Application of Functional Exercise Nursing Plan Based on Evidence-based Nursing After Hip Replacement

Objective:To explore the effect of functional exercise nursing plan based on evidence-based nursing in patients after hip replacement.Methods:A total of 150 patients who underwent hip replacement in the orthopedic second ward of our hospital during the research period from January 2010 to January 2020 were selected as the research object.The random number expression method was applied to achieve grouping of patients.Among them,the control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment;the experimental group guided rehabilitation exercises according to the functional exercise nursing plan after hip replacement,and the rehabilitation conditions of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the patients in the control group,the bed time(7.45±2.10)days and average hospital stay(15.84±3.29)of the experimental group were relatively shorter.The incidence of complications in the experimental group and the control group was 6.67%and 16.00%,which are significantly different.The difference in Harris hip score before surgery was small,and the difference when discharge and after discharge was gradually increased,showing a better care effect in the experimental group.There was no significant difference in preoperative quality of life scores between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The life quality of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group at discharge,1 month after discharge and 3 months after discharge,and showed most significantly after 3 months.Conclusion:The effect of functional exercise nursing plan based on evidence-based nursing in patients after hip replacement is remarkable,which can promote the recovery of patients,improve the quality of life,reduce the hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and has a positive significance in promoting clinical development in China.

Territorial and Urban Evolution of Economic Zone along Durresi Street(Kamza Junction-Kashar Turn)

The territorial expansion of the economic zones along Tirana-Durres corridor,is considered as clear evidence of regional economic development.Since the first 10 years of 1990-2000,the need for a functional planning process was clearly noted.In the early 2000’s,the linear planning on both sides of the highway,from KJ(Kamza Junction)to KT(Kashar Turn),was the real demonstration of that need.This article is a first effort towards an indirect analysis on spatial urban development processes of the last 20 years,indicated by development urban plans for Greater Tirana.This analysis concludes on the defects on integration of this area into the existing structure of Tirana,which are reflected in the new regulatory plans during 2012-2016.This article identifies the functional zoning phenomena,forms and rates of parcels occupation,analyzed through the land use indicators coverage.The urban analysis is focused also on identifying the achievements and failures on the design of spatial structures of social importance.This analysis intends to lead towards a more detailed study of the ways that enable the integration of this industrial area with the residential zone.It is considered as an attempt,which raises a number of issues,for helping the planners,architects and city administrators,involved in the planning and implementation of Partial Urban Plans.

Strategic Guidance & Rigid Control: Innovation of Urban Master Planning in the New Period by Taking Shanghai 2040 Master Plan as an Example

The reform of urban master planning should make continuous progress to meet the requirements of urban and rural spatial resource control in the urbanization transformation period, considering its role of both strategic guidance and rigid control. As urban development in Shanghai is entering the era of stock-based development, it is important for the Shanghai 2040 Master Plan to upgrade urban strategies to adapt to the transformation environment of urban development, and to adjust the master planning system in line with Shanghai's reality. This article analyzes the development environment and challenges faced by the Shanghai 2040 Master Plan and reflects on the limitations of traditional master planning. To facilitate the spatial development transformation and spatial governance, the article summarizes the innovation ideas of the Shanghai 2040 Master Plan from aspects of functions, outcome framework, control system, organization format, etc.
