Against this background, urban agriculture has been applied as one of the effective approaches for relieving urbanization. From the perspective of industrial form of urban agriculture, planning models of urban agriculture were explored, industrial form and planning model of Chengdu urban agriculture were analyzed to forecast its development prospects. Multi-dimensional development, and sustainable development measures were given to guarantee the sustainable development of urban agriculture. 展开更多

This paper studies the problem of the space station short-term mission planning, which aims to allocate the executing time of missions effectively, schedule the corresponding resources reasonably and arrange the time of the astronauts properly. A domain model is developed by using the ontology theory to describe the concepts, constraints and relations of the planning domain formally, abstractly and normatively. A method based on time iteration is adopted to solve the short-term planning problem. Meanwhile, the resolving strategies are proposed to resolve different kinds of conflicts induced by the constraints of power, heat, resource, astronaut and relationship. The proposed approach is evaluated in a test case with fifteen missions, thirteen resources and three astronauts. The results show that the developed domain ontology model is reasonable, and the time iteration method using the proposed resolving strategies can successfully obtain the plan satisfying all considered constraints. 展开更多

At the first sight it seems that advanced operation research is not used enough in continuous production systems as comparison with mass production, batch production and job shop systems, but really in a comprehensive evaluation the advanced operation research techniques can be used in continuous production systems in developing countries very widely, because of initial inadequate plant layout, stage by stage development of production lines, the purchase of second hand machineries from various countries, plurality of customers. A case of production system planning is proposed for a chemical company in which the above mentioned conditions are almost presented. The goals and constraints in this issue are as follows: (1) Minimizing deviation of customer's requirements. (2) Maximizing the profit. (3) Minimizing the frequencies of changes in formula production. (4) Minimizing the inventory of final products. (5) Balancing the production sections with regard to rate in production. (6) Limitation in inventory of raw material. The present situation is in such a way that various techniques such as goal programming, linear programming and dynamic programming can be used. But dynamic production programming issues are divided into two categories, at first one with limitation in production capacity and another with unlimited production capacity. For the first category, a systematic and acceptable solution has not been presented yet. Therefore an innovative method is used to convert the dynamic situation to a zero- one model. At last this issue is changed to a goal programming model with non-linear limitations with the use of GRG algorithm and that's how it is solved. 展开更多

The transportation sector is the most significant contributor to anthropogenic greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions.Particularly,maritime transportation,which is predominantly powered by fossil-fuel engines,accounts for more than 90%of world freight movement and emits 3%of global carbon dioxide(CO_(2))emissions.China is the world’s largest emitter of CO_(2 )and plays a key role in mitigating global climate change.In order to tackle this pressing concern,this study analyses the port’s throughput,the current number of trucks and their emissions during the container truck purchasing process.Previous studies about container truck purchasing plans mostly focused on the trucks’price and port needs.The objective of this study is to minimize the total cost of a port’s inland transportation using optimization technique such as the interval uncertainty planning model to convert container truck emissions into social costs.The study considers the port of Yangtze as a case study.The study has designed two scenarios.(i)The base scenario(business-asusual,BAU)is used to quantify the relationship between pollutant emissions and system cost.In the base scenario,no environmental control facilities are used during the planning period,and there is no need to purchase new energy container trucks.(ii)The expected scenario(Scenario A)is for three planning periods.In Scenario A,the emissions levels are required to remain at the same level as the first planning period during the whole planning period.By solving the above model,the number of all truck types,system cost,container throughput and truck emissions in the port area were analysed.The results showed that if no emission reduction control measures are implemented in the next 9 years,the growth rate of pollutants in the port area could reach 20%.In addition,the findings showed clearly that truck emissions are reduced by purchasing new energy trucks and restricting the number of fossil-fuel(diesel)trucks.This study could also help to minimize system costs associated with port planning and management. 展开更多

The rapid development of cyber technology and the increase of flexible resources have transformed the distribution network into a cyber-physical distribution system,while the accompanying multidimensional uncertainties have brought new planning challenges.In this paper,an innovative approach is proposed to effectively leverage distributed resources while considering the impact of cyber-physical coupling in distribution network planning.A cyber-physical integrated planning model of the distribution network is proposed,considering the effects of spatial-temporal flexible resources and multi-network coupling.Specifically,a three-layer optimization model is established and analyzed by the simulate anneal-particle swarm optimization algorithm.The upper layer achieves the optimization of the location and configuration of energy storage systems and smart terminal units.The middle layer optimizes the data load migration strategy using spatial-temporal flexible resources to solve the voltage exceeding problem caused by high penetration of distributed power access,while the lower layer optimizes the cyber side communication topology,improving the convergence speed and control performance of the distribution network.Then,the optimization model is analyzed iteratively with objective functions including total planning cost,operation excess loss and distributed control performance.Finally,the effectiveness and economy of the proposed planning scheme is verified and compared to traditional methods. 展开更多

To realize the reuse of process design knowledge and improve the efficiency and quality of process design, a method for extracting thinking process rules for process design is proposed. An instance representation model of the process planning reflecting the thinking process of techni- cians is established to achieve an effective representation of the process documents. The related process attributes are extracted from the model to form the related events. The manifold learning algorithm and clustering analysis are used to preprocess the process instance data. A rule extraction mechanism of process design is introduced, which is based on the related events after dimension reduction and clustering, and uses the association rule mining algorithm to realize the similar process information extraction in the same cluster. Through the vectorization description of the related events, the final process design rules are formed. Finally, an example is given to evaluate the method of process design rules extraction. 展开更多
