Discussion on the Integration of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”:Taking the Internet of Things Application Technology Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example

This article explores the development of the Internet of Things(IoT)application technology course in higher vocational colleges under the background of“post,course,competition,certificate.”It first emphasizes the importance of IoT talent training and course construction in higher vocational colleges and deeply analyzes the core concept of“post,course,competition,certificate”integration.In view of the problems faced in the course construction of IoT application technology in higher vocational colleges and the practical experience of Tianjin Vocational College of Mechanics and Electricity,the implementation strategy of the course construction of IoT application technology in higher vocational colleges is elaborated in detail based on the integrated concept of“post,course,competition,certificate.”

The Model of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”Integrated Education for Electronic Information Engineering Technology Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

The core education function of higher vocational colleges is to train technical talents with high quality,so as to meet the needs of talents in the development stage of our society.Under the guidance of talent training,higher vocational colleges need to pay attention to establishing an all-round and three-dimensional education model,and promote innovation of higher vocational education on the basis of this.It is also a way to promote the innovation of higher vocational education to vigorously promote the construction of“post,course,competition,certificate”mode in the construction of education mode.Through the construction of“post,course,competition,certificate”mode,the education mode of higher vocational colleges is gradually improved,so as to strengthen the effectiveness of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,in this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the construction of the integrated education mode of the electronic information engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges,so as to help improve the talent training level of higher vocational colleges.

Introducing Stakeholder-Based Frameworks for Post-merger Integration （PMI） Success

The importance of stakeholder relationship management for successful integration in post-merger management is not doubted. The establishment of a new powerful trend in investments produces strategic shifts in strategic management. Shareholder wealth maximization way of thinking is changing to stakeholder wealth maximization where a company＇s value management system is based not only on economic profit maximization, but also on environmental, social, and governance （ESG） maximization. There is especially a high need for a management system that can be used by mergers and acquisitions （M＆A） practitioners during integration process. There is a critical need for metrics which can trace the interests of all stakeholders, because to achieve success in integration, it is no longer acceptable for management to focus solely on the needs of one or two stakeholder groups. In this article, the authors have introduced two frameworks： sun cube and stakeholder relationship matrix. These tools can be useful in mergers and acquisitions （M＆A） process for conducting a stakeholder analysis.

Comparative coherence between layered and traditional semiconductors: unique opportunities for heterogeneous integration

As Moore’s law deteriorates,the research and development of new materials system are crucial for transitioning into the post Moore era.Traditional semiconductor materials,such as silicon,have served as the cornerstone of modern technologies for over half a century.This has been due to extensive research and engineering on new techniques to continuously enrich silicon-based materials system and,subsequently,to develop better performed silicon-based devices.Meanwhile,in the emerging post Moore era,layered semiconductor materials,such as transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs),have garnered considerable research interest due to their unique electronic and optoelectronic properties,which hold great promise for powering the new era of next generation electronics.As a result,techniques for engineering the properties of layered semiconductors have expanded the possibilities of layered semiconductor-based devices.However,there remain significant limitations in the synthesis and engineering of layered semiconductors,impeding the utilization of layered semiconductor-based devices for mass applications.As a practical alternative,heterogeneous integration between layered and traditional semiconductors provides valuable opportunities to combine the distinctive properties of layered semiconductors with well-developed traditional semiconductors materials system.Here,we provide an overview of the comparative coherence between layered and traditional semiconductors,starting with TMDs as the representation of layered semiconductors.We highlight the meaningful opportunities presented by the heterogeneous integration of layered semiconductors with traditional semiconductors,representing an optimal strategy poised to propel the emerging semiconductor research community and chip industry towards unprecedented advancements in the coming decades.

后危机时代国际物流与国际贸易的关系研究——基于浙江省数据的Granger与Cointegration检验

从国际贸易与国际物流的关系角度出发,充分考虑后危机时代的经济特点,运用格兰杰因果检验和协整分析的方法,通过对后危机时期浙江省各个月份国际物流以及国际贸易的相关指标,分析二者之间存在的因果关系,根据实证得出的结论,结合浙江省的具体发展情况,因地制宜地提出相应建议。

A Full CMOS Integration Including ISFET Microsensors and Interface Circuit for Biochemical Applications

One of today's challenges is the integration of ISFETs in chemical and biochemical Microsystems.This article presents a full integration of ISFET chip containing the ISFET/REFET(reference FET) pair,ISFET/REFET amplifiers,bias current generator,as well as a reference electrode structure,all integrated on the same chip based on CMOS technology.The sensor chip was fabricated in a standard 0.35μm CMOS process(Chartered Semiconductor,Singapore).The extra post processing steps have been developed and added for depositing membranes.Finally,the pH response of the integrated sensor was measured with the interface circuit.

Treatment of Severe Post-kidney-transplant Lung Infection by Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective： To explore treatments of severe post-kidney-transplant lung infection by integrative Chinese and Western medicine （ICWM）, in order to elevate the curing rate as well as to lower the death rate. Methods： Based on conventional ways of Western medical treatments of 18 cases of severe post-kidney-transplant lung infection, such as putting the patients in single individual ward, antibiotics to prevent infection, respiratory machines, blood filtration, nutritional support, steroids, and maintaining electrolytes balance, we applied integrated Chinese medicinal treatments, like altering conventional prescription ＂pneumonia Ⅲ ＂, and conducted clinical observation of effectiveness, and indexes including white blood cell （WBC）, neutrophilic granulocyte, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, blood creatinine （Or）, etc. Results： Of the 18 cases studied, 7 were already cured, 8 proved the treatment effective, 3 died. All clinical indexes had statistically significant changes compared with those of before treatment （P〈0. 01 ）. Cenclusien. ICWM can increase curing rate and lower death rate.

First is the ignoring differences in M ＆ A enterprises culture, second is the cultural conflict between no effective solution for mergers and acquisitions, and the third is not able to integrate the cultural reasonably.

Analysis of the Effect and Mode of Strategy Integration of the Enterprise M＆A

Merger is a kind of strategic behavior of seeking long-term development. A new enterprise coming from merger is different from the one that come into existence. The strategy of new enterprise formed from merger is constituted through the integration of the strategy for each side. Strategy integration is the guide for the integration of other elements after merger, the way for enterprises to adapt the change of environment and the warranty for the enterprises to achieve strategy synergistic effect. Strategy integration of the merging-enterprises can be realized through several steps： preparation for strategy integration, readjustment to strategy, reorientation of the enterprise and effective communication with target enterprise in the course of carrying out the strategy.

推行“岗课赛证”综合育人,探索“岗课赛证”融通导向下的教学改革路径是培养高素质复合型技能人才的需要。以“岗课赛证”融通为导向的《软件测试技术》课程教学改革要求将岗位标准、比赛内容、证书要求融入课程。“岗课赛证”融通为导向的《软件测试技术》课程教学改革,要以“岗课赛证”融通为导向重构教学内容,建设“岗课赛证”融合的教学资源,优化教学组织形式,改革教学方法和手段,构建全过程多元化的教学评价体系,更好地提高教学质量和效果。

岗课赛证融通的模块化课程体系研究实践——以物联网应用技术专业群为例

岗课赛证融通是职业教育类型化的一个核心特征,是“三教”改革的一种全新育人模式。文章分析了岗课赛证的融通机制及融通模式下的物联网专业群课程体系新要求,提出了基于“基础共享、中层分立、高层拓展”课程体系设计思想的“1+X+Y”专业群模块化课程体系架构,并以物联网应用技术专业群为例,分析了物联网应用技术专业群与产业链的逻辑关系,构建了岗课赛证融通的“1+X+Y”专业群模块化课程体系,课程体系具有“对接产业要素、满足核心岗位需求、达成应用能力培养”的三型递进关系;并从多师协作的教学团队构建、课程资源开发、网络课程教学平台搭建及教学组织实施四个方面来阐述专业群模块化教学实施途径。

产教融合视域下岗课赛证融通育人模式

产教融合是高职教育发展的重要举措和主要途径。产教融合要求高职院校的教学链、人才链与产业链在规模和结构上相互协调,人才培养模式与地方产业活动相互衔接,学校的人才培养方案、课程体系设置和各种资源配置与对应的岗位相互契合。高职院校可以通过教师、教材和教法“三教”改革推动“岗课赛证”融通。调研岗位职责以岗定课、重构课程体系以课育人、参与技能大赛以赛导课和获取资格证书以证验课,进一步深化产教融合、强化专业知识、优化信息能力、提升岗位技能和综合素养。

岗课赛证融通育人是提升高职教育成效的关键途径。以计算机应用技术专业为例,分析了高职院校岗课赛证融通育人存在的育人目标与产业发展融合不深、课程建设与职业岗位对接不足、教学实践与技能竞赛结合不够、课程标准与等级证书匹配不足等问题。据此,从产教融合,建设岗课赛证融通育人体系;分层教学,优化岗课赛证融通育人方式;师资建设,强化岗课赛证融通育人质量;健全评价,提升岗课赛证融通育人效果等方面,提出具体的岗课赛证融通育人策略。

“岗课赛证”融通视域下物联网系统设计课程教学改革探索

针对现阶段高职院校物联网专业实施“岗课赛证”融通教学过程中存在职业岗位普适性较低、课程项目化程度不高、技能大赛融合不紧密、职业证书缺乏选择性等问题,分析岗课赛证四要素融通的基本逻辑,提出以课程为核心,以岗位为依据,以竞赛为载体,以证书为评价标准的教学改革思路。以物联网系统设计课程中的模块1为例,在教学设计、教学实施、教学效果三个方面,开展“岗课赛证”融通的教学改革实践。

基于1+X证书制度的“岗课赛证”融通路径研究

在教育部大力推进1+X证书制度背景下,“岗课赛证”融通成为高职教育领域的重要研究课题。针对工程造价专业“岗课赛证”融通存在的问题,结合河南建筑职业技术学院“岗课赛证”融通的工作经验,提出校企双元育人共同制订人才培养方案、构建基于1+X证书制度的“岗课赛证”融通课程体系、推进“三教”改革等解决路径,以期为高职工程造价专业“岗课赛证”融通提供参考。

全过程视域下的撤县(市)设区府际博弈与调适——基于Z市S区行政区划调整30年的纵向追踪

撤县(市)设区不是一蹴而就的,伴随其间的府际博弈,深刻影响着调整的进程与成效。虽然已有研究比较丰富,但主要集中于事前的动因分析或事后的绩效评估,尚未有研究系统归纳贯穿撤县(市)设区不同阶段的府际博弈逻辑及其深刻影响。基于已有研究和经验事实,以历史追踪而非点状的视角观察撤县(市)设区进程,从组织逻辑下居于主导地位的上级权威、激励逻辑下事实存在的下级弱自主性、目标逻辑下必须兼顾的稳定与发展三个层面,构建了一个理解撤县(市)设区府际博弈与调适的分析框架。在此基础上,通过对Z市S区30年相关行政区划调整过程的纵向追踪,发现各级政府遵循不同的博弈逻辑进行策略选择,进而形成了不同程度上的服从、合作甚至对抗模式,深刻影响着区域融合发展进程,也间接表明撤县(市)设区并不能直接推动新设区与主城区的融合发展。上述工作不仅初步打开了贯穿撤县(市)设区全过程的府际博弈“黑箱”,也拓展了基于过程视角的府际关系研究的适用场景与解释限度。
