The target of the text is to scientifically appraise dynamic development of surface deformation in subsidence area and its influence on groundwork stability of natural pipe and then adopt some technological measures to ensure safe circulation of natural pipeline. Analysed the influence on natural pipeline from coal mining subsidence in the way of pipeline grade variation, vertical curve variation, transverse deformation, horizontal pull and compression deformation and pipe stress variation etc., and described detailed surface subsidence product and its used time among initial phase, active phase and decline phase in the course of surface movement deformation time. In the context of considering surface subsidence that doesn't reach basic latter end and residual subsidence quantity, the text confirmed the calculation method of residual deformation in surface subsidence area, and gave the technological measures about building natural gas pipeline in subsidence area finally. 展开更多

With the rapid development of submarine oil and gas,the security issues of submarine oil and gas pipeline become increasingly prominent,and regular inspection of submarine pipeline is particularly important.Therefore,a submarine pipeline inspection robot system based on CT technology to solve the problems such as low traditional manual inspection efficiency,high labor cost,low security and backward inspection methods.Based on the platform of ROV robot,carrying CT scanner as an external detection device,the system is used for non-invasive inspection of submarine pipeline,which is safe and harmless,with good economy,high mobility,and strong environmental adaptability.Compared with traditional technology,CT scanner’s external inspection technology used in the system avoids the damage to the external protective layer of the pipeline in the measurement of pipeline wall thickness.Meantime,it can provide the tomography of the pipe wall and the composition of the sediment material on the inside wall,which fills the gap in this technical field in China.According to the test,the robot has the characteristics of stable adsorption,flexible movement,and clear pipeline CT scanning image,and can realize the intelligent inspection of submarine pipeline. 展开更多

Generically, SCM may be said to include all activities carried out to ensure proper functioning of the supply chain. The activities included in proper management of a supply chain broadly include logistics activities, planning and control of the flow of information and materials in a firm, management of relationships with other organizations and government intervention, However, crude oil theft and pipeline vandalism are established products supply chain disruptors in Nigeria which are rendering the task of running an efficient petroleum supply chain onerous. This paper aims to establish the importance of effective supply chain strategies for companies in the oil and gas industry with special focus on the Nigerian oil and gas sector and the strategies by which the state oil and gas corporation in this sector may mitigate disruptions to its supply chain. This study investigates the enhancement of supply chain strategies towards meeting the challenge of crude oil theft and pipeline vandalism, using the Nigerian National Corporation (NNPC) as a case study. Based on this study, data were collected from two sources: A summary of incident reports obtained from NNPC and an interview with personnel in the PPMC Department. Incident report refers to a report produced when accidents such as equipment failure, injury, loss of life, or fire occur at the work site. Content analysis is utilized to evaluate data obtained from interview responses, CBN financial stability reports, NDIC annual reports, circulars, banking supervision reports and implementation guidelines. The study found out that NNPC should endeavor to sustain its value chain and ward of pipeline vandals and crude oil thieves by engaging in community partnership, detailing security outfits to ensure its pipelines’ right of way and bridging. Concluded that the oil supply chain of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation has been plagued by disruptions in the form of crude oil theft and pipeline vandalism which has had debilitating effects on its value. 展开更多

Buried pipelines are an essential component of the urban infrastructure of modern cities.Traditional buried pipes are mainly made of metal materials.With the development of material science and technology in recent years,non-metallic pipes,such as plastic pipes,ceramic pipes,and concrete pipes,are increasingly taking the place of pipes made from metal in various pipeline networks such as water supply,drainage,heat,industry,oil,and gas.The location technologies for the location of the buried metal pipeline have become mature,but detection and location technologies for the non-metallic pipelines are still developing.In this paper,current trends and future perspectives of detection and location of buried non-metallic pipelines are summarized.Initially,this paper reviews and analyzes electromagnetic induction technologies,electromagnetic wave technologies,and other physics-based technologies.It then focuses on acoustic detection and location technologies,and finally introduces emerging technologies.Then the technical characteristics of each detection and location method have been compared,with their strengths and weaknesses identified.The current trends and future perspectives of each buried non-metallic pipeline detection and location technology have also been defined.Finally,some suggestions for the future development of buried non-metallic pipeline detection and location technologies are provided. 展开更多

With the development of domestic pipeline steels, it is necessary to develop suitable welding technology which can improve the properties of the welded pipeline. In this paper, the microstructures and mechanical properties of domestic XTO pipeline steels and welded joints are discussed. The welding consumables of BOHLER E6010 and HOBART 81N1 are matched for girth welding. The following characteristics in heat-affected zone( HAZ) are indicated that microstructures of intercritical HAZ( ICHAZ) is finer and more uniform, the grain sizes of fine-grain HAZ ( FGHAZ) and subcritical HAZ ( SCHAZ) are smaller than that of coarse-grain HAZ( CGHAZ). The hardness, tensile strength and toughness of welded joints come up to the standard. The micrographs of impact specimens in welded joints are cleavage, quasi-cleavage and dimple which shows there is typical ductile rupture. 展开更多

管道是连接油气产业链上下游的关键纽带,是现代能源体系和现代综合交通体系的重要组成部分。在油气体制深化改革和“碳达峰、碳中和”战略目标下,油气管道正朝着大型化、网络化、多元化的方向发展,为大规模复杂管网的运行管理带来了新... 管道是连接油气产业链上下游的关键纽带,是现代能源体系和现代综合交通体系的重要组成部分。在油气体制深化改革和“碳达峰、碳中和”战略目标下,油气管道正朝着大型化、网络化、多元化的方向发展,为大规模复杂管网的运行管理带来了新的机遇和挑战。基于我国油气管网发展现状,聚焦系统分析、仿真优化、运行监测和新型管道输送4个关键领域,剖析了油气管网运行相关研究的发展动态以及面临的难点,包括管网系统可靠性和韧性评估技术、管网运行仿真和调运优化技术、管道本体监测与修复技术以及氢气、甲醇、液氨、LNG管道输送技术等。针对“全国一张网”新阶段和“多能源互补”新动向,总结了数字孪生、智能调控、智能预警、多网融合等前瞻性技术攻关方向,旨在推动我国油气管网安全、高效、绿色转型。最后,提出展望:现阶段,需要立足我国能源资源禀赋,加快适应新形势下的管网运营模式,发挥油气管网在“全国一张网”发展新阶段下的能源大动脉作用;未来,需要稳步推进多元介质的管网灵活输送,挖掘油气管网在综合立体交通和综合能源系统中的发展潜力。 展开更多

对在役管道进行腐蚀声发射监测的过程中,管内介质流动产生的噪声同样会被传感器接收,导致腐蚀信号被覆盖从而引发误判。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于变分模态分解(VMD)、希尔伯特变换(HT)和深度双向门限循环单元神经网络(BiGRU)的流噪... 对在役管道进行腐蚀声发射监测的过程中,管内介质流动产生的噪声同样会被传感器接收,导致腐蚀信号被覆盖从而引发误判。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于变分模态分解(VMD)、希尔伯特变换(HT)和深度双向门限循环单元神经网络(BiGRU)的流噪环境腐蚀损伤声发射识别模型。该模型能够将原始信号自适应地转化成多个本征模态分量,并提取各分量的瞬时频率及谱熵构建多维时序特征矩阵,进而建立原始信号与多维特征之间的映射关系。为验证该方法的有效性,对在役管道进行腐蚀声发射监测试验。结果表明,所提模型在流噪环境下具有良好的鲁棒性,监测数据的识别准确率达96.3%,可作为一种解决在役管道腐蚀声发射监测的新方案。 展开更多

With the development of database and computer network technology, traditional TV news production mode (TVNPM) faces great challenge. Up to now, evolution of TVNPM has experienced two stages: In the beginning, TV news is produced completely by hand, named as pipelining TVNPM in this paper. This production mode is limited to space and time, so its production cycle is very time-consuming, and it requires a lot of harmony in different departments; Subsequently, thanks to applications of database technology, a new TVNPM appears, which is named as pooled information resource TVNPM. Compared with pipelining TVNPM, this mode promotes information sharing. However, with the development of network technology, especially the Intranet and the Internet, the pooled information resource TVNPM receives strong impact, and it is referred to contrive a new TVNPM. This new TVNPM must support information sharing, remote collaboration, and interaction in communications so as to improve group work efficiency. In this paper, we present such a new TVNPM, namely, Network TVNPM, give a suit of system solution to support the new TVNPM, introduce the new workflow, and in the end analyze the advantages of Network TVNPM. 展开更多

海洋石油单点系泊(Single Point Mooring,SPM)系统被广泛应用于海洋油气田开发,是海上石油运输的中转终端,采用合理的检测方案以保障其安全性是海洋石油工程领域备受关注的问题。声学探测、目视检测是常用的单点系泊系统外检测技术。本... 海洋石油单点系泊(Single Point Mooring,SPM)系统被广泛应用于海洋油气田开发,是海上石油运输的中转终端,采用合理的检测方案以保障其安全性是海洋石油工程领域备受关注的问题。声学探测、目视检测是常用的单点系泊系统外检测技术。本研究基于EdgeTech 6205组合式双频侧扫声呐与条带式多波束测深系统、Innomar SES 2000参量阵浅地层剖面仪、国产FIFISH PRO W6水下机器人等调查装备,介绍了声学探测技术和目视检测技术在国内某单点系泊系统外检测中的应用实例。探测结果表明,该单点系泊区域地形整体平坦,局部受侵蚀冲刷影响,区域内有6条锚链沟发育,锚链沟深度为1.0-4.5 m,锚链摆动小,浮筒稳定性较好;管道埋藏类型分为完全埋藏型、浅埋藏型、裸露型3类。通过综合分析对比,查明了锚链被大量生物附着、腐蚀速度加快的具体位置,提出了定期进行防腐蚀除锈维护的有效建议。 展开更多
