In this study, we investigate the nonlinear cou- pling magneto-electric (ME) effect of a giant magnetostric- tive/piezoelectric composite cylinder. The nonlinear consti- tutive relations of the ME material are taken into account, and the influences of the nonlinear material properties on the ME effect are investigated for the static and dynamic cases, respectively. The influences of different constraint conditions on the ME effect are discussed. In the dynamic case considering nonlinear material properties, the double frequency ME response (The response frequency is twice the applied magnetic frequency) is obtained and discussed, which can be used to explain the experiment phenomenon in which the input signal with frequency f is converted to the output signal with 2f in ME laminated structures. Some calculations on nonlinear ME effect are conducted. The obtained results indicate that the nonlinear material properties affect not only the magnitude of the ME effect in the static case but also the ME response frequency in the dynamic case 展开更多

Optimizing calculation of phase screen distribution with minimum condition along an inhomogeneous turbulent path 被引量:2

When building an experimental platform for light propagation along an inhomogeneous turbulent path,it is very essential to set up the reasonable distribution of phase screen.Based on multi-layered model of phase screen,an iterative optimization algorithm of phase screen position is given in this paper.Thereafter,the optimal position of phase screens is calculated under the Hufnagel-Valley5/7 and Hefei-day turbulence profile.The results show that the positions of phase screen calculated by the iterative algorithm can fit well with the turbulence profile rather than mechanically placed phase screens at equal distance.Compared with the uniform distribution of phase screens position,the residual phase error of the iterative algorithm decreases very significantly.The similarity degree between them is minimal when number of layers is equal to two. 展开更多

Even in the early stage,endocrine metabolism disease may lead to micro aneurysms in retinal capillaries whose diameters are less than 10 μm.However,the fundus cameras used in clinic diagnosis can only obtain images of vessels larger than 20 μm in diameter.The human retina is a thin and multiple layer tissue,and the layer of capillaries less than10 μm in diameter only exists in the inner nuclear layer.The layer thickness of capillaries less than 10 μm in diameter is about 40 μm and the distance range to rod&cone cell surface is tens of micrometers,which varies from person to person.Therefore,determining reasonable capillary layer(CL) position in different human eyes is very difficult.In this paper,we propose a method to determine the position of retinal CL based on the rod&cone cell layer.The public positions of CL are recognized with 15 subjects from 40 to 59 years old,and the imaging planes of CL are calculated by the effective focal length of the human eye.High resolution retinal capillary imaging results obtained from 17 subjects with a liquid crystal adaptive optics system(LCAOS) validate our method.All of the subjects' CLs have public positions from 127 μm to 147 μm from the rod&cone cell layer,which is influenced by the depth of focus. 展开更多

Most commercial NF membranes are negatively charged at the pH range of a typical feed solution. In order to enhance the removal of cations (such as Mg2+ or Ca2+), we utilized polyethyleneimine (PEI) and trimesoyl chloride (TMC) to perform interfacial polymerization reaction on a polydopamine coated hydrolyzed polyacry-lonitrile substrate to obtain a positively charged nanofiltration membrane. Effects ofpolydopamine coating time, PEI concentration, TMC reaction time and concentration on the membrane physicochemical properties and separation performance were systematically investigated using scanning electron microscopy, streaming potential and water contact angle measurements. The optimal NF membrane showed high rejection for divalent ions (93.6±2.6% for MgSO4, 92.4±1.3% for MgCl2, and 90.4±2.1% for Na2SO4), accompanied with NaCl rejection of 27.8±2.5% with a permeation flux of 17.2±2.8 L.m-2.h-1 at an applied pressure of 8 bar (salt concentrations were all 1000 mg.L-1). The synthesized membranes showed promising potentials for the applications of water soft-ening. 展开更多
