Based on a prearrangement step interpolation algorithm for parameterized curves and considering high curvature points, parameterized curve tool path is divided into acceleration segments and deceleration segments by look-ahead algorithm. Under condition of characteristics of acceleration and deceleration stored in control system, deceleration before high curvature points and acceleration after high curvature points are realized in real-time in high speed cutting machining. Based on new parameterized curve interpolator model with velocity look-ahead algorithm, a real cubic spline is machined simulativly. The simulation results show that velocity look-ahead algorithm improves velocity changing more smoothly.展开更多

A simple memory function and the dependence of ηo and τt on M3.4 were derived from the theory of non-linear viscoelasticity with constraints of entanglements for polymer melts and substituted into the Oldroye-Walters-Fredickson constitutive equation. An integral constitutive equation for polymer melts was consequently obtained. Some material functions of the constitutive equation related to certain 'test flow' are examined as follows : (1) simple steady shear flow; (2) steady elongation flow; (3) small-amplitude oscillatory shear flow; (4) stress growth upon the inception of steady shear elongation flow; (5) stress relaxation (modulus and compllance). These theoretical relations for simple steady shear flow were compared with experimental data from our laboratory and references for various polymer melts and concentrated solutions. A good agreement between the theory and experiment was achieved.展开更多

With Bayesian statistical theory, dynamic Bayesian error function of displacement parameters of indeterminate curve box was founded. The corresponding formulas of dynamic Bayesian expectation and variance were deduced. Combined with one-dimensional Fibonacci automatic search scheme of optimal step size, the Powell optimization theory was utilized to research the stochastic identification of displacement parameters of indeterminate thin-walled curve box. Then the identification steps were presented in detail and the corresponding calculation procedure was compiled. Through some classic examples,it is obtained that stochastic performances of systematic parameters and systematic responses are simultaneously deliberated in dynamic Bayesian error function. The one-dimensional optimization problem of the optimal step size is solved by adopting Fibonacci search method. And the Powell identification of displacement parameters of indeterminate thin-walled curve box has satisfied numerical stability and convergence, which demonstrates that the presented method and the compiled procedure are correct and reliable.During parameters鈥?iterative processes, the Powell theory is irrelevant with the calculation of finite curve strip element(FCSE) partial differentiation, which proves high computation effciency of the studied method.展开更多

The modal dispersion curves are employed to estimate the sound speed profile(SSP) and geoacoustic parameters based on the ensemble Kalman filter. The warping transform is implemented to the signals received by a single hydrophone to obtain the dispersion curves. The experimental data are collected at a range-independent shallow water site in the South China Sea. The results indicate that the SSPs are well estimated and the geoacoustic parameters are also well determined. Comparisons of the observed and estimated modal dispersion curves show good agreement.展开更多

In this paper, A secure and efficient threshold secret sharing scheme is proposed by using the plane parametric curve on the basis of the principle of secret sharing. And the performance of this threshold scheme is analyzed. The results reveal that the threshold scheme has its own advantage of one-parameter representation for a master key, and it is a perfect ideal secret sharing scheme. It can easily detect cheaters by single operation in the participants so that the probability of valid cheating is less than 1/<em>p</em> (where <em>p</em> is a large prime).展开更多

The detection layer is considered as a sealed space and it is assumed that total current flows through the leak for the high resistivity of geomembrane liner. The leak current is regarded as a positive point current +I and the other current source is -I. Electrical potential of an arbitrary point in detection layer satisfies Poisson equation. Experiments for detecting leaks in liner were carried out. Excellent agreement between experimental data and simulated model data validates the new model. Parametric curves for a single leak show that with optimum selection of field survey parameters leaks can be detected effectively. For multiple leaks, the simulated results indicate that they are detectable when leak separation is larger than measurement spacing.展开更多

It is also well known that fundamental viscoelastic properties are used for design and modelling of asphalt mixtures and pavement structures to addressing rutting, fatigue and thermal cracking concerns. The objective of this paper is to study how the viscoelastic properties of asphalt mixture change over time, and evaluate and identify the cracking and aging susceptibility of asphalt mixtures with different mix variables during material selection and mixture design. Ten mixtures are evaluated using different laboratory conditioning protocols to simulate a range of aging levels in the field. The complex modulus test is then conducted on the lab aged mixtures to measure the viscoelastic properties in order to construct the dynamic modulus and phase angle master curves. The mixture Glover-Rowe(G-Rm) parameter and the shape parameters of the dynamic modulus and phase angle master curves, including inflection point frequency(-β/γ), difference between the glassy modulus and the inflection point modulus(γ), peak value of phase angle(a) and the horizontal position(frequency) of the peak phase angle value(c), are determined and evaluated for the mixtures with different aging conditions and mix variables. The study indicates the ability of the G-Rmparameter and all the master curve shape parameters to capture the effect of different aging conditions on linear viscoelastic mixture properties, as well as the cracking and aging susceptibility of asphalt mixtures.展开更多
