Performance of water-based foams affected by chemical inhibitors to retard spontaneous combustion of coal 被引量:3

The micelle generating process of the sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) solution with the addition of chemical inhibitors was elucidated using phase separation model, and the descending order of the capacity for the selected chemical inhibitors to reduce the critical micelle concentrations of the solution are Mg Cl_2, Ca Cl_2,NH_4HCO_3 and NH_4Cl. The data to quantitatively describe the foam decay process, including foaming ratio,foam life and decay behaviors, was obtained by pressure measuring system. The results indicate that chemical inhibitors can improve the solution foamability. The capacity of the inhibitors to enhance the solution foamability is sorted as NH_4 Cl, NH_4HCO_3, Mg Cl2 and Ca Cl_2 which can distinctly improve the foam stability as well. The capacity of the inhibitors to enhance the SDS foam stability can be arranged as Mg Cl_2, NH_4 Cl, NH_4HCO_3 and Ca Cl_2. It is observed that the gravity drainage plays a leading role in the increase of proportion of diffusion drainage. The oxidation dynamic parameters of the coal samples treated by inhibition foams were investigated using thermal analysis technique, and their synergistic effects on inhibiting coal oxidation were explored. 展开更多

The preparation of hydroxyl chromium oxide by hydrogen reduction of disodium chromate and particulate hydroxyl mechanical activation features were studied. Then with self-made hydroxyl chromium as the raw material, a direct reduction and carburization process was used to prepare ultra-fine chromium carbonization. Through SEM and XRD, the high performance mechanical activation, key coefficients, microstructure, hardness and wear-resisting property were investigated. The results reveal that suitable mechanical activation and carbon reducing carbonization temperature, carbonization time, carbon content are beneficial to obtaining ultra-fine chromium carbonization. Typically, when the time of high performance grinding is 5 min, the carbon reducing temperature is 1100 ℃, the carbon reducing time is 1h, the carbon content is 28%, and finally the particle size of chromium carbide powder is 1 μm. Under this condition of preparation of ultra-fine chromium carbide, both the hardness and wear resistance are better than those in the industrialization of chromium carbide coating. 展开更多

Ag3PO4 microcrystals with highly enhanced visible light photocatalytic activity are prepared by a facile and simple solid state reaction at room temperature. The composition, morphology and optical properties of the asprepared Ag3PO4 microcrystMs are characterized by x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra. The photocatalytie properties of Ag3PO4 are investigated by the degradation of both methylene blue and methyl orange dyes under visible light irradiation. The as-prepared Ag3PO4 microcrystals possess high photocatalytic oxygen production with the rate of 673μmolh-1g-1. Moreover, the as-prepared Ag3PO4 microcrystals show an enhanced photoelectrochemistry performance under irradiation of visible light. 展开更多

uncertainties,robust control algorithms have obtained popularity in vehicle stability control.The robust control usually gives up performance in order to guarantee the robustness of the control algorithm,therefore an improved robust internal model control(IMC) algorithm blending model tracking and internal model control is put forward for active steering system in order to reach high performance of yaw rate tracking with certain robustness.The proposed algorithm inherits the good model tracking ability of the IMC control and guarantees robustness to model uncertainties.In order to separate the design process of model tracking from the robustness design process,the improved 2 degree of freedom(DOF) robust internal model controller structure is given from the standard Youla parameterization.Simulations of double lane change maneuver and those of crosswind disturbances are conducted for evaluating the robust control algorithm,on the basis of a nonlinear vehicle simulation model with a magic tyre model.Results show that the established 2-DOF robust IMC method has better model tracking ability and a guaranteed level of robustness and robust performance,which can enhance the vehicle stability and handling,regardless of variations of the vehicle model parameters and the external crosswind interferences.Contradiction between performance and robustness of active steering We present a method for preparation of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (ZIFs, e.g., ZIF-8) via an in situ pyrolysis process. The resultant materials are completely new carbon composites with desirable hierarchical porosity and nitrogen-doped features. Electron microscopy images show that CNTs with small external diameters enable more uniform dispersion of ZlF-8-derived carbons, subsequently yielding a unique hierarchically porous structure. Such carbon shows superior activity in oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and high performance of supercapacitance, making it a valu- able metal-flee electrode material and a competent alternative to the state-of-the-art Pt/C catalyst. The electrocatalytic performance of CNTs can be dramatically improved by the incorporation of ZIF-8-derived carbons, which is attributed to the combination of good conductivity, abundant accessible dopant species, as well as proper porosity. Moreover the characteristics of vibration acceleration level difference and force transmissibility of different vibration isolation systems are discussed and their simpli- fled expressions are given. In addition the required control forces of active vibration isolation under different installations of actuators for different vibration isolation systems are compared. The results show that for all vibration isolation systems, the addition of the stiffness and damping of the base can enhance their vibration acceleration level difference and force transmissibility. Segment alignment of tip-tilt is fulfilled by overlapping diffraction pattern centroids of the three individual segments on the focal plane. A spherical interferometer is introduced to evaluate the performance of piston, tip-tilt sensing, and control closed-loop, and finally a total residual root-mean-square (RMS) surface error of about 45 nm is achieved, in which a typical error of about 20 nm is contributed by piston. These results demonstrate that the dispersed Rayleigh interferometer can successfully sense the piston of segmented mirrors and be used in phasing segmented telescopes under extensive studies.</span> The data to quantitatively describe the foam decay process, including foaming ratio,foam life and decay behaviors, was obtained by pressure measuring system. The results indicate that chemical inhibitors can improve the solution foamability. The capacity of the inhibitors to enhance the solution foamability is sorted as NH_4 Cl, NH_4HCO_3, Mg Cl2 and Ca Cl_2 which can distinctly improve the foam stability as well. The capacity of the inhibitors to enhance the SDS foam stability can be arranged as Mg Cl_2, NH_4 Cl, NH_4HCO_3 and Ca Cl_2. It is observed that the gravity drainage plays a leading role in the increase of proportion of diffusion drainage. The oxidation dynamic parameters of the coal samples treated by inhibition foams were investigated using thermal analysis technique, and their synergistic effects on inhibiting coal oxidation were preparation of hydroxyl chromium oxide by hydrogen reduction of disodium chromate and particulate hydroxyl mechanical activation features were studied. Then with self-made hydroxyl chromium as the raw material, a direct reduction and carburization process was used to prepare ultra-fine chromium carbonization. Through SEM and XRD, the high performance mechanical activation, key coefficients, microstructure, hardness and wear-resisting property were investigated. The results reveal that suitable mechanical activation and carbon reducing carbonization temperature, carbonization time, carbon content are beneficial to obtaining ultra-fine chromium carbonization. Typically, when the time of high performance grinding is 5 min, the carbon reducing temperature is 1100 ℃, the carbon reducing time is 1h, the carbon content is 28%, and finally the particle size of chromium carbide powder is 1 μm. Under this condition of preparation of ultra-fine chromium carbide, both the hardness and wear resistance are better than those in the industrialization of chromium carbide coating.</span> </span> class="">Ag3PO4 microcrystals with highly enhanced visible light photocatalytic activity are prepared by a facile and simple solid state reaction at room temperature. The composition, morphology and optical properties of the asprepared Ag3PO4 microcrystMs are characterized by x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra. The photocatalytie properties of Ag3PO4 are investigated by the degradation of both methylene blue and methyl orange dyes under visible light irradiation. The as-prepared Ag3PO4 microcrystals possess high photocatalytic oxygen production with the rate of 673μmolh-1g-1. algorithms have obtained popularity in vehicle stability control.The robust control usually gives up performance in order to guarantee the robustness of the control algorithm,therefore an improved robust internal model control(IMC) algorithm blending model tracking and internal model control is put forward for active steering system in order to reach high performance of yaw rate tracking with certain robustness.The proposed algorithm inherits the good model tracking ability of the IMC control and guarantees robustness to model uncertainties.In order to separate the design process of model tracking from the robustness design process,the improved 2 degree of freedom(DOF) robust internal model controller structure is given from the standard Youla parameterization.Simulations of double lane change maneuver and those of crosswind disturbances are conducted for evaluating the robust control algorithm,on the basis of a nonlinear vehicle simulation model with a magic tyre model.Results show that the established 2-DOF robust IMC method has better model tracking ability and a guaranteed level of robustness and robust performance,which can enhance the vehicle stability and handling,regardless of variations of the vehicle model parameters and the external crosswind interferences.Contradiction between performance and robustness of active steering control algorithm is sources such as solar electricity. We present a method for preparation of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (ZIFs, e.g., ZIF-8) via an in situ pyrolysis process. The resultant materials are completely new carbon composites with desirable hierarchical porosity and nitrogen-doped features. Electron microscopy images show that CNTs with small external diameters enable more uniform dispersion of ZlF-8-derived carbons, subsequently yielding a unique hierarchically porous structure. Such carbon shows superior activity in oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and high performance of supercapacitance, making it a valu- able metal-flee electrode material and a competent alternative to the state-of-the-art Pt/C catalyst. The electrocatalytic performance of CNTs can be dramatically improved by the incorporation of ZIF-8-derived carbons, which is attributed to the combination of good conductivity, abundant accessible dopant species, as well as proper porosity. In addition the required control forces of active vibration isolation under different installations of actuators for different vibration isolation systems are compared. The results show that for all vibration isolation systems, the addition of the stiffness and damping of the base can enhance their vibration acceleration level difference and force transmissibility. Segment alignment of tip-tilt is fulfilled by overlapping diffraction pattern centroids of the three individual segments on the focal plane. A spherical interferometer is introduced to evaluate the performance of piston, tip-tilt sensing, and control closed-loop, and finally a total residual root-mean-square (RMS) surface error of about 45 nm is achieved, in which a typical error of about 20 nm is contributed by piston. These results demonstrate that the dispersed Rayleigh interferometer can successfully sense the piston of segmented mirrors and be used in phasing segmented telescopes under extensive studies.</span> system (MAS) can provide flexible and intelligent control for micro-grid (MG). In this paper, a new power coordination method of MAS is presented for MG. New way for dispatching controllable generations (CGs) and direct cooperation between storages and CGs are designed. Real-time emulations of the coordination, including the usage of both CGs and storages, have been carried out in islanded situation basing on this method, and much higher performance than conventional
