In this study,we introduce a novel multi-objective optimization model tailored for modern manufacturing,aiming to mitigate the cost impacts of operational disruptions through optimized corrective maintenance.Central to our approach is the strategic placement of maintenance stations and the efficient allocation of personnel,addressing a crucial gap in the integration of maintenance personnel dispatching and station selection.Our model uniquely combines the spatial distribution of machinery with the expertise of operators to achieve a harmonious balance between maintenance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.The core of our methodology is the NSGA Ⅲ+Dispatch,an advanced adaptation of the Non-Dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm Ⅲ(NSGA-Ⅲ),meticulously designed for the selection of maintenance stations and effective operator dispatching.This method integrates a comprehensive coding process,crossover operator,and mutation operator to efficiently manage multiple objectives.Rigorous empirical testing,including a detailed analysis from a taiwan region electronic equipment manufacturer,validated the effectiveness of our approach across various scenarios of machine failure frequencies and operator configurations.The findings reveal that the proposed model significantly outperforms current practices by reducing response times by up to 23%in low-frequency and 28.23%in high-frequency machine failure scenarios,leading to notable improvements in efficiency and cost reduction.Additionally,it demonstrates significant improvements in oper-ational efficiency,particularly in selective high-frequency failure contexts,while ensuring substantial manpower cost savings without compromising on operational effectiveness.This research significantly advances maintenance strategies in production environments,providing the manufacturing industry with practical,optimized solutions for diverse machine malfunction situations.Furthermore,the methodologies and principles developed in this study have potential applications in various other sectors,including healthcare,transportation,and energy,where maintenance efficiency and resource optimization are equally critical. 展开更多

Baoying pumping station is a part of source pumping stations in East Route Project of South-to-North Water Transfer in China. Aiming at the characteristics of head varying, and making use of the function of pump adjustable blade, mathematical models of pumping station optimal operation are established and solved with genetic algorithm. For different total pumping discharge and total pumping volume of water per day, in order to minimize pumping station operation cost, the number and operation duties of running pump units are respectively determined at different periods of time in a day. The results indicate that the saving of electrical cost is significantly effected by the schemes of adjusting blade angles and time-varying electrical price when pumping certain water volume of water per day, and compared with conventional operation schemes (namely, the schemes of pumping station operation at design blade angles based on certain pumping discharge), the electrical cost is saved by 4.73%-31.27%. Also, compared with the electrical cost of conventional operation schemes, the electrical cost is saved by 2.03%-5.79% by the schemes of adjusting blade angles when pumping certain discharge. 展开更多

Aiming at the problem that traditional optimal operation of hydropower reservoir pays little attention to ecology, an optimal operation model of multi-objective hydropower reservoir with ecology consideration is established which combines the ecology and power generation. The model takes the maximum annual power generation benefit, the maximum output of the minimal output stage in the year and the minimum shortage of ecological water demand as objectives, and water quantity balance of reservoir, reservoir storage, discharge flow, output and so on as constraints. Chaotic genetic arithmetic is developed to solve the optimal model. An example is studied, showing that the annual generation of the proposed model is 8 million kW?h less than that model without ecology consideration, which is about 0.28 percent. But the proposed model is in favor of river ecology protection, and can promote the sustainable utilization of water resources. So it is worthy and necessary for the optimal operation of hydropower reservoir with ecology consideration. 展开更多

Traditional optimal operation of hydropower station usually has two problems. One is that the optimal algorithm hasn’t high efficiency, and the other is that the optimal operation model pays little attention to ecology. And with the development of electric power market, the generated benefit is concerned instead of generated energy. Based on the analysis of time-varying electricity price policy, an optimal operation model of hydropower station reservoir with ecology consideration is established. The model takes the maximum annual power generation benefit, the maximum output of the minimal output stage in the year and the minimum shortage of eco-environment demand as the objectives, and reservoir water quantity balance, reservoir storage capacity, reservoir discharge flow and hydropower station output and nonnegative variable as the constraints. To solve the optimal model, a chaotic optimization genetic algorithm which combines the ergodicity of chaos and the inversion property of genetic algorithm is exploited. An example is given, which shows that the proposed model and algorithm are scientific and feasible to deal with the optimal operation of hydropower station. 展开更多

Based on the characteristics of large flow rate , low head , short annual operation time , and high reliability of the city flood-control pumping stations , a new-type shaft tubular pumping system featuring a shaft suction box and a siphon-type discharge passage with a vacuum breaker as the cutoff device was developed , which possesses such advantages as simple structure , reliable cutoff , and high energy performance.Taking some pumping stations as the case studies , in the light of the specified operation conditions , the hydraulic optimal design of the shaft-type tubular pumping system was determined and the optimized shape of the system was recommended.The performance prediction based on the computational fluid dynamics methodology was determined and the model test verification was conducted.The results show that the predicted data agree with the experimental head and efficiency so that both methods can be used to determine the performance of a real pumping station.Finally , the in-situ measurements of a pumping station during the commissioning period further verified that the shaft-type tubular pumping station with a siphon discharge passage is of higher efficiency , more reliable and stable. 展开更多

多种能源联网运行逐步成为未来电力系统发展的方向,多能源联网系统的优化调度是应对规模化新能源并网消纳的重要手段。文中建立了计及火电机组深度调峰成本的风-光-水-火-抽蓄联网系统成本模型和考虑调峰主动性的风-光-水-火-抽蓄联网... 多种能源联网运行逐步成为未来电力系统发展的方向,多能源联网系统的优化调度是应对规模化新能源并网消纳的重要手段。文中建立了计及火电机组深度调峰成本的风-光-水-火-抽蓄联网系统成本模型和考虑调峰主动性的风-光-水-火-抽蓄联网系统日前优化调度模型。针对多能源耦合系统结构复杂的情况,提出了分层优化调度的模型求解策略。上层模型以净负荷波动最小为优化目标,得到等效负荷曲线;下层模型根据上层模型的调度结果,以调峰运行的经济性最优和新能源弃电率最低为目标函数,计及调峰主动性,求解考虑火电机组深度调峰煤耗特性的含新能源系统的经济调度问题。仿真算例表明所建模型实现了多能源联网系统的互补运行,提升了火电机组的深度调峰能力,降低新能源弃电率和系统运行成本。 展开更多

为了探讨长距离输水泵站中空气罐的优化设计方法,以西北某长距离输水工程为例,以泵站水击最大正压水头和最小负压水头作为优化目标,以初始气体压力、高度直径比、连接管直径、进口阻力系数和出口阻力系数为优化变量,基于正交优化设计方... 为了探讨长距离输水泵站中空气罐的优化设计方法,以西北某长距离输水工程为例,以泵站水击最大正压水头和最小负压水头作为优化目标,以初始气体压力、高度直径比、连接管直径、进口阻力系数和出口阻力系数为优化变量,基于正交优化设计方法和KYPipe软件,采用极差分析法获得空气罐各参数对于水击最大正压水头和最小负压水头的影响,同时对得到的结果进行排序,比较并找到最优参数组合.结果表明:初始气体压力、连接管直径和出口阻力系数等因素对于水击最大正压水头和最小负压水头的影响程度较大,其中初始气体压力是最敏感的参数,对于最大正压水头和最小负压水头的影响程度最大;经过比较发现最优方案的参数组合为初始气体压力水头50 m、高度直径比4、连接管直径250 mm、进口阻力系数10、出口阻力系数5;相比原始方案,优化方案使泵站的水击最大正压水头降低4.98%、最小负压水头升高64.00%. 展开更多

侧式进/出水口各孔道流量分配差异及影响因素

对于抽水蓄能电站侧式进/出水口各孔道流量分配,现有设计规范规定进/出水口相邻中边孔道的流量不均匀程度不宜超过10%,但实际工程设计难以达到此要求.本文以某抽水蓄能电站侧式进/出水口为例,通过优化进/出水口各体型参数,利用数值模拟... 对于抽水蓄能电站侧式进/出水口各孔道流量分配,现有设计规范规定进/出水口相邻中边孔道的流量不均匀程度不宜超过10%,但实际工程设计难以达到此要求.本文以某抽水蓄能电站侧式进/出水口为例,通过优化进/出水口各体型参数,利用数值模拟方法研究各孔道流量等水力参数,重点分析分流墩布置对各孔道流量分配的影响及其规律,试图使进流工况和出流工况相邻中边孔道的流量不均匀程度均最小.研究表明,改变扩散段分流墩布置能有效改善流量不均匀程度.对于3墩4孔侧式进/出水口,相邻中边孔道的流量不均匀程度在出流工况下随中边孔宽度比增大而增大,在进流工况下随中边孔宽度比增大而减小;当中边孔宽度比增大且中墩后移距离减小时,出流工况和进流工况下的流量不均匀程度均减小.对于2墩3孔侧式进/出水口,相邻中边孔道的流量不均匀程度不论在出流工况下还是在进流工况下,均随中边孔宽度比增大呈先减小后增大的规律.优化后的3墩4孔侧式进/出水口的中边孔宽度比取0.228∶0.272,中墩后移距离取0.36D(D为隧洞直径),其相邻中边孔道的流量不均匀程度均较优,在出流工况下为18.47%~19.43%,在进流工况下为19.82%~19.83%;优化后的2墩3孔侧式进/出水口的中边孔宽度比取0.310∶0.345,其相邻中边孔道的流量不均匀程度均较优,在出流工况下为19.47%~19.63%,在进流工况下为18.66%~18.67%.相邻中边孔道的流量不均匀程度较难满足不宜超过10%的设计规范要求.研究成果将有助于《抽水蓄能电站设计规范》中关于进/出水口水力指标要求的完善. 展开更多

研究既有地铁非站站停列车开行方案和越行站设置协同优化对提高线路通过能力和运输效率具有重要意义。将非站站停列车开行方案编制与越行站设置协同考虑,出行乘客以出行OD分类,构建以企业运营成本、乘客出行成本以及列车越行成本最低为... 研究既有地铁非站站停列车开行方案和越行站设置协同优化对提高线路通过能力和运输效率具有重要意义。将非站站停列车开行方案编制与越行站设置协同考虑,出行乘客以出行OD分类,构建以企业运营成本、乘客出行成本以及列车越行成本最低为目标的既有地铁线非站站停列车开行方案优化模型,考虑线路通过能力及快车停靠等约束,依据模型特点选用遗传模拟退火算法进行模型求解。以西安地铁14号线为例验证构建模型有效性,求解结果表明:与传统的站站停运营组织模式相比,乘客总在车时间降低29.84%,企业运营成本降低4.33%,车底购置成本降低5.23%,同时讨论不同越行站位置选择对企业运营成本的影响,为轨道公司实施非站站停运营组织模式及相关车站改造提供决策支撑。 展开更多

【目的】针对安装全调节轴(混)流泵的排涝泵站开发计算软件确定运行中的最优开机台数组合和各机组的叶片角度,以获得最高装置效率或最大流量。【方法】根据实测的扬程和电动机输入功率等运行参数,结合水泵性能曲线推算水泵流量和流道阻... 【目的】针对安装全调节轴(混)流泵的排涝泵站开发计算软件确定运行中的最优开机台数组合和各机组的叶片角度,以获得最高装置效率或最大流量。【方法】根据实测的扬程和电动机输入功率等运行参数,结合水泵性能曲线推算水泵流量和流道阻力参数,研究装置效率随叶片角度变化规律。以平均装置效率最高或总流量最大为目标函数,建立动态规划模型进行站内运行优化调度,获得最优的开机组合和运行机组的叶片角度。在集成环境IntelliJ IDEA下,采用Java开发了通用的可视化的计算软件。【结果】对某排涝泵站,通过软件获得并分析了装置效率随叶片角度(或流量)的变化曲线,给出了在Hsy=5.3 m条件下不同需要流量下的优化运行方案。当需要流量为32 m^(3)/s时,与各机组均以+1.0°叶片角度的简单决策方案相比,软件给出的优化方案装置效率提高了0.76%。【结论】实际工程应用表明所开发的软件性能稳定,计算精确,实用性强。 展开更多

针对现有换热站并联水泵优化算法在集中式架构下控制适应性不足的问题,本文提出了一种改进的分布式并联水泵优化算法.首先,建立了并联水泵的分布式控制系统,并对该优化问题的数学模型进行描述,在目标函数中引入自适应非线性因子;然后,... 针对现有换热站并联水泵优化算法在集中式架构下控制适应性不足的问题,本文提出了一种改进的分布式并联水泵优化算法.首先,建立了并联水泵的分布式控制系统,并对该优化问题的数学模型进行描述,在目标函数中引入自适应非线性因子;然后,设计了改进的分布式果蝇优化算法,在该算法中每台水泵的控制器仅通过与邻居控制器交互信息即可完成并联水泵的优化;并且,在嗅觉搜索阶段,使用正弦余弦策略替代赋予个体距离与方向的随机策略;最后,以两个实际换热站中不同并联水泵系统为例对算法进行仿真验证,并基于仿真结果进行性能分析.结果表明,相较于传统算法,改进的分布式果蝇优化算法能得到更优的控制策略,有着收敛速度快、稳定性好和鲁棒性强的特点;并且该算法适用于不同系统的并联水泵优化问题,具有可扩展性.在实际工程验证中相较于集中式算法,该算法在总功率和计算时间上分别平均降低了5.47%和29.90%,因此,能够满足实际换热站中对并联水泵热负荷优化分配的需求. 展开更多

为解决西安市北郊河道超载风险问题,通过SWMM和GIS技术构建管网-泵站-河道耦合模型,在不同设计降雨重现期(1、2、5、10、20、50年)下对该区域排水系统进行模拟,进而分析下游河道水位变化规律并提出雨水分流调配与调整泵站调度的协同优... 为解决西安市北郊河道超载风险问题,通过SWMM和GIS技术构建管网-泵站-河道耦合模型,在不同设计降雨重现期(1、2、5、10、20、50年)下对该区域排水系统进行模拟,进而分析下游河道水位变化规律并提出雨水分流调配与调整泵站调度的协同优化措施。结果显示:在5、10、20和50年降雨重现期下,随着降雨峰值的到达,整个系统88%的排口都存在顶托现象,最长持续时间160min。在重现期为1、2、5和10年降雨条件下,协同优化的措施使得河道峰值流量分别下降了17.6%、4.9%、3.7%和2.6%,河道水位平均下降了35cm,排水系统的超载节点分别减少了16.7%、31.4%、34.2%和27.5%,超载管段的数量分别减少了25.0%、28.6%、30.8%和25.3%。 展开更多

针对梯级泵站系统运行效率普遍偏低、能耗损失较大等问题,建立了梯级泵站优化调度模型,引入了寻优能力强、搜索精度高的麻雀搜索算法(SSA),对算法中安全阈值和侦察者占比两参数进行了比选;据此提出了基于SSA算法的梯级泵站优化调度方法... 针对梯级泵站系统运行效率普遍偏低、能耗损失较大等问题,建立了梯级泵站优化调度模型,引入了寻优能力强、搜索精度高的麻雀搜索算法(SSA),对算法中安全阈值和侦察者占比两参数进行了比选;据此提出了基于SSA算法的梯级泵站优化调度方法,并将其应用于密云水库调蓄工程中的三级泵站优化调度研究。结果表明,三种不同流量工况下,相较于现状方案,PSO及GA算法所得优化方案其系统运行效率可提升0.03%~0.18%,年运行成本可节省¥9,700~¥69,500。利用SSA算法所获优化方案在两项指标改进方面更为突出,可达到0.98%~1.20%的效率提升及¥369,000~¥443,900的年运行费用的节省,验证了SSA算法在梯级泵站优化调度中的可行性和高效性,可为梯级泵站优化调度提供一种合理可靠的方法。 展开更多
