them being education. This article shows the design of OANNA like an avatar with the role of pedagogical agent. It was modeled as an affective-cognitive structure related to the teaching-learning process linked to a pedagogical agent that represents the interface of an artilect. OANNA, has the necessary animations for intervention within the teaching-learning process.

文摘A multi-station integration system(MSIS)integrat-ing other multi-type stations provides a new way to realize an intensive development of resources and promote low-carbon en-ergy and its high-efficiency utilization.To this end,a novel multi-station integration planning method and coordinated operation strategy model for the MSIS are established in a new business model.In this study,a new business model of the MSIS,with substations as the carrier,integrating distributed photovoltaic,energy storage,electric vehicle charging,data center,and 5G base stations is proposed.From the social environment,natural conditions,and complementary characteristics,a comprehensive index system is established to analyze expansion capability of substations and multi-station combination scheme.Scenario reduction is performed by extracting feature vectors and build-ing a comprehensive evaluation function to select the optimal combination scheme under a specific scenario.Moreover,for the combination scheme in a specific scenario,the optimal ca-pacity configuration and coordinated operation strategy chance-constrained programming model of the MSIS are established under different operating conditions.Finally,simulations are performed on a practical MSIS located in Wuxi,China,and simulation results demonstrate the rationality and effectiveness of the planning method and coordinated operation strategy model for the MSIS.

文摘More and more attention has been paid to the high penetration of renewable energy in recent years.The randomness and intermittency of solar and wind energy make it an inevitable trend that renewables are coupled with energy storage technologies.Pumped hydro storage(PHS)is the most widelyused storage form in the power grid but the capacity is limited by geographic conditions.The concentrated solar power(CSP)plant with a thermal energy storage(TES)system can realize easier grid connections and effective peak shaving.Therefore,this paper proposes a solar-wind-hydro hybrid power system with PHS-TES double energy storages,and investigates the optimal coordinated operational strategy and multi-objective sizing.The optimal sizing problem which considers the minimum levelized cost of energy(LCOE)and loss of power supply probability(LPSP)as objectives is solved by multi-objective particle swarm optimization.Moreover,the seasonal uncertainties of renewables are considered by applying a scenario-based analysis using Kmeans clustering.Finally,a case study reveals the effectiveness of the coordinated operational strategy and double energy storages from the perspectives of economy and reliability.The comparisons of optimal sizing results show that the PV-WindCSP-PHS system decreases the LCOE by 19.1%compared to a PV-Wind-CSP system under the same LPSP,and reduces the LPSP compared to PV-Wind-PHS systems with limited reservoir capacity,which indicates that the proposed system with double energy storages has better economy and reliability performance compared to single storage.
文摘In this paper, a cost-benefit analysis based optimal planning model of battery energy storage system(BESS) in active distribution system(ADS) is established considering a new BESS operation strategy. Reliability improvement benefit of BESS is considered and a numerical calculation method based on expectation is proposed for simple and convenient calculation of system reliability improvement with BESS in planning phase. Decision variables include both configuration variables and operation strategy control variables. In order to prevent the interaction between two types of variables and enhance global search ability, intelligent single particle optimizer(ISPO) is adopted to optimize this model. Case studies on a modified IEEE benchmark system verified the performance of the proposed operation strategy and optimal planning model of BESS.

文摘Parallel operation of inverter modules is the solution to increase the reliability,efficiency,and redundancy of inverters in microgrids.Load sharing among inverters in distributed generators(DGs)is a key issue.This study investigates the feasibility of power-sharing among parallel DGs using a dual control strategy in islanded mode of a microgrid.PQ control and droop control techniques are established to control the microgrid operation.P-f and Q-E droop control is used to attain real and reactive power sharing.The frequency variation caused by load change is an issue in droop control strategy whereas the tracking error of inverter power in PQ control is also a challenge.To address these issues,two DGs are interfaced with two parallel inverters in an islanded AC microgrid.PQ control is investigated for controlling the output real and reactive power of the DGs by assigning their references.The inverter under enhanced droop control implements power reallocation to restore the frequency among the distributed generators with predefined droop characteristics.A dual control strategy is proposed for the AC microgrid under islanded operation without communication link.Simulation studies are carried out using MATLAB/SIMULINK and the results show the validity and effective power-sharing performance of the system while maintaining a stable operation when the microgrid is in islanding mode.
文摘This paper investigates a new operation strategy for photovoltaic (PV) systems, which improves the overall reliability of the system as a result of the improvement in the reliability of the critical components. First, a mathematical model is proposed using the fault tree analysis (FTA) to estimate the reliability of the PV systems in order to find the suitable maintenance strategies. The implementations demonstrate that it is essential to employ smart maintenance plans and monitor the identified most critical components of PV systems. Then, an innovative analytical method based on the Markov process is presented to model smart operation plans in PV systems. The impact of smart operation strategy on the PV systems is then evaluated. The objective of this paper is to develop plans for improving the reliability of PV systems.
