Fault diagnosis of power-shift steering transmission based on multiple outputs least squares support vector regression

A method of multiple outputs least squares support vector regression （LS-SVR） was developed and described in detail, with the radial basis function （RBF） as the kernel function. The method was applied to predict the future state of the power-shift steering transmission （PSST）. A prediction model of PSST was gotten with multiple outputs LS-SVR. The model performance was greatly influenced by the penalty parameter γ and kernel parameter σ2 which were optimized using cross validation method. The training and prediction of the model were done with spectrometric oil analysis data. The predictive and actual values were compared and a fault in the second PSST was found. The research proved that this method had good accuracy in PSST fault prediction, and any possible problem in PSST could be found through a comparative analysis.

Reliability Analysis of Hydraulic Transmission Oil Supply System of Power-Shift Steering Transmission with GO Methodology

GO methodology is a success-oriented method for system reliability analysis. There are components with multi-fault modes in repairable systems. It is a problem to use the existing GO method to make reliability analysis of such repairable systems. A new GO method for reliability analysis of such repairable systems with multifault modes was presented. Firstly, calculation equations of reliability parameters of operators which were used to describe components with multi-fault modes in reparable systems were derived based on Markov process theory. Then, this new GO method was applied in reliability analysis of a hydraulic transmission oil supply system( HTOSS) of a power-shift steering transmission at low and high speeds. Finally,Compared with fault tree analysis( FTA) and Monte Carlo simulation,the results show that this new GO method is correct and suitable for reliability analysis of repairable system with multi-fault modes.

基于油液光谱分析的PCA-AHP综合传动健康状态评价研

油液光谱分析是研究综合传动运行状态的重要方法,以油液光谱分析数据为基础,运用主成分分析法(PCA)和层次分析法(AHP),建立了一种综合传动健康状态的评价模型。文章结合机械设备健康的概念,综合考虑油液光谱分析数据中各种磨损元素的影响,提出用健康值来定量描述综合传动运行状态的概念,并根据健康值对综合传动健康状态进行了等级划分;利用主成分分析法,对油液光谱分析数据进行主成分提取的研究分析;运用层次分析法研究主成分权重值,探讨判断矩阵的构造、一致性检验等问题;然后将二者有机的耦合,建立评价模型;实验研究表明,此方法具有很高的准确性,能够有效地判断综合传动的运行状态,对开展综合传动状态评估具有重要意义。

基于光谱分析和SVM的综合传动故障诊断研究

油液光谱分析是研究综合传动运行状态的重要方法,文章以油液光谱分析数据为基础,运用支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM),建立了一种多输出最小二乘支持向量回归方法。利用多输出最小二乘支持向量回归方法对两台综合传动光谱油液分析数据进行了研究分析。研究表明,此方法得到的回归数据对1号综合传动试验数据具有良好的逼近效果,对2号综合传动油液光谱分析数据的预测具有较高的准确性。通过与2号综合传动试验数据的对比分析,发现了故障信息,并确定了故障部位。试验结果表明,该方法对于发现故障隐患,判断故障部位具有重要实际意义。

基于超球面支持向量机的综合传动状态判别

以油液光谱分析数据为基础,建立了基于超球面支持向量机的综合传动状态判别模型。利用主成分分析法,对油液光谱分析数据进行预处理,并进行主成分提取的研究分析。研究了参数的变化和异常样本对模型性能的影响。实验研究表明,基于超球面支持向量机的状态判别模型准确可行,能实现综合传动的状态判别。
