Research on Foreign Language Talent Cultivation Mode Based on the Concept of Language Security

Language security is an important part of national security,and in the current complex international environment,the issue of language security is becoming more and more prominent and has become an unignorable part of national security strategy.As the bridge and link of international communication,foreign language talents’language skills and the level of national security awareness directly affect our country’s international image and the effect of international communication.Therefore,the establishment of a foreign language talent cultivation mode based on the concept of language security is not only an important way to improve the quality of foreign language education but also a realistic need to safeguard national security and promote international exchanges.Starting from the influence of the language security concept on foreign language talent cultivation,this paper analyzes the foreign language talent cultivation mode based on the language security concept,with a view to providing new ideas and methods for the development of foreign language education.

The Mode Reform of Cultivating Marketing Talents in Agricultural Vocational Colleges Based on the Perspective of Agricultural Enterprises——A Case Study of Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology

We conduct survey on the characteristics of demand of agricultural enterprises for agricultural marketing talents from the following 6 aspects:the professional marketing talents needed urgently by the agricultural enterprises,the amount of demand of agricultural enterprises for the marketing talents,the jobs offered by the agricultural enterprises,the educational background of agricultural marketing talents favored by the agricultural enterprises,the requirements posed by the agricultural enterprises on the work experience of agricultural marketing talents,and the quality requirements posed by the agricultural enterprises on the agricultural marketing talents.We analyse the problems existing in the cultivation mode of marketing talents in agricultural vocational colleges as follows:the feature of major is not outstanding;the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent;it is disconnected with the practical needs of agricultural enterprises;the cultivation form of practical ability is simple.On the basis of this,taking Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example,we advance the new mode of cultivating inter-disciplinary talents integrating "marketing technique+technique marketing",and establish characteristic agricultural course combo system on the basis of vocational position orientation.In the meantime,we propose that we should conduct close college-enterprise cooperation with the local leading agricultural enterprises.This cultivation mode reform of talents is favorable for the agricultural enterprises,especially small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises to foster "marketable" agricultural marketing talents,elevate the comprehensive competitiveness of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises,serve the local economy,and promote the development of modern agriculture,and China's agriculture,farmer,and countryside.

Exploration and Reflection on Modern Apprenticeship Talent Cultivation Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities

Modern apprenticeship is a talent cultivation mode of deep integration between schools and enterprises,and an effective way for higher vocational colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation and realize professional service to society.Guangxi College for Preschool Education of Special Education College of Applied Behavior Analysis cooperates with Guangxi Youzhuan Special Children Care Service Center to coeducate rehabilitation teachers of autistic children using the modern apprenticeship mode,constructs school-enterprise synergistic cultivation mechanism,promotes the integration of enrollment and recruitment,improves the system and standard of talent cultivation,builds the faculty team that is mutually employed by the school and enterprise,establishes the guarantee for the management system of modern apprenticeship,and so on.The practice has been carried out with the initial experience gained.However,the construction of a long-term operation mechanism of the modern apprenticeship mode still requires consideration of the contradiction with the traditional cultivation mode and the construction of a perfect evaluation system.

Effects of Planting Mode on Growth, Yield and Quality of Mini-watermelon under Soilless Cultivation

[Objective]The paper was to screen out planting mode suitable for mini-watermelon in spring greenhouses under soilless cultivation.[Method]The effects of single row planting with one main vine and one lateral vein,double row planting with one main vine and one lateral vein,and double row planting with two lateral veins on the growth period,growth,fruit quality and yield of mini-watermelon were studied.[Result]The planting mode of single row planting with one main vine and one lateral vein was adopted.The earliest date of harvest was May 28;the fruit-setting rate was 106.3%;and the single fruit weight was 1.33 kg.The lowest abnormal fruit rate was 0.73%;the highest yield was 54465.45 kg/hm^2,and the central sugar content was the highest of 12.95%.[Conclusion]Single row planting mode under soilless cultivation has certain demonstration and popularization prospect.

Impact of Economic Development Model on the Fitting Effect of the Mathematical Model of Changes in Cultivated Land Resources

The mathematical model is often used for fitting the trend of changes in cultivated land resources in the land use planning,but the fitting effect is different in different study areas. In this paper,we take two geographically adjacent cities with great differences in the economic development model,Xinghua City and Jingjiang City,as the research object. Using logarithmic model( M1),Kuznets model( M2),logistic model( M3) and multivariate linear model( M4),we fit the process of changes in cultivated land resources during the period 1980- 2009,and compare the differences in the fitting effect between different models. In terms of the model fitting effect in Xinghua City,it is in the order of M3 > M4 > M1 > M2,which is related to the fact that the local areas lay great emphasis on agricultural development,and pay close attention to ensuring the cultivated land area; in terms of the model fitting effect in Jingjiang City,it is in the order of M1 > M3 > M4 > M2,and the deep-seated cause is that its development model is dominated by extended trade expansion,and the level of intensive land use is constantly improved. In addition,we discuss the multi-stage characteristics of changes in cultivated land resources,and propose a solution of using the same model to simulate in various phases. The research results in Jingjiang City show that the coefficient of determination in the first phase( R2=0. 958) and the standard error( SE = 0. 261) are both better than those of the original model( R2= 0. 945,SE = 0. 312); the coefficient of determination in the second phase is slightly low( R2= 0. 851),but the standard error is greatly improved( SE = 0. 137). Compared with the research conclusions of other scholars,it can be believed that this method can better solve the problems that the scatter plot of logistic model presents wave-shape and the scatter plot of Kuznets model presents " M"-shape,in order to improve the applicability of mathematical models.

Research Progress of High Yield Cultivation Mode of Rice

Optimized high-yielding cultivation is of great significance to ensure stable and high yield of rice in China. This paper reviewed several super high-yielding cultivation modes, analyzed the effects of different cultivation modes on rice agronomic traits and physiological characteristics, and discussed the advances in rice mechanized cultivation and mode. Finally, the future development prospects of rice cultivation were put forward.

Research on Cultivation Mode of Employment Competitiveness of College Students with Financial Difficulties

College students with financial difficulties are often faced with more employment difficulties in job hunting due to multiple factors,in which,employment competitiveness becomes the key factor to determine whether they can obtain employment smoothly.This paper explores realization of improvement of employment competitiveness of students with financial difficulties in the cultivation mode of"one body with two wings"through job searching status analysis and feature induction of the college students with financial difficulties.

不同栽培模式对草莓果实挥发性香气物质的影响

为探明不同栽培模式对草莓果实挥发性香气物质的影响,以红颜(HY)、天使8号(TS8H)为试验材料,设置常规土壤栽培和高架基质栽培2种模式进行栽培试验。果实成熟后,采用搅拌棒吸附萃取(SBSE)结合气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对草莓果实的香气成分进行测定与分析。结果表明:2个草莓品种中共检测出83种、12大类挥发性香气物质。其中,脂肪酯29种、内酯3种、芳香族酯6种、脂肪醇4种、萜烯醇5种、呋喃酮2种、脂肪酮3种、萜烯酮2种、脂肪酸6种、脂肪醛8种、萜烯6种、其他9种。香气组分中,内酯、萜烯醇、脂肪酯相对含量较高。常规土壤栽培处理红颜果实内酯、萜烯醇、脂肪酯相对含量分别为46.77%、21.46%、16.18%,天使8号分别为44.20%、25.71%、19.77%;高架基质栽培处理红颜果实内酯、萜烯醇、脂肪酯相对含量分别为51.17%、24.21%、13.10%,天使8号分别为43.59%、18.11%、16.54%。不同栽培模式下,同一品种中90%以上挥发性香气物质种类一致,主要挥发性香气物质均为γ-癸内酯、γ-十二内酯、反式橙花叔醇;高架基质栽培方式下红颜果实γ-癸内酯和天使8号果实4-甲氧基-2,5-二甲基-3(2H)-呋喃酮(DMMF)的相对含量明显高于常规土壤栽培。综上,高架基质栽培在维持草莓果实主要挥发性香气物质稳定的同时,还可以提升果实的果香、甜香味。

信息资源管理学科标准化人才培养模式研究——以“N+2+3”培养模式为例

信息资源管理学科与标准化领域关联密切,随着信息产业规模的不断扩大,标准化工作的重要性在信息资源管理领域逐渐凸显。本文旨在基于当前标准化人才培养的经验,优化信息资源管理标准化人才的培养模式。通过文献研究、网络调查对国内外人才培养的现状进行调查;采用访谈法和参与式观察对信息资源管理标准化人才培养的典型案例进行实地调研,继而进行案例分析。该典型案例中,信息资源管理标准化人才培养采用“N+2+3”模式,即“标准驱动、两层培育、三维协同”。通过比较该模式与国内外标准化人才培养的经验,发现该模式存在教学主体不够多元、忽略产业和市场需求的问题。基于此提出了优化模型,以促进更加全面的信息资源管理标准化人才培养。

模具设计卓越工程人才“三位一体、四方联动”产教融合培养模式探索与实践

在新时代、新经济和新工科背景下,培养大批能够适应模具产业发展和转型升级的模具设计卓越工程人才,越来越得到教育界与产业界的重视和关注。以产业需求为导向与以产教深度融合作为推进模具设计卓越工程人才培养的基本路径,创建了耦合教育链、人才链和产业链,政府搭建平台,以高校和企业为主导,第三方专业机构辅助的“三位一体、四方联动”校政企协同育人模式。该模式的创新之处是在政府、高校和企业之外,引入了既熟悉工程教育教学规律,又深谙企业生产实践的第三方专业机构,在政府的支持、调控与指导下,对接高校和企业,四方联合打造模具设计卓越工程人才培养协作共同体。该模式突破了传统校企合作的藩篱,解决了产教“联而不动、动而乏力”的问题,有效提升了材料成型和模具设计与制造专业毕业生与社会需求的契合度,促进了学生更加充分与更高质量的就业。

面向国家能源战略需求的卓越工程人才培养新体系构建与实践

行业特色高校由其办学属性决定,在培养卓越工程师等高端人才方面具有得天独厚的优势。中国石油大学(北京)作为一所油气能源特色高校,面对保障国家能源安全和能源战略转型发展双重使命挑战,坚持“强优、拓新、创一流”的学科建设思路,构建了学科发展新格局,以此为龙头,依托产学研合作办学优势,打造“思政引领、创新驱动、融合发展”的工程人才培养新模式,并建立了“内部保证、外部认证、智能赋能”的教育教学质量保障体系,取得了显著的人才培养成效,其创新成果具有较大的应用推广价值。

福建地区不同栽培模式下百香果的产量与品质特征

为探究多级结果蔓栽培模式和单级结果蔓栽培模式下百香果大田生长时间、产量与品质相关指标表现特征,于2020—2021年开展百香果大田生产试验,并以紫果类主栽品种台农1号百香果和黄果类品种芭乐味百香果为材料,观察或测定2种栽培模式下百香果开花、结果、产量与品质相关指标,并分析果实品质指标间,以及果实品质指标与果实成熟期内温度、光照等气象因子的相关性。结果表明:1)与多级结果蔓栽培模式相比,单级结果蔓栽培模式下,百香果植株现蕾期、始花期和始果期的时间均较迟,果实发育成熟所需时间缩短,成花率和坐果率显著增加,且花蕾期、成花率、果实发育成熟期和坐果率的变异系数均较低,台农1号和芭乐味从定植到采收结束时所需时间分别比多级结果蔓栽培模式缩短69~71 d和51~58 d;2)从实收总产量及其产量构成因素看,单级结果蔓栽培模式下单株产量显著低于多级结果蔓栽培模式,且其全部由一级蔓产量组成,而多级结果蔓栽培模式下单株产量由主蔓、一级蔓、二级蔓和三级蔓产量组成,各级结果蔓产量在总产量占比上表现不一致;与多级结果蔓栽培模式相比,单级结果蔓栽培模式下百香果单株结果数量显著减少,但平均单果重和中大果比率显著提高;3)与多级结果蔓栽培模式相比,在单级结果蔓栽培模式下,果实总酸含量显著降低,果皮重、果汁量、可食率、总糖、糖酸比提高,且果实品质中7项指标值的变异系数均较低,温度、光照等气象因子与果实品质存在极显著相关性。综上所述,百香果在单级结果蔓栽培模式下可缩短大田生长时间,而且开花、结果、产量与品质相关指标表现特征均优于多级结果蔓栽培模式,各项指标值变异系数相对稳定。

理工类综合院校区域国别人才培养模式及课程建设探究

在“一带一路”倡议不断深入推进的背景下,探索建立具有新时代中国特色的区域国别人才培养模式及课程建设范式是当前我国高校面临的迫切任务。基于此,分析当前我国高校区域国别人才培养的现状及存在的问题,以理工类综合院校为例,着重对该类院校区域国别人才培养模式、课程建设体系、师资及平台建设方面进行探讨,以期为我国高校区域国别人才培养模式的分类建构及具体实施提供参考。

跨学科“双创”实验班人才培养模式探究

为探索跨学科融合创新创业实践人才的培养模式,成立了湘潭大学虚实交互机器人“双创”实验班。通过引入导师指导与学生自主管理相结合的模式创建创新创业教育实验班,为学生提供创新环境;通过不同专业的指导老师合作创建各方向技术前沿的实践课程体系对学生进行个性化培养,拓宽学生视野;通过协同不同专业的学生进行创新实践,培养学生团队精神和团队意识,逐步形成基本完善的跨学科“双创”实验班个性化人才培养模式。该模式的改革探索中培养了一批智能制造与控制、机器视觉、硬件电路设计、虚拟仪器等领域里的创新实践人才,对跨学科“双创”实验班个性化人才培养有一定的借鉴作用。
