A series of phenoxy resins was directly prepared through the polymerization of each of the various aromatic dihydric phenols and epichlorohydrin.FTIR and 1H NMR spectra were recorded to characterize the structures of the re-sins.The GPC curves were used to determine the molecular weight distribution.In addition,the thermal properties of the resins were studied with differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA).The thermal stabilities of the polymers increased with the content of the benzene ring,pendant group increasing or biphenyl groups emerging.The adhesive properties of the polymers were evaluated in terms of the lap shear strength with Fe-Fe adherends.The fracture mechanisms were determined by SEM observation and it was found that there was an important participation of cohesive fracture mechanisms.Also,it has been demonstrated that the extension of these micro-cohesive mechanisms is directly correlated with the adhesive strength.According to these results,the phenoxy resin containing biphenyl groups presented a higher adhesive strength and could improve the adhesive property of the epoxy/phenoxy system to a certain extent. 展开更多

The crystal belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 8.0157(8),b = 12.5748(13),c = 13.3768(14) ,α = 64.770(2),β = 75.720 (2),γ = 89.784(2)°,μ = 0.085 mm-1,Mr = 442.49,V = 1174.1(2) 3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.252 g/cm3,F(000) = 468,T = 294(2) K,R = 0.0603 and wR = 0.1498 for 2644 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the single crystal contains strong non-classical hydrogen bonds. The preliminary bioassay showed that the title compound exhibits inhibitory activity against the Pseudoperoniospora cubensis and Rhizoctonia solani at the test concentration of 200 mg/L. 展开更多

In order to find new herbicidal compounds, twelve novel 1-phenoxyacetyl-3-arylimidazolidine-2,4-dione compounds were designed and synthesized by substructure combination strategy using 3-arylimidazolidine-2,4-dione as the intermediate. The structures of the target compounds were confirmed by;H NMR and IR. The preliminary bioassay results showed that most of the target compounds had good inhibition against rape and barnyardgrass at the concentration of 100 mg/L. Especially, compound H3 and H5 showed 100% inhibitory activity against rape. 展开更多

Their structures were confirmed by IR, NMR, and HRMS. The derivatives can self-spread and float on the water surface. Preliminary bioassays showed that some compounds, 3i–3p, had excellent herbicidal activities against water hyacinth. This strategy provided a novel approach for the water hyacinth control. 展开更多

A study of single-walled carbon nanotubes modified by organics of the phthalocyanine category

The single-walled carbon nanotubes were modified by using the phenoxy phthalocyanine. Characterization analysis was made by means of the transmission electron microscope (TEM), ultraviolet visible absorptive spectra, fluorescent spectra and Raman spectra. Under the TEM, it was observed that the composite looked like sugarcoated haws. By comparing the ultraviolet visible absorptive spectra before and after absorption, it was disclosed that the spectral intensity and the intensity of the peaks in the fluorescent spectra dropped remarkably. This shows that the single-walled carbon nanotubes have absorbed a large number of phenoxy phthalocyanines. Raman analysis revealed that in the Raman spectra, the position of the main peaks of the single-walled carbon nanotubes after absorption moved in the direction of long waves. The analysis suggests that the movement of the Raman spectra results from the change in the state of the single-walled carbon nanotubes before and after absorption. 展开更多

白念珠菌是真菌感染疾病中的主要病原菌,生物被膜的形成是白念珠菌毒力特征,同时也是重要的耐药机制,开发具有生物被膜抑制活性的抗真菌药物具有重要的意义。本研究对前期获得的新型的具有生物被膜抑制活性的化合物1-(cyclopentylamino)... 白念珠菌是真菌感染疾病中的主要病原菌,生物被膜的形成是白念珠菌毒力特征,同时也是重要的耐药机制,开发具有生物被膜抑制活性的抗真菌药物具有重要的意义。本研究对前期获得的新型的具有生物被膜抑制活性的化合物1-(cyclopentylamino)-3-(4-(2,4,4-trimethylpentan-2-yl)phenoxy)propan-2-ol(简称IMB-H12)进行了深入的研究。IMB-H12对生物被膜的形成具有良好的抑制活性,并且对成熟的生物被膜具有一定的清除作用;初步作用机制研究发现IMB-H12能够抑制酵母-菌丝相的转换、抑制菌丝体的形成,降低白念珠菌的黏附活性和疏水性;IMB-H12能够诱导生物被膜菌细胞壁成分含量的改变,下调多个与黏附和菌丝形成相关的基因的表达。因此,对该化合物的进一步研究,有望发现新型的具有抗真菌活性的先导化合物。 展开更多
