To meet the increasing demand of national spatial database infrastructure construction and application, a concept model of China's coastal zone scientific data platform is established based on the information feature analysis of a compound dataset, consisting of remote sensing data and conventional data. Based on this concept model, the detailed logical database structure and the storage strategy of remote sensing data and their metadata using ArcSDE are designed. The complicated technology of multisources data combination in this research is crucial to the future coastal zone and offshore database construction and practical running, which will provide intelligent information analysis and technological service for coastal zone and offshore investigation, research, development and management. 展开更多

Towed line array sonar platform noise suppression based on spatial matrix filtering technology 被引量:5

The spatial matrix filter was designed and used for solving the problem to detect a weak target who was influenced by the strong nearby platform noise interference of the towed line array sonar. The MFP technology and the DOA estimation technology were combined together by using the sound propagation characteristics of both target and interference. The spatial matrix filter with platform noise zero response constraint was designed by the near-field platform noise normal modes copy vectors and the far-field plane wave bearing vectors together. The optimal solution of the optimization problem for designing the spatial matrix filter was deduced directly, and it was simplified by the generalized singular value decomposition. The total response error to the plane wave bearing vectors and the total response to the platform noise copy vectors were given. The phenomena that strong interferences existed in the bearing course and blind areas existed after filtering were analyzed by the correlation between the plat- form noise copy vectors and the plane wave bearing vectors. It could be found from simulations that it has less blind area and higher detection ability by using the spatial matrix filtering technology. 展开更多

In this review, we highlight the latest development of multi-channel microfluidic chip-mass spectrometry(chip-MS) in cell analysis and metabolite detection. Following a brief introduction about history and development of multi-channel microchip and MS combination, we will elaborate the key issues of constructing chip-MS platform interface. Then exciting progresses made in this field should be reviewed with well exemplified works, including chip-MS technology for cell introduction, pretreatment of cell secretions and cell metabolite analysis. We will also describe the development of integrated total analysis systems proposed by our group. We hope this brief review will inspire interested readers and provide knowledge about chip-MS platform in the bioanalysis field, particularly in cell analysis and metabolite identifying applications. 展开更多

The increasing importance of technology foresight has simultaneously raised the significance of methods that determine crucial areas and technologies.However,qualitative and quantitative methods have shortcomings.The former involve high costs and many limitations,while the latter lack expert experience.Intelligent knowledge management emphasizes human–machine integration,which combines the advantages of expert experience and data mining.Thus,we proposed a new technology foresight method based on intelligent knowledge management.This method constructs a technological online platform to increase the number of participating experts.A secondary mining is performed on the results of patent analysis and bibliometrics.Thus,forward-looking,innovative,and disruptive areas and relevant experts must be discovered through the following comprehensive process:Topic acquisition→topic delivery→topic monitoring→topic guidance→topic reclamation→topic sorting→topic evolution→topic conforming→expert recommendation. 展开更多

The platform of high efficiency, low cost clean steel is the important direction of modern steel technology progress and has great significance on the competitiveness of each steel plant. The research of high efficiency, low cost platform not only involves the production and management of the steel plant, but also the academic research field (process engineering and dynamic operation) and theories and methods innovation of engineering design (theory and method of dynamic-precision design). The integrated theory and method of high efficiency and low cost clean steel platform is the binding point of metallurgical process engineering and material engineering.
