In this paper, from the teaching practice of the network marketing course, with the applicative competition platform as the breakthrough point, the author carries through a series of teaching reforms, to realize the goal of training, and especially to give prominence to the ability training of the students.

Research on The Software Development Ability Training With Gradual and Whole Process Based on The Deep Integration Between Industry and Education

In view of the mechanism and quality problems in the software ability training of computer majors in colleges and universities,as well as the engineering ability and innovation ability training results can not effectively meet the needs of society,this paper discusses how to realize the deep integration of production and education through school enterprise cooperation under the existing training mode.Through the establishment of a progressive whole process training system,students’software ability can be improved in an all-round way.Taking Shenyang Aerospace University as an example,it expounds how to organically combine the theoretical teaching in class with the cultivation of extracurricular innovation ability,and gradually guide students to comprehensively improve their software development ability and innovation ability.The model has been running for many years,and plays a leading role in promoting the reform of education and teaching and improving the quality of education,and provides reference for the brotherly colleges and universities.

Construction and Practice of a Practical Teaching System for Normal Universities Based on Ability Cultivation

This study aims to explore the effect of project-based teaching methods on improving students’ abilities in normal universities. This study delves into the practice teaching system based on ability training implemented in normal universities, examining the application of this teaching model in teacher education and the potential challenges it may encounter. Our case study reveals that the Project-Based Learning (PBL) approach can effectively transform students from passive recipients of knowledge into active problem solvers, thereby enhancing their critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. However, challenges do exist, including ensuring active participation from all students, providing equal opportunities for each student to develop and showcase their abilities, and completing complex projects within a limited timeframe. Therefore, teachers may need to adjust their teaching strategies, and schools need to provide more resources and support. These adjustments can help the practice teaching system based on ability training better serve teacher education and offer students a higher-quality educational experience.

The Evolutional Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Outside the Chinese mainland: Challenges,Training, Practice, Research, and Future Development

This overview has provided an account of evolutional changes of an experience-based traditional medical practice of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) towards modernisation to keep up with recent advances in analytical and biomedical sciences, and information technology,which may help readers to understand why applying biomedical research methodology to TCM modernisation, while maintaining the experience-based concepts, principles and heritage of TCM's personalised health and medical approaches in balancing body's functions with physical and mental harmony when facing environmental changes, can contribute to gain global appreciation and acceptance of TCM in healthcare. It is envisaged that such future development and integration with biomedicine-based main-stream medicine(MSM) in practice will provide valuable medical care in the development of future personalised health and medicine as well as TCM product development.

以产业需求为导向的产教融合研究生培养模式探索与实践

为顺应社会经济高速发展对人才的迫切需求,促进人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧结构要素全方位融合,进一步优化产教融合人才培养模式,解决现阶段存在的校企合作不稳定、产学相对脱节、多主体协同机制不完善的问题,湖南大学控制科学与工程学科提出以产业需求为导向的“两翼支撑-三维协同-四链贯通”深度产教融合人才培养模式,以构建校内校外双实践平台为两翼支撑,完善学校、企业、政府三维协同机制,贯通产业链、教育链、实践链及人才链,将产教融合贯通产学研全过程,全面提升研究生的专业实践能力,在新时代高层次应用型工科人才的培养上取得显著的成效,实现研究生培养模式改革和产业迭代双统筹发展,可供国内外高校借鉴。

产研赛与导师制多育并举人才培养模式探索

面对新一轮的科技革命和产业变革,培养创新应用型化工人才是适应国家重大战略发展的重要任务。重庆大学化学化工学院以“提升人才培养质量”为目标,积极探索、大胆尝试,从人、财、物三个方面推进人才培养创新实践,提出全程导师制与“产研赛”平台多育并举的人才培养模式,培养敢于担当、综合素质优秀、理工基础扎实、工程实践和创新能力强的化工领军人才。经过实践探索,该人才培养模式以学生为中心融合导师与平台,提升学生对专业的认知,增强学生的使命感,培养学生的创新能力和实践能力,具有一定的推广示范效果。

医护一体化模式对前庭外周性眩晕病人眩晕症状及负性情绪的影响

目的:探讨医护一体化模式对前庭外周性眩晕病人的眩晕症状、焦虑抑郁负性情绪的影响。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年3月某三级甲等医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科行住院治疗的前庭外周性眩晕病人120例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组实施常规诊疗护理工作模式,试验组实施医护一体化模式,干预2周后观察两组病人的眩晕、平衡状况和焦虑、抑郁负性情绪。结果:干预后两组病人眩晕、平衡状况较干预前均有所改善,两组病人眩晕障碍量表评分、Berg平衡量表评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。负性情绪方面,干预后两组病人较干预前均有所改善,试验组更早缓解了病人焦虑、抑郁情绪(P<0.05)。两组病人负性情绪干预2周后与1周后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将医护一体化模式应用于前庭外周性眩晕病人,能更早改善病人眩晕症状,缓解其负性情绪,加快病人康复。

随着汽车“新四化”的技术变革,对新能源汽车工程技术人才培养提出了新的要求。针对当前高校新能源汽车人才培养过程中存在的主要问题,本文以南航金城学院新能源汽车专业为例,从校企协同育人生态体系构建、人才培养方案修订、校企共建课程体系、教学模式改革、双师型师资队伍建设、教学实践基地共建等方面提出了应用型高校深度产教融合的新能源汽车人才培养举措。以期为相关院校在新能源汽车人才培养过程中提供借鉴,培养出产教高度契合的满足现代产业需求的高素质应用型创新人才。

为培养新时代中国社会主义的建设者和接班人,贯彻落实立德树人的根本任务,在复变函数与积分变换的教学过程中自然地融入课程思政元素,建立该课程的课程思政教学案例库是势在必行的。首先,深入挖掘思政元素与数学专业知识的结合点。其次,对线上线下混合教学模式进行课程思政设计。最后,形成适合本课程的课程思政教学案例。通过对课程思政案例的教学实践,教育引导学生成为热爱祖国、富有理想、视野宽广、德才兼备的创新型人才。

实践教学是工程教育的重要组成部分,是培养和提高学生工程实践能力和科技创新能力的重要途径。该文剖析当前形势下农业机械化及其自动化专业实践教学环节存在的主要问题,总结虚拟仿真实践教学体系建设的实施举措,形成以行业对实践能力需求为引导、以学生发展为主线、以提高学生实践和创新能力为核心的“2+4+1”农机专业虚拟仿真实践教学体系。在实践教学各环节构建虚拟仿真实践平台、完善考核机制,通过虚拟仿真实践训练与实体实训的融合,促进农机专业人才的综合能力培养。
