According to this theory,the calculating models of mass action concentrations for different binary metallic melts have beenformulated. According to the mass action law and the coexistence theory of metallic melts, the mass action concentrations of Cu-Mg, Bi-Tl and Ni-Al melts involving compound formation have been calculated. The calculated results show that, except the ultimate case of pure element, when two elements are present in the melts, all structural units (atoms and molecules) without exception will be present in the melts, i.e., their concentrations may change from great to small, but they will not vanish into nothing, and only under such conditions, the calculated results both agree with practice and obey the law of mass action. In view of that over considerable wide composition range, the activities of both elements of the three solid binary alloys mentioned above have been measured, this seems in contradiction with the present relevant phase diagrams, in which the structural units are determined by composition range, so the latter needs further investigation and consideration. 展开更多

Non-renewable fossil fuels have led to serious problems such as global warming,environmental pollution,etc.Oxygen electrocatalysis including oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)plays a central role in clean energy conversion,enabling a number of sustainable processes for future air battery technologies.Fluorine,as the most electronegative element(4.0)not only can induce more efficient regulation for the electronic structure,but also can bring more abundant defects and other novel effects in materials selection and preparation for favorable catalysis with respect to the other nonmetal elements.However,an individual and comprehensive overview of fluorine-containing functional materials for oxygen electrocatalysis field is still blank.Therefore,it is very meaningful to review the recent progresses of fluorine-containing oxygen electrocatalysts.In this review,we first systematically summarize the controllable preparation methods and their possible development directions based on fluorine-containing materials from four preparation methods.Due to the strong electron-withdrawing properties of fluorine,its control of the electronic structure can effectively enhance the oxygen electrocatalytic activity of the materials.In addition,the catalytic enhancement effect of fluorine on carbonbased materials also includes the prevent oxidation and the layer peeling,and realizes the precise atomic control.And the catalytic improvement mechanism of fluorine containing metal-based compounds also includes the hydration of metal site,the crystal transformation,and the oxygen vacancy induction.Then,based on their various dimensions(0D–3D),we also have summarized the advantages of different morphologies on oxygen electrocatalytic performances.Finally,the prospects and possible future researching direction of F-containing oxygen electrocatalysts are presented(e.g.,novel pathways,advanced methods for measurement and simulation,field assistance and multi-functions).The review is considered valuable and helpful in exploring the novel designs and mechanism analyses of advanced fluorine-containing electrocatalysts. 展开更多

Effective Action for Noncommutative U(1) Gauge Theory with Higher Dimensional Terms

In this paper we apply the assumption of our recent work in noncommutative scalar models to the noncommutative U(1) gauge theories. This assumption is that the noneommutative effects start to be visible continuously from a scale ANC and that below this scale the theory is a commutative one. Based on this assumption and using background field method and loop calculations, an effective action is derived for noncommutative U(1) gauge theory. It will be shown that the corresponding low energy effective theory is asymptotically free and that under this condition the noncommutative quadratic IR divergences will not appear. The effective theory contains higher dimensional terms, which become more important at high energies. These terms predict an elastic photon-photon scattering due to the noncommutativity of space. The coefficients of these higher dimensional terms also satisfy a positivity constraint indicating that in this theory the related diseases of superluminal signal propagating and bad analytic properties of S-matrix do not exist. In the last section, we will apply our method to the noncommutative extra dimension theories. 展开更多

This article represents the main positions of the theory of pleiotropic action of biologically active compounds (BACs) and medicines, which has been designed by the author based on her own experimental researches. The term “pleiotropy” means the ability of the BACs and medicines to implement more than one mechanism of action resulting in the specific biological (pharmacological) effect. The interaction of these mechanisms forms a distinct pattern of biological response (pleiotropic pattern), which reflects the change in his character with the increased dose (concentration)-dependent efficacy of BACs and medicines. The article consists of description of different pleiotropic patterns established in experiments on the model of reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation by macrophages dependent on activity of specialized enzyme called Nox2-NAD(P)H oxidase (Nox2, EC 1.6.3.1). Moreover, it consists of explanation of pharmacodynamic nature of pleiotropic patterns by means of application Chou-Talalay median effect equalization and combination index (CI) theory. The novel theory explains unsolved until now universal aspects of activity BACs and medicines, such as slope angles of “dose-effect” dependences in the conditions relevant in vivo, and it is of fundamental interest. However, it has applications in experimental pharmacology, as it allows defining the choice of the individual compounds and combinations, modulating the trust effect selectively and efficiently. This knowledge opens up new approaches to medicines discovery and evaluation, their rational dosing and combining. 展开更多

“一带一路”倡议启动十年来,中国与东盟国家在经贸领域的合作不断深入,非传统安全威胁给合作成果带来的威胁日益凸显。东南亚地区的恐怖势力呈现出域内域外整合、与暴力极端组织融合、与有组织犯罪结合的发展新态势。深化在反恐、打击... “一带一路”倡议启动十年来,中国与东盟国家在经贸领域的合作不断深入,非传统安全威胁给合作成果带来的威胁日益凸显。东南亚地区的恐怖势力呈现出域内域外整合、与暴力极端组织融合、与有组织犯罪结合的发展新态势。深化在反恐、打击跨境犯罪等领域的合作是中国与东盟国家协调发展、共同应对挑战的必然选择。然而,双方现有合作中面临东盟内部结构性障碍、预防性反恐缺乏、法制建设不均衡以及区域力量制衡等问题,严重阻碍了反恐合作的深入发展。本研究将国际反恐合作问题置于与区域间主义、集体行动等与合作相关的理论所构建的分析框架中进行分析和思考,从合作的达成和合作困难的根本性原因出发,对合作发生的可能性、可行性进行理论分析,从理论与现实相结合的视角审视问题解决的可能途径,并通过该分析框架详细分析中国与东盟国家区域间警务合作中澜湄执法安全合作这一典型案例,为中国与东盟国家化解反恐合作困境提供新的思路。 展开更多

基于哈贝马斯交往行为理论的沟通模式在急诊脑外伤患者中的应用

目的探讨基于哈贝马斯交往行为理论的沟通模式在急诊脑外伤患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2021年1月—2022年12月在西安交通大学第一附属医院进行救治的106例脑外伤患者的临床资料,根据护理干预方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组53例... 目的探讨基于哈贝马斯交往行为理论的沟通模式在急诊脑外伤患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2021年1月—2022年12月在西安交通大学第一附属医院进行救治的106例脑外伤患者的临床资料,根据护理干预方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组患者采用常规脑外伤急救护理干预,观察组患者采用基于哈贝马斯交往行为理论的沟通模式进行干预。比较2组患者的确诊时间、手术准备时间、住院时间等急诊救治效果指标及家属护理满意度,同时比较2组患者的神经功能缺损状况、日常生活能力等指标以及并发症发生情况。结果干预前,2组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的NIHSS评分低于对照组,日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,2组患者神经行为认知状态检查(NCSE)量表及格拉斯哥昏迷评分量表(GCS)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的NCSE和GCS评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的确诊时间、手术准备时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者家属对护理人员沟通能力、健康宣教水平、操作技能、服务态度4项护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组患者术后并发症发生率分别为5.67%和15.09%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.536,P=0.111)。结论基于哈贝马斯交往行为理论的沟通模式应用于急诊脑外伤患者护理中,有助于减轻患者神经功能受损程度,改善患者神经认知功能,提升急诊救治效率和家属护理满意度。 展开更多
