Planning Strategies of Scenic-based Beautiful Countryside: A Case Study of Panxi Village, Wanli District, Nanchang

Scenic-based countryside planning model,one of the beautiful countryside construction models,has been just initiated without a sound rural planning theory system,thus it is not an effective instruction for the development of rural areas nearby the scenic areas.In view of this problem,this paper took Panxi Village in Wanli District of Nanchang City for example,analyzed its current situation comprehensively,figured out principal contradictions,set clear objectives,and proposed the corresponding planning strategies from 4 perspectives of rural functional orientation,industrial upgrading,exploration of characteristics,and village texture,to provide methods and ideas for the planning and development of such villages.

Study on the Outdoor Wind Environment Simulation and Design Strategies of Rural Settlements in Cold Areas

To improve the outdoor environment of rural settlement and reduce the energy consumption of rural houses in winterin cold areas,the seriously bad wind environment should been controlled and considered. This paper applies the method of numerical simulation to simulate the wind environment of some typical arrangement of building and courtyard in winter,and concludes the optimal building and courtyard arrangement types and strategies. It aims to provide some technical supports for improving the wind environment of rural settlements in cold regions.

Planning strategy of gully areas in mountainous cities adapting to ecological process

With the expansion of mountainous cities,many gully areas have been included in the scope of urban construction land.These gully areas will restrict urban construction because of sensitivity and instability caused by the unique ecological processes.This paper attempts to explore a planning and design strategy that combines ecological processes to reduce the risk of urban construction in gully areas.According to the ecological characteristics of gully areas,especially its suitability for urban construction,gully areas can be divided into three categories in the mountainous city:prevention and controlling gully—focusing on gully drainage;conservation gully—focusing on the construction of green space;utilization type gully—focusing on the development of gully towns.The utilization type gully can be used as urban construction land.For utilization type gullies,horizontal and vertical segmented planning strategies can adopt their respective ecological processes by land utilization,landscape construction,spatial layout and traffic organization matching the time-space natural process to form harmony human settlements.

Taking Meiling Forest Park in Nanchang City for example, this paper on the basis of analyzing current development of forest park combined the characteristics of natural and humanistic resources in Meiling Forest Park, explored its planning concepts, and proposed the sustainable planning strategies for the park.

New Rural Community Planning to Cope with the Coordinated “Threezation”

The paper targets at reasonable planning and construction of new rural communities on the basis of coordinated "three-zation"(new urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization, hereinafter referred to as "three-zation"). Through summarizing the connotations of new rural community construction coping with the coordinated "three-zation", and analyzing the role of new rural community in the "three-zation", planning and design of Gaocun Community was taken for example to propose strategies for the planning and construction of new rural communities, and promotion of the coordinated "three-zation".

A randomized trail comparing primary percutaneous coronary intervention with a strategy of short-acting thrombolysis and immediate planned primary percutaneous coronary intervention in acute myocardial infarction

Objective This study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a short acting reduced dose fibrinolytic regimen to promote early infarct related artery (IRA) patency for acyute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients referred for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods Following aspirin and heparin, 166 patients were randomized to a 50 mg bolus of recombinant tissue type plasminogen activator(rt PA) or to a same volume sodium chloride injection followed by immediate primary PCI. The end points included patency rates on catheterization laboratory (cath lab) arrival, revascularization results when PCI was performed, complication rates, left ventricular function and restored patency rate following PCI. Results Patency on cath lab arrival was 64% with rt PA (34% TIMI 3,30% TIMI 2), while 31% of placebo (13% TIMI 3, 18% TIMI 2). There was no difference in the restored TIMI 3 rates of IRA between the two groups (85% vs 87%). No difference were observed in stroke or major bleeding. Left ventricular function was similar in both groups (52±9% vs 50±8%), but left ventricular ejection fraction fraction (LVEF) was higher with patent IRA (TIMI 3) on cath lab arrival than that of others (56±12% vs 48±10%).Conclusions Strategy thrombolytic regimens were compatible with subsequent PCI lead to more frequenc early recanalization (before cath lab arrival), which facilitates greater left ventricular function preservation with no augmentation of adverse events.

Segmented trajectory planning strategy for active collision avoidance system

This paper presents a segmented trajectory planning strategy for active collision avoidance system.Considering the longitudinal and lateral movement of the obstacle vehicle,as well as the ego vehicle and obstacle outer contour limitations,the collision avoidance trajectory is divided into three segments:lane changing,overtaking and back to original lane.The starting point and end point of lane-change are decided based on longitudinal and lateral safety distance model according to the relative speed and distance as well as the outer contour of the two vehicles.Based on system objective function and lane-change trajectory cluster,vehicle states,dynamic constraints and vehicle body kinematics constraints,the optimal trajectory can be selected,which can monitor the relative location of the obstacle vehicle constantly and then ensure the vehicle can accomplish the collision avoidance safely and smoothly.Simulation and experiment results demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of proposed trajectory planning strategy for the active collision avoidance.

Some Observations on The U.S.Greater Central Asia Security Strategy Planning

The United States is shaping a Central Asian Security Strategy Planning with priority on economics and trade. In area of economics and trade, it pushes on the U.S.-Central Asian trade and investment framework agreement, focusing on developing trade in greater Central Asian region so as to encourage the regional countries to lower trade barriers and to advance reconfiguration of the regional countries and Afghanistan neighboring areas. In area of energy, it builds a greater Central Asian transportation network composed of highway, railway, natural gas-pipeline and electricity grid line to boom the regional trade and economy. In area of anti-terrorism, it strengthens security cooperation with the Central Asian countries. Meanwhile, it also pushes forward a multi-lateral security mechanism, increases economic aid, and promotes regional cooperation so as to achieve the regional lasting peace.

Research on the big data of traditional taxi and online car-hailing:A systematic review

The purpose of this paper is to provide a summary of a quick overview of the latest developments and unprecedented opportunities for scholars who want to set foot in the field of traditional taxi and online car-hailing(TTOC).From the perspectives of peoples(e.g.,passenger,driver,and policymaker),vehicle,road,and environment,this paper describes the current research status of TTOC's big data in six hot topics,including the ridership factor,spatio-temporal distribution and travel behavior,cruising strategy and passenger service market partition,route planning,transportation emission and new-energy,and TTOC's data extensional application.These topics were included in five mainstreams as follows:(1)abundant studies often focus only on determinant analysis on given transportation(taxi,transit,online car-hailing);the exploration of ridership patterns for a multimodal transportation mode is rare;furthermore,multiple aspects of factors were not considered synchronously in a wide time span;(2)travel behavior research mainly concentrates on the commuting trips and distribution patterns of various travel indices(e.g.,distance,displacement,time);(3)the taxi driver-searching strategy can be divided into autopsychic cruising and system dispatching;(4)the spatio-temporal distribution character of TTOC's fuel consumption(FC)and greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions has become a hotspot recently,and there has been a recommendation for electric taxi(ET)in urban cities to decrease transportation congestion is proposed;and(5)based on TTOC and point of interest(POI)multi-source data,many machine learning algorithms were used to predict travel condition indices,land use,and travel behavior.Then,the main bottlenecks and research directions that can be explored in the future are discussed.We hope this result can provide an overview of current fundamental aspects of TTOC's utilization in the urban area.
