Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important direction for the current reform of higher education and should be included in the professional talent training plan and the construction of the biological experiment curriculum system.Specific measures include in-depth excavation of the connotation of biological experiment teaching courses from the perspective of talent training,building an innovation and entrepreneurship biological experiment curriculum system guided by the needs of social development,establishing a comprehensive and diversified platform for practice and innovation,and constructing a teaching team that integrates innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education.

Integrated Practice of Cultivating Innovative Ability and Ideological Education for Graduate Students of Materials Science Major

Aiming at the problem of weak integration of innovation ability and ideological education of postgraduates in materials major,this paper explores postgraduates’cultivation work under the support of Liaocheng University.It is found that the cultivation of the innovation ability of postgraduates in materials can be the realization path and sublimation carrier of ideological education,ideological education can provide spiritual support and methodological guidance for the former,and the organic integration of the two is feasible.Constructing the fit relationship between innovation ability and ideological education,institutionalizing tutor guidance,establishing tutor+counselor+professional teacher communication mechanism,and taking disciplinary competitions as a handhold can achieve the integration of innovation ability cultivation and ideological education of graduate students in materials major.

Experiences of Early and Enhanced Clinical Exposure for Postgraduate Neonatal Nursing Students at the University of Zambia, School of Nursing Sciences: Lessons and Implications for the Future

Background and Objectives: Early and Enhanced Clinical Exposure immediately places postgraduate students in a clinical setting and incorporates continual hands-on instruction throughout their studies. It aims to motivate students by strengthening their academics, improving clinical and communication skills, and increasing their confidence. The underlying principles are to provide a clinical context and to ensure that the patient remains the centre of learning. The School of Nursing Sciences implemented this model in 2021 to produce hands-on Masters-level neonatal practitioners who can work in multidisciplinary clinical contexts. Therefore, this study explored the experiences of postgraduate nursing students on the Early and Enhanced Clinical Exposure model and draw implications for the future. Methods: A phenomenological study design was utilized at the University of Zambia, School of Nursing Sciences and comprised of eight Master of Science Neonatal Nursing students in their second year. Convenience sampling was used to select the study site and participants. Data was collected between 15th January 2023 and 31st January 2023 using an in-depth interview guide. Audio recording and notes were transcribed immediately after data collection. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis and codes and themes were constructed from the coded data. Ethical clearance and permission were sought before conducting the study. Results: Four major themes emerged from the study: identity and role confusion, challenging and hectic experiences, positive educational experiences, and personal and professional growth. These themes contributed to the promotion of evidence-based practice by helping students to assess, diagnose, and treat various conditions, as well as gain interest, experience, knowledge, and exposure. Conclusion: The model has a significant impact on motivation to learn, as evidenced by reported increased skill level with potential for use in clinical practice. It is recommended that it be implemented in all postgraduate programs for full-time students.

Under the background of New Engineering,focusing on talent cultivation,this article explores the teaching reform and innovation of software engineering majors.Starting from the goal of cultivating software engineering talents in the context of New Engineering,the concept of outcome-based education is introduced to study and explore the construction of innovative talent training models for software engineering majors in universities.Through recent years’application practice,initial results have been achieved,which can provide feasible methods and ideas for the cultivation of innovative talents in other majors.

Inspiration of Foreign Innovative Drug Pricing Methods and Medical Insurance Payment Standards to China

Objective To study the innovative drug pricing methods and medical insurance payment standards in foreign countries and to provide reference for China’s government.Methods The official websites were searched for information and related literature,and literature review was used.Results and Conclusion In foreign countries,the clinical value of innovative drugs and their impact on medical insurance funds were comprehensively evaluated based on factors such as quality-adjusted life years,clinical benefit,and improvement of clinical benefit.Then,the evaluation results were taken as an important basis for whether innovative drugs were admitted to the medical insurance catalog and establishing medical insurance payment standards.By using international experience for reference,innovative drug pricing methods and medical insurance payment standards for China’s national conditions can be improved by establishing a basic database of clinical value and drug economic evaluation of innovative drugs,as well as innovative drug payment models based on decision thresholds.

Construction and Practice of Cloud-based Experiment and Innovation Project Supporting Platform for Computer Science Education

Higher and more requirements on experiments and innovation projects of computer science courses is brought forward to promote the "Double First Class". For these requirements, the cloud-based experiment and innovation project supporting platform is introduced in this paper. On the one hand, the platform could satisfy the diversified resource requirements of both teachers and students in course experiments and innovation projects. On the other hand, the feature of "construct once and access anywhere" could achieve higher resource utilization rate and lower costs than the traditional "lab-based" experiment mode. The supporting platform has been applied to practice and gains a lot of positive feedbacks.

Empathic Design： Understanding User Experience Through Schema Changes and Innovative Design

As administration ofblogs is one of the most popular activities on the Internet currently, topics related to blogs have also become a favorite subject in daily life. Questions like what ways can be used to show end-users＇ or designers＇ internal knowledge to find out their needs, what methods can be applied to analysis of the process, etc., have not been answered yet. Therefore, how to analyze the tacit knowledge and grasp the true demand of users is one of the major issues to be solved in empathic design. The purpose of this research is to examine the difference of whether the ＂comparison table of schema changes for users at three points of time＂ was taken into consideration or not in an empathic design brainstorming meeting. The tests consist of the experimental group and the control group. The former did not refer to the comparison table; however, the latter used it for discussion. The result indicates this comparison table helped the control group significantly in presenting an ultimate blog design of innovative ideas

Innovative Development and Commercialization of Technologies： Experience of Technopark ＂Novosibirsk＂

This article is concerned with analyzes of experience of Technopark ＂Novosibirsk＂ as an important part of the innovation infrastructure of the Novosibirsk region. In this article the authors are formulated priorities for the development of an innovative economy： The promotion of investment growth in production infrastructure and innovation, increasing the orientation of research institutions to the needs of the real economy, the development of entrepreneurship in all sectors of the economy and the creation of necessary conditions. The article considers the key elements of innovation infrastructure. Also program ＂Development of high-tech industry and which Technopark ＂Novosibirsk＂ implements the this article is given a brief description of the complex target innovation in the industry to the city of Novosibirsk in 2020＂, in concept of technopark of distributed type, when the Technopark is built in the form of structural and autonomous innovation and technology centers established by the territorial-branch principle in conjunction with partner organizations. The analysis of the stories of success （and failure） of residents of Technopark is described in this article. Based on this analysis, which highlights the main factors contributing to the achievement of commercially meaningful results. These include training as an essential component of the innovation infrastructure. Describes the international educational programs implemented by the Innovative Technology Center ＂Education＂ at the Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management. It is noted that the most important result of the operation of Technopark ＂Novosibirsk＂ was working out a model of public-private partnership that has allowed Technopark flourish, creating a network of specialized centers of innovation and technology. Finally the authors conclude that at the present time in Russia on almost all the basic elements of support for innovative entrepreneurship are created. At the same time a significant part of the difficulties cause problems originating from the external environment of business innovation

Exploration of the Integration of Positive Emotions and Flow Experience in STEAM Education

STEAM(science,technology,engineering,arts,and mathematics)education aims to cultivate innovative talents with multidimensional literacy through interdisciplinary integration and innovative practice.However,lack of student motivation has emerged as a key factor hindering its effectiveness.This study explores the integrated application of positive emotions and flow experience in STEAM education from the perspective of positive psychology.It systematically explains how these factors enhance learning motivation and promote knowledge internalization,proposing feasible pathways for instructional design,resource provision,environment creation,and team building.The study provides theoretical insights and practical guidance for transforming STEAM education in the new era.

A Research on University Postgraduates＇ Innovation Practice Ability Promotion Strategy

There is no doubt that college postgraduates should improve their ability of innovation practice, keep pace with the times, and strive for realism the innovation, in order to keep up with the development pace of the times. So far, our country postgraduates＇ innovation practice ability is not desirable, which are not completely get rid of the dependence on teachers. For this reason, how to improve postgraduates＇ innovation practice ability become a realistic problem in front of educators in colleges and universities. “云平台+服务”的实践教学体系研究与应用

针对计算机专业实践教学过程中存在软硬件资源共享困难、实践教学服务能力不足和学生实践创新能力有待提高等现状,提出“云平台+服务”的实践教学体系。设计基于构思-设计-实施-运行理念的工程化实践教学内容,构建将实验(践)教学、学科竞赛和创新创业(“三位”)统一于实践教学云平台(“一体”)的教学体系,提升学生实践与创新能力,推动实践教学体系改革与创新;为新形势下高校开放实验教学模式和实践教学体系优化、改革与创新提供新的思路和应用支撑。

自主探究性实验课程的教学模式探讨

基于多年实践并辅以学生调查问卷,讨论了3种模式,即教师主导、研究生主导与本科生主导模式的适应性及其优缺点,提出“本科生为中心、教师为辅、研究生支持3种模式综合运用”的多层次实验教学体系与教学思路,并通过引入学生互评因子优化了考核体系。结果表明,该体系丰富了实验实践类课程教学模式,不仅有利于自主探究类创新实验的教学,又能充分利用实验室资源,且最大程度以本科生为中心,提升其创新思维以及动手、团体合作等能力。
