Research on Digital Practical Training Teaching Under the Background of“Internet+”:Taking the“Front Office Service”Course as an Example

This article aims to explore the application of digitalization in practical training teaching under the background of“Internet+”by taking the teaching of“Front Office Service”in the hotel management and digital operation major as an example.By using digital teaching methods,tools,and practical training methods,this study analyzes the impact of digital practical training teaching on students’mastery of front office service skills as well as explores the ways to implement digital practical training teaching.The research results show that digital practical training teaching can effectively improve students’learning effects and comprehensive quality,and simultaneously has positive significance for cultivating comprehensive hotel management talents that adapt to the needs of the“Internet+”era.

Application of Flipped Classroom Teaching Model Based on Micro-Course in Practical Training Teaching of Contact Lens Fitting Technology

Objective:This paper aims to study the application of flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-course in the practical training teaching of contact lens fitting technology.Methods:From September 21 to July 23,120 students majoring in ophthalmology and optometry were selected and randomly divided into groups.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the study group adopted the flipped classroom teaching mode based on micro-course.Teaching scores and the skills,observation and judgment,adaptability,and communication skills were compared between the groups.Results:Statistical comparison of teaching scores under different management methods showed that the clinical thinking score and practice work quality in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the effect of the study group was better(P<0.05).The overall scores of skills,observation and judgment,adaptability,and communication skills of the study group were better than those in the control group,and the comprehensive ability scores in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:In practical training teaching of contact lens fitting technology,the application of flipped classroom teaching based on micro-course can improve the skill scores of personnel,and the overall effect is good.This can lay the foundation for advanced ophthalmology and optometry talents with profound theoretical knowledge and professional skills.

Research on the Evaluation of VBSE Practical Training Teaching Effectiveness Based on CIPP Model at X University

Based on the CIPP(context,input,process,and product)model,this paper constructs an index system suitable for evaluating the teaching effect of VBSE(virtual business social environment)practical training from four aspects:context evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation,and product evaluation.Taking the students participating in VBSE practical training in X university as the survey population,381 valid sample data were obtained through an online questionnaire survey,and the index weights were determined by factor analysis method.The score value of the VBSE practical training teaching effect was calculated based on the evaluation mean value of three indexes.The results showed that the context evaluation score was 1.56,the input evaluation score was 1.54,the process evaluation score was 1.51,and the product evaluation score was 1.48.Subsequently,this paper put forward some countermeasures from the aspects of optimizing course arrangement,improving hardware facilities,and enhancing team cooperation to provide a guideline for improving the effect of VBSE practical training.

Design and Implementation of Multi-collaborative Training System

With the rapid development of computer technology,network and information technology have been widely used in people’s daily lives,which has brought great convenience to labor and life.At the same time,people are increasingly dependent on computer technology.In this case,the social demand for computer professionals is increasing.However,due to the rapid changes and continuous updates of computer technology,the training of talents in computer specialty in China is far from meeting the demand and quality requirements of the society for this kind of talents.Colleges and universities are the important departments that cultivate computer professionals and technicians for the society.When cultivating talents in computer specialty,colleges and universities must conform to the requirements of the development of the times,adjust teaching strategies in a timely manner according to the actual needs of the society,build a talent training system,build a practical training teaching system of computer specialty,innovate teaching modes and teaching contents,and improve students’professional skills through perfect practical teaching,so as to ensure that they can skillfully apply computer technology to solve practical problems in the learning process and further improve their employment competitiveness.Therefore,this paper analyzes the practical teaching system of computer specialty,puts forward corresponding solutions to the existing problems,constructs a multi-collaborative practical training system,and implements the system.The implementation results show that the system can better meet the needs of students at different levels,and the results are fairer.Students’recognition and sense of acquisition of courses have also been greatly improved.The accumulated experience and data also provide good support for our continuous improvement of the system in the future.

Application Experience of Quality Feedback in Standardized Practical Skills Training for Clinicopathology Residents

In recent years,there are increasingly more standardized trainings for doctors based on the standardized training outline that is suitable for different grades.Hierarchical training has gradually formed a relatively sound training mode.In reflecting students’learning effect,there is a need for an ideal quality feedback system in the standardized practical skills training for clinical pathology residents.This feedback system can help students achieve the training objectives through understanding and grasping the learning content.

Through the cooperation of College of Software and IBM Corporation,new technologies and methods are introduced into classroom successively to carry on the innovation of industrialized software education curriculum system.Take the new "data structure and modeling" course for example.This innovation model develops teaching materials and laboratory manuals.It improves students' hands-on ability through business cases training and preferably enhances students' ability to solve problems in the process of analyzing practical situations.This model cultivates students to meet actual demands of enterprises.Besides,supported by Co-Lab,student clubs and innovation units can be set up to compete,practice,and complete final design,achieving "pre-employment" in the training base.The practices of this model have already brought up a plenty of engineering-type,innovation-type and utility-type talents,bringing the continuous rise in the students' employment rate and employment quality.

软件工程四位一体校企合作实践教学体系研究(英文)

To meet for the enterprise requirements of software engineers and to solve the problems that the software engineers with low capacity in engineering and innovation issues at present,this paper first analyzes the software engineering education objectives and methods,then proposes to build an engineering teaching architecture which called One Frame with Four Aspects.This architecture reforms the practical teaching experience from educational concepts,practical training links,practical training objectives as well as practical training evaluation mechanism,especially focuses on the content of practice teaching,engineering teaching curriculum,the school-enterprise cooperation model and evaluation mechanisms.Practice has shown that the practical teaching system can be applied to software training well in Software School and its training effect is remarkable.

Software Engineering is a theory-oriented subject,and to relate theory to practice has been one of its significant research questions.In order to enhance the practical ability of students who majored in Software Engineering to meet the requirements of enterprises,Software School has designed a practical training program based on the talent concept of the CDIO model.This paper concentrates on the objectives,contents and features of Software Engineering Practical Training Curriculum.The Curriculum has contributed to the students' early adapt to social needs and helped students to ease the employment pressure.

Oh Language Sense Training in College English Teaching Practice

The author supposes that there is a big gap between vocabulary and text in the course of second languageacquisition.Ignorance of individual sentence training to acquire language sense in the CET coursemight be one of the reasons to account for the failure of many students to be speakers of English afterthey graduate.Students should be encouraged to read and recite some model sentences and articles so asto gain a certain language sense as hardware and supporting materials in linguitic communication.Thus confidence is obtained and the gap between vocabulary and text can be easily jumped over.
