Through the introduction of disaster situation of Qiang Culture after Wenchuan Earthquake, the paper emphasized that carriers of Qiang Culture had been seriously damaged, the inheritance of Qiang Culture had been affected, and the environment for Qiang Culture was difficult to recover. It highlighted that three-dimensional reconstruction of Qiang Culture should stress the core task and timely and effectively rescue endangered cultural heritages of Qiang Nationality from the perspectives of material and spiritual life. It had explained focuses of three-dimensional pattern construction in detail. In terms of spatial reconstruction, it should reconstruct native culture and history while material culture was constructed, and reconstruct Qiang culture highland by depending on aborigines; in terms of cluster reconstruction, it should give support to large tourism enterprises and perfect tourism chain; in terms of ecological reconstruction, it should enhance construction and demonstration of "ecological protection pilot area of Qiang culture"; in terms of development reconstruction, it should realize coordinated unity between protection and development according to classification protection, characteristic protection and key protection, so as to form the virtuous circle of post-disaster recovery protection and sustainable development.

Cultured meat in western media: The disproportionate coverage of vegetarian reactions, demographic realities, and implications for cultured meat marketing

This paper examines the media coverage of the 2013 London cultured meat tasting event, particularly in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Using major news outlets, prominent magazines covering food and science issues, and advocacy websites concerning meat consumption, the paper characterizes the overall emphases of the coverage, the tenor of the coverage, and compares the media portrayal of the important issues to the demographic and psychological realities of the actual consumer market into which cultured meat will compete. In particular, the paper argues that Western media gives a distorted picture of what obstacles are in the path of cultured meat acceptance, especially by overemphasizing and overrepresenting the importance of the reception of cultured meat among vegetarians. Promoters of cultured meat should recognize the skewed impression that this media coverage provides and pay attention to the demographic data that suggests strict vegetarians are a demographically negligible group. Resources for promoting cultured meat should focus on the empirical demographics of the consumer market and the empirical psychology of mainstream consumers.

Curcumin pretreatment and post-treatment both improve the antioxidative ability of neurons with oxygen-glucose deprivation

Recent studies have shown that induced expression of endogenous antioxidative enzymes thr- ough activation of the antioxidant response element/nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 （Nrf2） pathway may be a neuroprotective strategy. In this study, rat cerebral cortical neurons cultured in vitro were pretreated with 10 ktM curcumin or post-treated with 5 pM curcumin, respectively before or after being subjected to oxygen-glucose deprivation and reoxygenation for 24 hours. Both pretreatment and post-treatment resulted in a significant decrease of cell injury as indicated by propidium iodide/Hoechst 33258 staining, a prominent increase of Nrf2 protein expression as indicated by western blot analysis, and a remarkable increase of protein expression and enzyme activity in whole cell lysates of thioredoxin before ischemia, after ischemia, and after reoxygenation. In addition, post-treatment with curcumin inhibited early DNA/RNA oxidation as indicated by immunocytochemistry and increased nuclear Nrf2 protein by inducing nuclear accumulation of Nrf2. These findings suggest that curcumin activates the expression of thi- oredoxin, an antioxidant protein in the Nrf2 pathway, and protects neurons from death caused by oxygen-glucose deprivation in an in vitro model of ischemia/reperfusion. We speculate that pharmacologic stimulation of antioxidant gene expression may be a promising approach to neu- roprotection after cerebral ischemia.

Use and The Mainstream Culture VS. Non-mainstream Culture". By analyzing, the paper concludes that no culture can be defeated and each culture needs to be passed on. Different cultures should respect each other.

Post-Disaster Reconstruction of Alishan Tsou Tribe in Different Place and Sustainable Development

After the Morakot disaster in 2009, the affected indigenous tribes suffered from the government’s use of permanent housing as a single reconstruction option, which forced the victims to leave their original land for a new life in a different reconstruction mode. The purpose of this study is to explore the ways adopted by tribal residents to maintain their own culture and tribal life in the process of disaster, post disaster reconstruction and post disaster adjustment. Veoveoana Village in Taiwan is an indigenous tribe that relocated after a disaster and was reconstructed and developed through tourism development. This study performed the research by participant observation and in-depth interviews on Veoveoana Village. The analytical results showed that: 1) development of the tourism industry can result in cultural reconstruction of the post-disaster tribe and maintain the people’s incomes;2) although the government constantly assists with the rehabilitation of tribal industry by various policies, the implementation cannot effectively continue and the outcome is insignificant;3) due to the gap between permanent prefabricated housing and original tribal cultural features, the residential rate is not high. According to the research findings, it is suggested that, in the process of post-disaster reconstruction, the government and private non-profit organizations should respect the intention of the majority of the indigenous people. In addition, it should cultivate professional manpower for the subsidized projects.

后石家河文化与石峁文化的互动——以玉人头像为中心

后石家河文化的玉器传统很可能有着北方影响,玉人头像中的若干细节,包括“尖顶帽”、纹面、发型等特征辅证着这种北方影响。后石家河文化玉人头像的族属不是华夏族,而是北方早期游牧人的可能性是极大的。现有的不少考古资料表明石峁文化受到了游牧文化的影响。后石家河文化与石峁文化有着密切联系,有石峁遗址这一中国北方地区龙山时代晚期最大的城址,也是北方地区地缘政治的中心作为中介,后石家河文化传统中间接有北方草原文化因素渗入是完全可能的。后石家河文化中外来文化因素应该是多元的,来自北方草原的文化因素值得重视。后石家河文化与石峁文化的诸多相似,一方面见证了新石器时代末期的远距离文化互动,另一方面也为后石家河文化玉器寻找到了北方来源。

湘赣边区红色文化创意产品的适应性开发与设计

设计赋能文化传承的背景下,文化创意产品地域文化转译的同质化、传播力的疲软化制约了文化传承。本研究以湘赣边区红色文化创意产品设计为例,提出文化创意产品适应性开发方法,即凸显湘赣边区的红色文化,精准文化转译;匹配红色旅游群体的差异化需求,提升文化传播力。首先,以大学生群体为研究对象,依据用户消费类别偏好量表和产品需求特征量表探测用户需求。然后,解析湘赣边区红色文化基因,指导产品设计实践。最后,从设计层、功能层、文化层对设计产品展开后期评估,实证文化创意产品适应性开发方法的可行性。研究结果表明,湘赣边区红色文化创意产品的适应性开发方法能够辅助设计师的设计决策。

基于文化价值的工业建筑遗存更新使用后评价研究

随着高速城市化背景下产业结构的升级调整,工业建筑遗存逐渐由被动更新演变为主动更新,优化与盘活工业建筑遗存是新时代城市更新面临的主要挑战。从工业建筑遗存自身的文化价值出发,研究其历时性、共时性与现时性,为更新项目的后评价研究提供评价指标与要素参考,以期形成工业建筑遗存文化辐射,提升城市文化的本土化与个性化。

危险预知训练在新入职护士患者安全文化岗前培训的应用

目的探讨危险预知训练在新入职护士患者安全文化岗前培训的应用效果。方法选取2023年7月新入职的92名护士作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组和实验组,各46人。对照组进行常规培训,实验组在此基础上增加基于危险预知训练的患者安全文化培训内容。培训后,比较两组医院患者安全文化调查问卷、不良事件报告障碍量表得分及理论考试、操作考核成绩。结果实验组医院患者安全文化调查问卷得分、理论考试成绩高于对照组,不良事件报告障碍量表得分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论危险预知训练可以提高新入职护士医院患者安全文化水平、减少不良事件报告障碍,保证护理安全,为完善新入职护士培训体系提供科学依据,值得推广。

后生产主义语境下的前岗乡公共文化空间建构模式研究

产业振兴是乡村振兴的基础,文化振兴是乡村振兴的灵魂。乡村公共文化空间是乡村的灵魂空间,从文化空间建构入手来活化乡村文化,是文化振兴的基点。后生产主义理念下,乡村发展多元产业与多样性农业是产业振兴的有效途径。吉林省很多乡村已经符合产业多元化、空间多样化、绿色生态的特征,其中前岗乡符合后生产主义的特征。将前岗乡产业模式分为四类:种植型、加工型、旅游型和综合型,以现状作为分析基点,研究每类乡村的特色产业与文化结合的发展模式,归纳总结出“文化+农业”“文化+工业”“文化+休闲”“文化+商贸”“文化+旅游”“文化+生态”这六种文化振兴路径。在此基础上,提出与之相对应的公共文化空间建构模式。

脑脊液培养对肠杆菌导致的神经外科术后脑膜炎患者的预后分析

目的探究肠杆菌导致的神经外科术后脑膜炎(post-neurosurgical meningitis,PNM)患者的多次随访脑脊液培养(follow-up cerebrospinal fluid cultures,FUCC)的相关风险因素,以及FUCC对患者预后的影响。方法本中心回顾性队列研究纳入了2012年至2022年首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院收治的肠杆菌导致的PNM患者,分析了FUCC对患者感染死亡率的影响,并采用多因素回归分析方法评估患者全因死亡率的危险因素。结果研究期间共纳入494例PNM患者,分离的肠杆菌主要为肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌,奇异变形杆菌和黏质沙雷菌等,其中44例患者感染死亡,235例患者(47.6%)接受了FUCC,FUCC与肠杆菌导致的PNM患者的28d感染死亡率(HR=0.574,95%CI 0.338~0.972,P=0.039)相关,高血压、二次手术、入住ICU和辅助呼吸为肠杆菌导致的PNM患者感染死亡的危险因素,进一步比较FUCC和非FUCC之间的28d死亡率,结果显示两组之间的感染死亡率差异存在统计学意义(P=0.012),FUCC与较低的短期生存率相关,FUCC阳性并不是死亡率的预测因子(P=0.420)。结论实施FUCC已被证明可以降低肠杆菌导致的PNM患者的感染死亡率,实施FUCC是适当的患者护理和管理的一个关键组成部分,因此建议临床医生作为一种标准实践使用。

极端暴雨下不可移动文物脆弱性分析——以河南“7·20”暴雨为例

暴雨灾害往往会对不可移动文物造成极大破坏,对灾后文物的损毁情况进行分析研究,可为不可移动文物的预防性保护工作提供重要参考。通过对2021年河南“7.20”暴雨中188处不可移动文物灾后调查资料的整理统计,分析了受灾文物损毁情况的差异性特征,归纳不可移动文物在暴雨灾害中的损毁形式表现为暴雨冲刷、积水浸泡造成的缓慢侵蚀破坏和洪水冲击、泥石流破坏造成的急剧动力破坏形式。另外,选取过程降雨量来表征暴雨灾害的危险性强度,构建了基于Lognormal概率分布函数的受灾文物损失状态脆弱性曲线模型,分别从结构材料、建筑规模、保存状态三方面综合分析不可移动文物的脆弱性特征。研究结果表明,砖土结构文物相比于砖木、砖石结构文物的脆弱性更强,当降雨量超过100 mm时有较高概率发生严重破坏,砖木、砖石结构文物在降雨量超过340 mm时有较高概率发生严重破坏;建筑面积在100 m2以下文物的脆弱性最高,极端暴雨灾害更容易对其造成严重破坏;相同降雨量下保存状态越差,文物脆弱性越强,其中保存状态较差的文物在极低降雨量(≤25 mm)有较高概率发生严重破坏。

后亚文化视域下的青年“摆烂”研究

“摆烂”因消极与积极并存的矛盾内核引起热议。文章以后亚文化为理论支撑和研究出发点,通过网络民族志揭示青年“摆烂”的文化特点及生成机理。研究发现,青年“摆烂”呈现注重自我矮化的情感风格、弱化群体归属的个体叙事以及基于情境导向的柔性决策等后亚文化特质,可区分为压力释放型、日常体验型、自弃止损型和悬浮择优型四种“摆烂”。社会转型期丰厚优渥的物质条件和多元嬗变的思想潮流是该文化形成的双重结构基础,身处其中的青年在个体与社会两个维度解构传统价值观念,并基于此在人生目标、生活方式和社会心态上合理化其多样的“摆烂”,而媒介与用户的双向互动进一步使“摆烂”文化迅速跨圈传播且内涵得到泛化。“摆烂”不是完全悲观意义上的消极避世,而是出于对情境定义与目标可达的持续性反思,并成为一种专注于其他更有意义事物的自我调适。
