Research on the Path of Integrating Ideological and Political Courses into College Physical Education Courses Under the Background of Cultivating Moral Character and Cultivating People

The national education department clearly pointed out in the“Guidelines for the Construction of Ideological and Political Curriculum in Colleges and Universities”that colleges and universities need to take on the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and cultivating people in the process of education,and reasonably integrate ideological and political courses into the curriculum to promote the overall improvement of students’ideological and political quality.This article outlines the connotation of ideological and political courses in the context of cultivating moral character and cultivating people,analyzes and summarizes the significance of integrating ideological and political courses into college physical education courses,summarizes existing problems in the construction of ideological and political courses in college physical education,and explores the path of integrating ideological and political courses into college physical education courses under the background of cultivating moral character and cultivating people,with a view to providing guidelines for teachers.

Rational thinkings on the universities’ “special group” students’ physical education curriculum design

A Theoretical Study on Health Quotient Promotion-based Physical Education Reform at the University Level

This study maintains that university-level physical education does not currently include or implement health education.? As a consequence of this, college and university students have a very weak theoretical understanding of health.? This study maintains that university-level physical education should focus on the state of students’ health, using the principles of the health quotient.? Of particular importance are problems related to mental health, social adaptive ability, and lifestyle.? Reform and Practice of University Physics Experimental Teaching Based on OBE Concept

Aiming at the problems of unclear teaching objectives,obsolete content,and single method in the experimental teaching of university physics at our university,we have implemented a series of reform initiatives.It mainly includes clarifying the student-centered teaching objectives,optimizing the experimental content,innovating the teaching methods,improving the assessment and evaluation system,and improving the experimental conditions[1,2].After the implementation of the reform,the learning effectiveness of students has been significantly improved,the teaching level of teachers has been significantly enhanced,the curriculum system has been optimized,the efficiency of teaching management has been enhanced,and social recognition has been strengthened.Practice shows that the teaching reform based on the outcome-based education concept effectively improves the quality of university physics experimental teaching and lays the foundation for cultivating innovative talents.

Survey and Countermeasures on Current Situation of Life Education for College Students in Local Normal Colleges and Universities

Life education is the precondition of all education.This paper explored the current situation of life education for college students in local normal colleges and universities through questionnaire survey,and traced the history of life education in the world and China.Combined with history and reality,it analyzed the current problems of life education for college students mainly in three aspects,namely,the lack of connectivity in the educational process,the excessive productization of education,and the fragmentation of life education.Finally,it came up with pertinent recommendations in line with these problems.

Research on Gymnastics Textbooks for Physical Education Major in Regular Colleges and Universities

As an important part of physical education in regular colleges and universities, gymnastics has played an active role in the development of physical education in colleges and universities. Creative development of college physical education from the perspective of humanity

基于Mini-MOOC的O2O教学模式在大学体育教学中的应用

为探讨基于Mini-MOOC的O2O教学模式在大学体育教学中的实效性,选取70名轮滑选项班男生,随机将其分为实验组和对照组(各35人),实验组学生进行为期16周基于Mini-MOOC的O2O混合式教学干预实验.实验前后分别对2组被试身体素质水平、专项技能水平和体育锻炼态度等具体指标进行测评.结果表明:基于Mini-MOOC的O2O教学模式具有较高的实效性,对大学生身体素质水平、专项技能水平及体育锻炼态度等具有较为明显的促进作用,是实现体育教学效果新突破的必然选择.

The Idea of a Normal University in the 21st Century

Phonon relaxation and heat conduction in one-dimensional Fermi Pasta Ulam β lattices by molecular dynamics simulations

The phonon relaxation and heat conduction in one-dimensional Fermi Pasta-Ulam （FPU） β lattices are studied by using molecular dynamics simulations. The phonon relaxation rate, which dominates the length dependence of the FPU β lattice, is first calculated from the energy autoeorrelation function for different modes at various temperatures through equilibrium molecular dynamics simulations. We find that the relaxation rate as a function of wave number k is proportional to k^1.688, which leads to a N^0.41 divergence of the thermal conductivity in the framework of Green-Kubo relation. This is also in good agreement with the data obtained by non-equilibrium molecular dynamics simulations which estimate the length dependence exponent of the thermal conductivity as 0.415. Our results confirm the N^2/5 divergence in one-dimensional FPU β lattices. The effects of the heat flux on the thermal conductivity are also studied by imposing different temperature differences on the two ends of the lattices. We find that the thermal conductivity is insensitive to the heat flux under our simulation conditions. It implies that the linear response theory is applicable towards the heat conduction in one-dimensional FPU β lattices.
