One kind of movable-pair analysis method is adopted to analyze the configuration of a 3-7R (revolute-pair) parallel decoupling mechanism, and the mechanism's characteristics are summarized. The mechanism has three orthogonal distributional branch-chains, and all movable pairs are rotational joints. The movable platform of the mechanism has x, y, z translational decoupling directions. Furthermore, in order to verify the mechanism's decoupling characteristics, the mechanism's kinematics analysis is solved, and the mechanism's direct/inverse kinematics model, input/output velocities and accelerations are deduced, which confirm its decoupling movement characteristics. Finally, one kind of mechanism link decomposed-integrated approach is adopted, and the mechanism's dynamics model is completed with the Lagrange method, which also proves its decoupling force characteristics. All of these works provide significant theory for the further study of the mechanism's control strategy, design, path planning etc. 展开更多

In traditional analytic method, the complicated mathemtical model must first be constructed and then solved by programming.Obviously, this method is not very practical. This paper,therefore, proposes a new way of approach with a new method using 3- D animation for the solving of coupling relations in the 6 - DOF parallel robot. Inhibition characteristics of circulating current in parallel inverter driving system of mine hoist 被引量:3

This research investigated the outputting circulation current inhibition characteristic which are controlled by the instantaneous feedback voltage in inverter parallel driving of the mine hoist. We established a transfer function of the parallel inverters controlled by the close-loop adjustment of instantaneous voltage feedback. The influence of the parameters of the close-loop feedback circuit to the inhibition effects to the outputting circulation current is observed. After analyzing the circulating current inhibition characteristics, the proportion integration (PI) controller is introduced into the close-loop adjustment by instantaneous voltage feedback. The characteristics equation is gained to determine the PI parameters by drawing the Bode plots. The inhibition effects of the proposed controller are examined by the established simulation model of parallel inverter system. The harmonic distortion rate at the outputting voltage frequency value of 4, 10, 20, 41 and 50 Hz, are all lower than 2.32 % by the instantaneous outputting voltage feedback. 展开更多

国民经济非垂直管理行业或领域建立大数据中心,需要配备能大规模云同步归集行业数据的软件系统,"行业数据云通用的同步枢纽与大数据联合体平台"(GSMS)就是为此而研制的。GSMS主要用于通过互联网大规模同步采集各地异构自治系... 国民经济非垂直管理行业或领域建立大数据中心,需要配备能大规模云同步归集行业数据的软件系统,"行业数据云通用的同步枢纽与大数据联合体平台"(GSMS)就是为此而研制的。GSMS主要用于通过互联网大规模同步采集各地异构自治系统(或设备)的业务或事实数据并加以开发应用。在实际应用中,当众多GSMS客户线程各自并发地向GSMS数据中心同步数据时,所产生的大规模数据同步会话将汇聚在GSMS服务端,从而形成处理瓶颈。此外,同步会话全程串行的锁步机制也会制约大规模数据同步归集的性能。为此,提出并实现了一种异步并行化改进GSMS系统方案:将服务端高时耗计算环节从数据同步串行锁步过程中分离出来,为其引入基于多道消息队列中间件的异步并行处理机制,并提供相应的松弛同步事务保障措施。实践表明,正确地实现这种异步并行处理能有效提升服务端处理速度并满足同步系统的可靠性和一致性要求。 展开更多

针对光伏充电系统中光伏电池利用率低、充电电路转化效率不高以及充电质量差的问题,对光伏电池进行建模分析,明确了其最大功率点随光照强度和温度变化的关系。在此基础上,设计了一种结合恒压跟踪法和扰动观察法的最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)算... 针对光伏充电系统中光伏电池利用率低、充电电路转化效率不高以及充电质量差的问题,对光伏电池进行建模分析,明确了其最大功率点随光照强度和温度变化的关系。在此基础上,设计了一种结合恒压跟踪法和扰动观察法的最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)算法,在Simulink中仿真发现其能快速准确地追踪到光伏电池的最大功率点;还设计了双相交错并联同步BUCK拓扑结构的硬件电路,结合蓄电池充电特性,采用了融合MPPT算法的4阶段智能充电方式。实验结果表明设计的光伏充电控制器能使光伏电池工作在最大功率点并实现充电阶段的准确切换,充电电路的转化效率在97%以上。 展开更多

The variation of tensile strength parallel to grain in Chinese fir and 1-214 poplar wood from plantations was studied in this paper. Aaccording to the national standards The Testing Methods for Physical and Mechanical Properties of Wood (GB 1927 to 1943 -- 1991), the small clear wood samples were cut and tested, which represent the south and north of trees with heights of 1.3, 3.3, 5.3 and 7.3 m. The results showed: the tensile strength parallel to grain of the north wood was higher than that of south wood. ANOVA shows that the tensile strength parallel to the grain with height is of significant difference (at 0.05 level). 展开更多
