The effects of pressure, temperature, volume of CO2 on the efficiency of extraction were systematically investigated. At the optimum condition a 57.32% recovery was achieved. Addition of suitable amount of methanol (v/v = 5%) to the supercritical CO2 can increase in the extraction of Cu2+ (72.69%, RSD = 2.12%, n = 3). And the recovery can further increase in the presence of non-ionic surfactant Triton X-100 because of its function of solubilization. Surfactant was first used in the extraction of metal ions in the present study, and the results are satisfied (90.52%, RSD = 2.20%, n = 3).展开更多

The new ion source planned for the 2012 KSTAR campaign had a much more advanced performance compared with the previous one. The target performance of the new ion source was to provide a neutral deuterium beam of 2 MW to the tokamak plasma. The ion source was newly designed, fabricated, and assembled in 2011. The new ion source was then conditioned up to 64 A/100 keV over a 2-hour beam extraction and performance tested at the NB test stand (NBTS) at the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) in 2012. The measured optimum perveance at which the beam divergence is a minimum was about 2.5μP, and the minimum beam divergent angle was under 1.0° at 60 keV. These results indicate that the 2.0 MW neutral beam power at 100 keV required for the heating of plasma in KSTAR can be delivered by the installation of the new ion source in the KSTAR NBI-1 system.展开更多

The catalytic activity in reaction was correlated with the acidity of the zeolite catalysts. A few of ZSM-5 (m(SiO2)/m(Al2O3)=120) were prepared and modified with Co2+, Fe3+. The surface acidity was determined by Py-IR technique. It was found that CoZSM-5 and FeZSM-5 have fewer Lewis acid sites than HZSM-5. The decrease of Lewis acid sites leads to decreasing the ability of NH3 adsorption, this phenomenon insures that there are adequate acid sites discovering and reacting with aldehydes. It is advantageous to the reaction. By using a CoZSM-5 catalyst, the yields of pyridine base can reach 78%. The study provides a theoretical base for preparing high activity and high selective catalyst for pyridine synthesis.展开更多

It was found that: biodegradability of dyestuffs would decrease with the increase of the concentration of NaCl; however, biodegradability in the condition of NaCl = 30 g/L was better than that in the condition of NaCl = 15 g/L; in the three NaCl conditions, biodegradability of tested dyestuffs followed the following order: NaCl = 0 g/L>NaCl = 30 g/L>NaCl = 15 g/L.展开更多

This work revealed the molecular composition of REs of different plant species including alfalfa( Medicago sativa L.), bean( Phaseolus vulgaris L.), barley( Hordeum vulgare L.), maize( Zea mays), wheat( Triticum aestivum L.), ryegrass( Lolium perenne L.) and pumpkin( Cucurbita maxima) using electrospray ionization coupled with Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry(ESI FT-ICR MS). The combination of positive ion mode( + ESI) and negative ion mode(-ESI) increased the number of the molecules detected by ESI FT-ICR MS, and a total of 8758 molecules were identified across all the samples. In detail, lipids and proteins and unsaturated hydrocarbons were more easily detected in + ESI mode, while aromatic compounds with high O/C were readily ionized in-ESI mode, and only 38% of the total assigned formulas were shared by -ESI and + ESI modes. Multivariate statistical analysis of the formulas indicated that the close related plants species secreted REs with similar molecular components. Moreover, the unsaturation degree and nitrogen content were the two key parameters able to distinguish the similarities and differences of molecular components of REs between plant species. The results provided a feasible analysis method for characterization of the molecular components of REs and for the first time characterized the molecular components of REs of a variety of plant species using ESI FT-ICR MS.展开更多
