It can play an important role in each step of prediction research, tar...The metallogenic theory of polygenetic compound ore deposit is the important basis for location prediction of hidden ore deposits in diwa regions. It can play an important role in each step of prediction research, targeting procedure, acquiring information and integrating information. In this paper, the authors discusses how to construct geological concept by using of the metallogenic theory of polygenetic ore deposits for predicting targeting area, to arrange investigation and detection for getting enough useful information, and to analyze and integrate information for reaching a trustful prediction conclusion. According to these strategies, we conduct a successful prediction of location of hidden ore bodies in the outer of the Fenghuangshan copper mine, a principal producing mine in Tongling Cu Au district.展开更多

However, how the past argumentation obtained th...Social members are hunted for a job through the private interpersonal network and the job flowing information, it is the important contribution of social network theory. However, how the past argumentation obtained the information through either strong or weak ties, has not taken notice of employer’s importance in labor market , make them seem one-sided and break away from reality to the analysis that the staff hunt for a job. This text tries to bring the employer into the analysis of hunting for a job, through partite-observation and deep-interview with employers , put forward two pieces of important argument: 1)Employer use all strong ties, weak ties and market information at the same time to look for oneself appropriate staff, so only emphasize that the analysis of the single factor is one-sided; 2)In case of trust and job matching, when the employer seeks to take on the staff of different positions , incline to utilize different information channels.展开更多

Comprehensive ore finding information from geological, g...The geological anomaly unit method (GAUM) is a new way to delineate and evaluate ore finding targets in line with the “geological anomaly ore finding theory”. Comprehensive ore finding information from geological, geochemical and geophysical data is used for quantitative measurement of the “ore forming geological anomaly unit” in this paper. The main procedures are shown as follows: (1) The geo anomalous events associated with gold mineralization are analyzed in Tongshi gold field; (2) The zonation in the concentrated heavy minerals and the stream sediment elements of ore forming geo anomaly are studied in detail; (3) The deep geological structural framework is deduced by means of the synthetic geological interpretation of gravity and magnetic information; (4) The ore controlling geo anomalies and ore anomalies are chosen as the variables of the favorable ore forming indexes that can be used for the quantitative delineation and evaluation of the potential ore forming regions.展开更多
