The Role of Secondary School Teacher Training in Their Teaching Practices-A Secondary Publication

This work aims to analyze the effect exerted by the initial and continuous training of secondary school teachers in France on their teaching practices.For this,we carried out a secondary analysis of data from the TALIS survey(Teaching and Learning International Survey),conducted in 2013 in 34 countries,including France.In particular,we focus on practices related to the teaching methods used,classroom management,how to communicate,and the evaluative practices of teachers.In support of binary logistic regression models,we showed that the variables related to initial training play a weak role,and even exert a negative effect on certain pedagogic practices,leading to a reflection on the renovation of this training.On the other hand,our analyses highlighted the greater weight played by certain continuing education actions.

Analysis and Practice of ＂Idea, Team, and Evaluation＂ in the Educational Reform of Higher Vocational Colleges

In order to meet the actual needs of higher vocational colleges＇ art and design program on the refbrm of specialized courses, the change from assignments to art works and the concept of art products is proposed in this paper, so as to enhance the standards of art products from time, satisfaction, and originality. Then, the idea of ＂synchronously training personal ability with the spirit of team work＂ is introduced. Also, the key points in the practice of course evaluation organization and management are mainly expounded through the applicableness of evaluation types, the standard of the evaluation process, and the diversity of evaluation and rewards forms.

Analysis on the Practice of Educational Management from the Perspective of Student-Based Management

In the new era,through the application of the overall economic theory,various industries and fields in China’s local market are fully linked with the international market.Therefore,at the current stage,educational institutions should not only participate in global competitions in the same industry but should also promote the transformation and upgrading of localization.Taking this as the starting point,this research analyzes the practice of educational management from the perspective of student-based management,summarizes the connotation of student-based management,determines the problems in the process of practice,and puts forward several suggestions for developing the concept of student-based management,enhancing the investigation on students’situation,and improving the quality of managers.

Application and Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Technology Inheritance in Research and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparations in Medical Institutions

Medical institution preparations play an important role in the development of hospitals,being one of the main forms of traditional Chinese medicine clinical characteristic medication,as well as an important carrier for the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations has become a hot spot in the research and development of preparations by medical institutions.Traditional Chinese medicine preparations prepared by traditional processes and their entrusted preparation matters have changed from the current licensing management to filing management.The registration model of traditional Chinese medicine preparations has undergone significant changes,emphasizing more on real data and evaluation results from the objective world,respecting traditional medication experience,and emphasizing the inheritance and innovative development of traditional technological experience.In the process of following teachers in the inheritance project of traditional Chinese medicine,we combined the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology with the research and development practice of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in medical institutions,and focused on the analysis and discussion of technical problems such as prescription screening,dosage form selection,process route design and clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,hoping to provide reference for scholars in the same field of traditional Chinese medicine.

Schisming as an Interactional Resource for Learning at the Frontiers of Work and Vocational Training-A Secondary Publication

This paper examines the sorts of interactional competencies and institutional demands required from students as they engage in complex forms of participation combining work and training purposes.It focuses on a series of empirical cases,recorded through video data and analyzed from a conversation analytic perspective,in which mentors make the decision to intervene during work sessions moderated by students.Such interventions do not interrupt the student’s activity and lead to the emergence of two distinct but not impermeable interactional spaces.This complex participation framework,known as“schisming,”contributes to overcoming practical issues within multiparty settings.Our study shows how schisming constitutes a particular sequential phenomenon where participants reorganize the interaction and co-construct a social and cognitive interactional space,thus enabling a shared understanding of the specific training context.Empirical data from the practical training of medical radiographers are used to illustrate how schisming may contribute to learning in the conditions of guided practice.

Generic security analysis framework for quantum secure direct communication

Quantum secure direct communication provides a direct means of conveying secret information via quantum states among legitimate users.The past two decades have witnessed its great strides both theoretically and experimentally.However,the security analysis of it still stays in its infant.Some practical problems in this field to be solved urgently,such as detector efficiency mismatch,side-channel effect and source imperfection,are propelling the birth of a more impeccable solution.In this paper,we establish a new framework of the security analysis driven by numerics where all the practical problems may be taken into account naturally.We apply this framework to several variations of the DL04 protocol considering real-world experimental conditions.Also,we propose two optimizing methods to process the numerical part of the framework so as to meet different requirements in practice.With these properties considered,we predict the robust framework would open up a broad avenue of the development in the field.
