Objective:To explore the role of specialized group management in the quality control of perioperative nursing.Methods:45 surgical nurses from our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Traditional operating r...Objective:To explore the role of specialized group management in the quality control of perioperative nursing.Methods:45 surgical nurses from our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Traditional operating room management was adopted from July 2019 to June 2020,and specialized group management was adopted from July 2020 to June 2021.The surgeon’s satisfaction,surgical nurses’core professional competence,and surgical patients’satisfaction were obtained through surveys and the results were analyzed.Results:Surgeon satisfaction before the implementation of specialized group management was significantly lower than after its implementation(P<0.05).Besides,surgical nurses’core professional competency scores before the implementation of specialized group management were significantly lower than after its implementation(P<0.05).Lastly,surgical patients’satisfaction before the implementation of specialized group management was significantly lower than after its implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Specialized group management helps to improve the quality of perioperative care and should be applied in clinical practice.展开更多

BACKGROUND:This study was undertaken to examine the current level of operations and management education within US-based Emergency Medicine Residency programs.METHODS:Residency program directors at all US-based Emerge...BACKGROUND:This study was undertaken to examine the current level of operations and management education within US-based Emergency Medicine Residency programs.METHODS:Residency program directors at all US-based Emergency Medicine Residency programs were anonymously surveyed via a web-based instrument.Participants indicated their levels of residency education dedicated to documentation,billing/coding,core measure/quality indicator compliance,and operations management.Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics for the ordinal data/Likert scales.RESULTS:One hundred and six(106)program directors completed the study instrument of one hundred and fifty-six(156)programs(70%).Of these,82.6%indicated emergency department(ED)operations and management education within the training curriculum.Dedicated documentation training was noted in all but 1 program(99%).Program educational offerings also included billing/coding(83%),core measure/quality indicators(78%)and operations management training(71%).In all areas,the most common means of educating came through didactic sessions and direct attending feedback or 69%-94%and 72%-98%respectively.Residency leadership was most confident with resident understanding of quality documentation(80%)and less so with core measures(72%),billing/coding/RVUs(58%),and operations management tools(23%).CONCLUSIONS:While most EM residency programs integrate basic operational education related to documentation and billing/coding,a smaller number provide focused education on the dayto-day management and operations of the ED.Residency leadership perceives graduating resident understanding of operational management tools to be limited.All respondents value further resident curriculum development of ED operations and management.展开更多

It is undeniable that they do achieve this goal by using the lowest cost in design phase to achieve maximum benefits. However, for pipelines, the cost and incomes of operation management are far greater than those in design phase. Therefore, the novelty of this paper is to propose an optimization model that considers the costs and incomes of the construction and operation phases, and combines them into one model. By comparing three optimization algorithms (genetic algorithm, quantum genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm), the same optimization problem is solved. Then the most suitable algorithm is selected and the optimal solution is obtained, which provides reference for construction and operation management during the whole life cycle of pipelines.展开更多

Based on the previous research, we developed a theoretical approach of modeling the core factors which influence the operational competitiveness performance (i.e., manufacturing strategy and transformational leadership with technology level), into conceptual analytical models to evaluate overall competitiveness. The empirical studies are focused on manufacturing companies in China, Finland, Slovakia, Iceland, and Spain. Therefore, this paper probes into the study on disadvantageous existed conditions and analyzes the operation strategies and management strategies of university gymnasiums on the basis of their characteristics and advantages.
文摘In the current socialist market economy,if an enterprise wants to grow and develop,it must do all kinds of management for its enterprise,and the most important thing for strengthening management of enterprises is to strengthen their own operation and management abilities.Whether it is financial management,management of personnel efficiency,or management of talents,it is necessary to protect from the infrastructure,so as to fundamentally improve the economic benefits of the enterprise,and vice versa if社is not properly managed,it will affect the development of the enterprise.Therefore,improving the operation and management abilities of enterprises at present is an important factor to promote the economic development of enterprises.This paper analyzes the management problems of enterprises and the definition of enterprise operation and management abilities,and analyzes how enterprises can reform and innovate,thus strengthening the operation and management abilities and economic benefits of enterprises.
文摘In the modem development,the aircraft has become one of the main tools for people's daily travel and the development of the social industry,which promotes the development of the civil aviation.In the composition of airlines,dispatch is one of the representatives of the important work,and we should establish an effective management system.Under the function of this system,to do a good job in the air dispatch is not only conducive to guaranteeing the normal operation of flights,but is also conducive to further promoting the development of the civil aviation industry.In this regard,this paper focuses on the discussion and study of the management system of the air dispatch in the flight operation.
