The regulation and forecasting of fibers surface charge was carried out by addition of the polymeric additives in the paper web. With the purpose of revealing of laws of adsorption of polymers and definition of the optimum time intervals of interaction ,the influence of sulphate unbleached cellulose and cationic polyacrilamid (CPAA) interaction time on the electrosuperficial potential of fibers (z-potential) was also investigated. This was defined by the potential growth method . Application statistical regretion of the analysis for experimental data with application of the method of least squares has allowed to determine empirical dependencies for analysis of experimental data and to forecast the electrosuperficial properties of fibers with the purpose of finding the optimum processes for dewatering and paper web quality enhancement. The control and regulation of z-potential with its reduction almost up to zero will allow the machine speed increase with semifinished items charge decrease . The carried out experimental research and it′s statistical processing allow to define the optimum dozage of polymer and to predict the electrosuperficial properties.展开更多
