Path Breakthrough of Medical Humanities Education From the Perspective of“All-Staff,Whole-Process,and All-Round Education”

Medical education is an important cornerstone for the development of healthcare,and medical humanities education,as an integral part of medical education,plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating people’s health guardians with high medical ethics.We adopted the method of stratified random sampling to select 309 students and 107 faculty members from three independent medical colleges in Sichuan province as the research subjects and distributed questionnaire surveys investigating in three dimensions:overall cognition of medical humanities,evaluation of medical humanistic qualities,and the current situation of medical humanities education,supplemented by an in-depth literature review and interviews with subject matter experts.We found that“tech-centrism”still has a great influence,the self-evaluation of medical students’humanistic quality is generally not high,the educational concept of“emphasizing professional skills over morality”of faculty and staff is still quite prevalent,and there is still the“last mile”phenomenon in medical humanities education.In order to promote the integrated development of“new medicine”and“new liberal arts”and break the barriers of“tech-centrism”and“instrumental rationality,”it is necessary to change the educational concept and strengthen the education of all employees,break through the bottleneck of internships and strengthen the whole process of education,integrate educational resources and strengthen all-round education,improve the incentive mechanisms,strengthen the assessment methods,and provide Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the development of medical humanities education.

斯金纳健康教育结合ABC情绪管理在中老年高血压病人中的应用

目的:探讨斯金纳健康教育结合ABC情绪管理模式对中老年高血压病人自我管理的效果。方法:采用方便抽样法选取2021年1月—2022年4月在某三级甲等医院高血压科住院治疗的220例中老年原发性高血压病人作为研究对象,采用单盲法、按照住院时间先后顺序将研究对象分为试验组和对照组,各110例。对照组给予常规健康教育,试验组在对照组的基础上,给予斯金纳健康教育结合ABC情绪管理模式,比较两组病人干预前、干预1个月、干预3个月、干预6个月后血压水平、疾病知识掌握程度、自我感受负担和自我管理行为。结果:剔除脱落病人,最终试验组纳入105例、对照组105例。重复测量方差分析结果显示,不考虑测量时间,两组病人的血压水平、知识掌握程度、自我感受负担、自我管理行为的主效应差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);不考虑分组,不同时间的两组病人的血压水平、知识掌握程度、自我感受负担、自我管理行为主效应差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);分组和时间因素存在交互效应,试验组和对照组在不同时间点血压水平、知识掌握程度、自我感受负担、自我管理行为变化趋势存在差异(P<0.001)。简单效应分析显示,干预1个月、3个月、6个月后试验组血压水平、知识掌握程度、自我感受负担、自我管理行为均优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:将斯金纳健康教育结合ABC情绪管理模式应用于中老年高血压病人的健康教育,在降低病人血压的同时,有助于提高病人知识的掌握程度及对疾病的自我管理能力,减轻病人的自我感受负担。

基于D-S证据理论的城市社区民生科技贡献绩效评估研究

研究基于民生科技对城市社区建设在社区安全、节能环保、健康卫生、生活便利和学习交流等方面发挥的功能和作用,提出民生科技在城市社区建设中体现贡献绩效的主要因素,建立城市社区民生科技贡献绩效评价指标体系,并采用D-S理论的分析方法,通过算例对天津市华苑社区民生科技的贡献绩效进行评价,为民生科技在城市社区的绩效评估提供支撑。

新中国成立初期农村党员教育与农业互助合作运动的推进--以山东为中心的考察

新中国成立初期,为了消除农村党员对社会主义社会和共产主义社会的错误认识,打破“革命成功”的胜利情绪,农村基层党组织进行了一次较为系统的党员教育。通过农村党员教育,中国共产党在农村党的组织初步建立了党课制度,提高农民党员的思想觉悟和理论水平,改变部分党员存在的“个人生产、发家致富”的思想,划清党员干部先锋队与群众的界限,启发他们带头参加农村互助合作组织,并在其中发挥示范作用,有效推进了农业互助合作运动的进程。新中国成立初期,山东作为当时农村党员占比最多的省份,其农村党员教育积累了一定的经验,对当下党员干部教育有积极启示意义。

基于明清进士数量构建地区层面的儒家思想指标,探讨儒家思想对地区绿色创新发展的影响和作用机制。研究表明:儒家思想促进了绿色创新发展,且随着儒家思想氛围增强这种促进作用存在强化特征。儒家思想主要通过可持续发展效应和民生效应促进绿色创新发展,且儒家思想氛围越浓厚的地区,知识传播和人力资本积累越突出,这不仅会提升对可持续发展重要性的认识和对民生改善的愿望,而且还有助于实现地区的绿色创新发展。环境保护力度和知识产权保护程度对儒家思想促进绿色创新发展起到了正向调节作用。儒家思想对绿色创新发展的促进作用在本土企业尤其是国有企业中较为明显。文章拓展了文化与绿色创新方面的研究,对于理解地区绿色创新发展差异,深入洞悉传统文化价值具有一定启示。

新时代我国家庭教育政策工具的使用及优化研究——基于《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》政策文本内容的分析

《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》的颁布标志着我国进入家庭教育有法可依的新时代。政策是制定法律法规的依据,法律法规是政策的具体化。文章关注政策工具的选择和优化,基于政策工具与政策内容的二维分析框架,运用内容分析法对《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》政策文本进行编码、统计与分析,洞悉新时代家庭教育政策特征及存在的问题。研究发现:政策工具的使用存在结构性失衡,政策内容的分布凸显决策偏好,政策工具与政策内容的适配度有待调整。建议从以下三方面进行优化:理性分析,提升政策工具选择的科学性;均衡配置,促进家庭教育共同体的协同性;精准匹配,提升政策工具与内容的适配性。

An Analysis of Labor Resources “One River and Two Tributaries” Region in Tibet, China

Focusing on the region of Yarlung Zangbo River and the middle reaches of itstwo tributaries of Nianchu River and Lhasa River in Tibet (Hereafter referred to as the 'One Riverand Two Tributaries' region), and based on the data from China 3rd, 4th and5th population censuses,the article has analyzed change patterns of this region' s labor force. Major findings from thestudy are summarized as follows; (1) Compared with the data from the 3rd census, labor forcepopulation in 2000 has increased significantly. (2) Children dependency coefficient has dropped,while old people dependency coefficient has changed very slightly with an increase of 0. 047% only.(3) Compared 2000 with 1982, illiteracy and semi-illiteracy rate of the population above 15 yearsold have decreased significantly by 30. 69 percentage points, but still higher than the nationalaverage. (4) Women' s illiteracy rate has dropped faster than men's, but up to 2000 it was generallyquite high. The upgrading of the entire population's overall quality has a long way to go.

Enriching Farmers through Sharing: Improving People’s Livelihood and Well-Being in the Modernization of Agriculture and Rural Areas in China

Shared development is an important means by which to improve people’s livelihood and well-being in the new era. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period (2016–2020), China has made great achievements in the three major aspects of targeted poverty alleviation through industrial development, development of special rural areas, and equalization of urban and rural infrastructure and basic public services. In addition, the important experience of multi-agent participation, multi-mode guidance, and multi-line promotion has been accumulated in the individual, regional and urbanrural dimensions. However, there remain some deficiencies, such as low policy efficiency, poor matching ability, and prominent structural problems. At the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021–2025), the task of enriching farmers through sharing has been faced with many challenges, such as major changes in the focus of poverty governance, greater numbers of restraints on the development of special rural areas, and heavy responsibilities of equalizing urban and rural infrastructure and basic public services. Therefore, it is necessary to acquire a profound understanding of the new development concept, and to continuously enrich farmers through sharing in terms of accelerating the improvement of the institutionalized poverty reduction system in the new era, actively building a green development system of agriculture and animal husbandry in special rural areas, and striving to create a fair and complementary urban and rural infrastructure and basic public service system.
