To expedite the process of achieving an optimalconfiguration of measurement points, this paper presents an optimal configuration scheme for fault locationmeasurement points in DC distribution networks based on an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.Initially, a measurement point distribution optimization model is formulated, leveraging compressive sensing. The model aims to achieve the minimum number of measurement points while attaining the best compressivesensing reconstruction effect. It incorporates constraints from the compressive sensing algorithm and networkwide viewability. Subsequently, the traditional particle swarm algorithm is enhanced by utilizing the Haltonsequence for population initialization, generating uniformly distributed individuals. This enhancement reducesindividual search blindness and overlap probability, thereby promoting population diversity. Furthermore, anadaptive t-distribution perturbation strategy is introduced during the particle update process to enhance the globalsearch capability and search speed. In this paper, A method of resource allocation and trajectory optimization is proposed for UAV-assisted backscatter communication based on user trajectory. This paper will establish an optimization problem of jointly optimizing the UAV trajectories, UAV transmission power and BD scheduling based on the large-scale channel state signals estimated in advance of the known user trajectories, taking into account the constraints of BD data and working energy consumption, to maximize the energy efficiency of the system. The problem is a non-convex optimization problem in fractional form, and there is nonlinear coupling between optimization variables. An iterative algorithm is proposed based on Dinkelbach algorithm, block coordinate descent method and continuous convex optimization technology. First, the objective function is converted into a non-fractional programming problem based on Dinkelbach method, and then the block coordinate descent method is used to decompose the original complex problem into three independent sub-problems. In the upcoming years, it is anticipated that mobile datatraffic would rise even more. The development of a new cellular networkparadigm is being driven by the Internet of Things, smart homes, and moresophisticated applications with greater data rates and latency requirements.Resources are being used up quickly due to the steady growth of smartphonedevices andmultimedia apps. Computation offloading to either several distantclouds or close mobile devices has consistently improved the performance ofmobile devices. The computation latency can also be decreased by offloadingcomputing duties to edge servers with a specific level of computing power.Device-to-device (D2D) collaboration can assist in processing small-scaleactivities that are time-sensitive in order to further reduce task delays. The taskoffloading performance is drastically reduced due to the variation of differentperformance capabilities of edge nodes. Therefore, this paper addressed thisproblem and proposed a new method for D2D communication. In thismethod, the time delay is reduced by enabling the edge nodes to exchangedata samples. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has betterperformance than traditional algorithm.展开更多

Technical capacities, which depend on the gas flow distribution at routes or interchange points, are calculated with a multiobjective optimization model and form a Pareto solution set in the entry/exit or point-to-point regime. Then, the commercial capacities, which can be directly applied in capacity booking, are calculated with single-objective optimization models that are transformed from the above multiobjective model based on three allocation rules and the demand of shippers.Next, peak-shaving capacities, which are daily oversupply or overdelivery amounts at inlets or deliveries, are calculated with two-stage transient optimization models. Considering the hydraulic process of a pipeline network and operating schemes of compressor stations, all the above models are mixed-integer nonlinear programming problems. Finally, a case study is made to demonstrate the ability of the models.展开更多

文摘In practical engineering,multi-objective optimization often encounters situations where multiple Pareto sets(PS)in the decision space correspond to the same Pareto front(PF)in the objective space, known as Multi-Modal Multi-Objective Optimization Problems(MMOP).Locating multiple equivalent global PSs poses a significant challenge in real-world applications, especially considering the existence of local PSs.Effectively identifying and locating both global and local PSs is a major challenge. To tackle this issue,we introduce an immune-inspired reproduction strategy designed to produce more offspring in less crowded, promising regions and regulate the number of offspring in areas that have been thoroughly explored. This approach achieves a balanced trade-off between exploration and exploitation.Furthermore,we present an interval allocation strategy that adaptively assigns fitness levels to each antibody. This strategy ensures a broader survival margin for solutions in their initial stages and progressively amplifies the differences in individual fitness values as the population matures, thus fostering better population convergence.Additionally,we incorporate a multi-population mechanism that precisely manages each subpopulation through the interval allocation strategy, ensuring the preservation of both global and local PSs.Experimental results on 21 test problems, encompassing both global and local PSs,are compared with eight state-of-the-art multimodal multi-objective optimization algorithms. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed algorithm in simultaneously identifying global Pareto sets and locally high-quality PSs.

文摘In the framework of vigorous promotion of low-carbon power system growth as well as economic globalization,multi-resource penetration in active distribution networks has been advancing fiercely. In particular, distributed generation(DG)based on renewable energy is critical for active distribution network operation enhancement. To comprehensively analyze the accessing impact of DG in distribution networks from various parts, this paper establishes an optimal DG location and sizing planning model based on active power losses, voltage profile, pollution emissions, and the economics of DG costs as well as meteorological conditions.Subsequently, multiobjective particle swarm optimization(MOPSO)is applied to obtain the optimal Pareto front.Besides, for the sake of avoiding the influence of the subjective setting of the weight coefficient, the decisionmethod based on amodified ideal point is applied to execute a Pareto front decision. Finally, simulation tests based on IEEE33 and IEEE69 nodes are designed. The experimental results show thatMOPSO can achieve wider and more uniformPareto front distribution. In the IEEE33 node test system, power loss, and voltage deviation decreased by 52.23%,and 38.89%,respectively,while taking the economy into account. In the IEEE69 test system, the three indexes decreased by 19.67%,and 58.96%,respectively.
文摘The number of mobile devices accessing wireless networks isskyrocketing due to the rapid advancement of sensors and wireless communicationtechnology. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has betterperformance than traditional algorithm.
文摘The transmission capacity of gas pipeline networks should be calculated and allocated to deal with the capacity booking with shippers. Finally, a case study is made to demonstrate the ability of the models.

文摘With the daily expansion of global energy consumption, developing the power grids is of uttermost importance. However, building a new trans-mission line is costly and time-consuming,so utilizing the same lines with possible higher transmission capacity is very cost-effective.In this regard,to increase the capacity of the transmission lines, the flexible alternating current transmission system(FACTS)has been widely used in power grids in recent years by industrialized countries. One of the essential topics in electrical power systems is the reactive power compensation, and the FACTS plays a significant role in controlling the reactive power current in the power grid and the system voltage oscillations and stability. When a static synchronous compensator(STATCOM)is embedded in a power system to increase the bus voltage,a supplementary damping controller can be designed to enhance the system oscillation damping.Given the expansion of the grids in the power system, the complexity of their optimization and the extraordinary ability of the imperialist competitive algorithm(ICA)for solving such problems,in this paper, the ICA has been used to determine the optimal position and size of the FACTS devices.
文摘To improve the operation efficiency of the photovoltaic power station complementary power generation system,an optimal allocation model of the photovoltaic power station complementary power generation capacity based on PSO-BP is proposed.Particle Swarm Optimization and BP neural network are used to establish the forecasting model, the Markov chain model is used to correct the forecasting error of the model, and the weighted fitting method is used to forecast the annual load curve,to complete the optimal allocation of complementary generating capacity of photovoltaic power stations. The experimental results show that thismethod reduces the average loss of photovoltaic output prediction, improves the prediction accuracy and recall rate of photovoltaic output prediction, and ensures the effective operation of the power system.

文摘Dear Editor,This letter explores optimal formation control for a network of unmanned surface vessels(USVs).By designing an individual objective function for each USV,the optimal formation problem is transformed into a noncooperative game.Under this game theoretic framework, the optimal formation is achieved by seeking the Nash equilibrium of the regularized game.A modular structure consisting of a distributed Nash equilibrium seeker and a regulator is proposed.

文摘When assessing the sliding stability of a concrete dam,the influence of large-scale asperities in the sliding plane is often ignored due to limitations of the analytical rigid body assessment methods provided by current dam assessment guidelines. However, these asperities can potentially improve the load capacity of a concrete dam in terms of sliding stability.Although their influence in a sliding plane has been thoroughly studied for direct shear, their influence under eccentric loading,as in the case of dams,is unknown. This paper presents the results of a parametric study that used finite element analysis(FEA)to investigate the influence of large-scale asperities on the load capacity of small buttress dams.By varying the inclination and location of an asperity located in the concrete-rock interface along with the strength of the rock foundation material, transitions between different failure modes and correlations between the load capacity and the varied parameters were observed. The results indicated that the inclination of the asperity had a significant impact on the failure mode. When the inclinationwas 30and greater, interlocking occurred between the dam and foundation and the governing failure modes were either rupture of the dam body or asperity. When the asperity inclination was significant enough to provide interlocking, the load capacity of the dam was impacted by the strength of the rock in the foundation through influencing the load capacity of the asperity. The location of the asperity along the concrete-rock interface did not affect the failure mode, except for when the asperity was located at the toe of the dam,but had an influence on the load capacity when the failure occurred by rupture of the buttress or by sliding.By accounting for a single large-scale asperity in the concrete-rock interface of the analysed dam,a horizontal load capacity increase of 30%e160%was obtained, depending on the inclination and location of the asperity and the strength of the foundation material.
文摘In the realm of the synthesis of heat-integrated distillation configurations, the conventional approach for exploring more heat integration possibilities typically entails the splitting of a single column into a twocolumn configuration. However, this approach frequently necessitates tedious enumeration procedures, resulting in a considerable computational burden. To surmount this formidable challenge, the present study introduces an innovative remedy:The proposition of a superstructure that encompasses both single-column and multiple two-column configurations.Additionally,a simultaneous optimization algorithm is applied to optimize both the process parameters and heat integration structures of the twocolumn configurations. The effectiveness of this approach is demonstrated through a case study focusing on industrial organosilicon separation. The results underscore that the superstructure methodology not only substantially mitigates computational time compared to exhaustive enumeration but also furnishes solutions that exhibit comparable performance.
