In Oct. 2004, the State Council issued Resolutions onStrengthening Food Safety to tighten up the supervision and management of food safety. The GeneralAdministration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China(A-QSIQ), in order to take effective measures to do the work of food safety well, has requested thatall the departments and subordinates of quality inspection and quarantine should strengthen thedevelopment of food quality inspection system to set up an Integrated inspection and testing systemfor food safety, especially, more attention should be paid to the training and building of the staffand technique.展开更多

Chicken insulin and snake insulin were studied in this laboratory and reported previously. This paper is concerned with the goose insulin. Its crystalline shape is dodecahedral, similar to that of snake insulin. Its primary structure is identical to that of duck insulin.展开更多
