Rational thinking on the theory and practice of ecological civilization in the new period of China

New requirements for the ecological civilization construction were raised by the eighteenth National Congress of the CPC. A new programme was worked out to put the construction of ecological civilization in a more prominent position which will lead to achieve the new great goal "strive to build a beautiful China and realize Chinese sustainable development". How to rapidly and thoroughly promote the theory and practice research on ecological civilization, has become the focal, difficult and key point of China's economic, political, social and cultural life at present and in the future for a long period of time.

Inquiry Based on Evidence and its Practices in Two Healthcare Facilities of Bujumbura

Background: Inquiry evidence-based practice (IBP) improves healthcare quality, reliability, and patient outcomes as well as reduces variations in care and costs. IBP and its practice in health care promote also many advantages, such as improvements of practices based on the attitudes and cognitive ideas. This study aims to assess the inquiry based on evidence (IBP) and its practices in two Health Care Facilities (HCFs) of Bujumbura to help the practitioners to understand its importance. Methods: A cross-sectional study design was used to analyze the importance of IBP and its practice in these two hospitals. The probability-sampling technique was used also to select 104 nurses from the Military Hospital of Kamenge and 55 nurses from the Van Norman Clinic. A questionnaire was used to collect data with two mains components, demographic data and knowledge and attitudes addressing the following parameters: evidence practice during inquiry, nursing theory, current analysis in nursing care oriented the evidence, prioritization of care, rational diagnostic, monitoring and assessment. Results: The findings from this study revealed a poor knowledge and attitude among participants towards Inquiry Based Practice. In all variables, participants were scoring less than 10%. However, majority of participants (76.5%) know the indicators of patients’ satisfaction with nursing interventions through survey-based practice and 74.1% argued to analyze their information collected. Conclusion: This study revealed a weak awareness on IBP and its importance during nursing practice among participants as for almost all variables, participants were scoring less than 10%, except for the indicators of patients’ satisfaction with nursing interventions through survey-based practice (76.5%). Therefore, in-service training and curriculum revision had been highlighted and recommended another to provide the best rational diagnosis and achieve the patient’s outcomes.

The Concept of Legal Practice in the Chinese Context

In terms of content, it can be divided into three categories： intellectual legal practice, normative legal practice, and applied legal practice. Multiple dimensions of urban design development from a practice perspective:A case study of an institute in Nanjing

The rapid urbanization process in China has promoted the active state of urban design practice.In the process of solving complex problems,the practical scope of urban design has gradually expanded.This paper took a design institution in Nanjing as a case study and sorted the trends in design project types and themes over the past 20 years,which presented a partial and diverse state of evolution in urban design practice.Concept,technology and management were extracted as the three main dimensions of cognitive urban design practice development.The relative positions and relationships of different types of urban design work were interpreted through mapping analysis of these three dimensions.This study provided a foundation for the practical orientation of urban design in China and a platform for communication a mong managers,urban design practitioners,scholars of related disciplines,and the public.

法治是中国式现代化的重要保障

党的二十届三中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》明确提出“法治是中国式现代化的重要保障”,对法治与现代化之间的辩证关系从理论与实践相结合的角度作出系统阐述,对不断完善和健全法治在保障中国式现代化中的能力,推动法治与现代化同频共振、并肩前行发挥了政策引领作用。从法理层面准确认识法治对中国式现代化的保障机制和制度功能,要从历史维度、政治维度、理论维度、比较维度和实践维度“五个维度”有机统一的角度认识中国式现代化的具体特征和制度形态,针对不同层面的中国式现代化目标采取不同性质的法治应对和保障措施。法治在中国式现代化进程中,通过保障制度现代化推进中国式现代化。其中,法治自身也需要现代化。没有法治现代化就没有社会主义现代化。法治在推进中国式现代化过程中,通过不断提升自身效能和保障能力,逐步实现自身的现代化,成为中国式现代化事业的重要组成部分。

20世纪三四十年代马克思主义史家的新经世致用论——以马克思主义史学四大家为中心

20世纪三四十年代,中国马克思主义史学形成了一种新经世致用论。这种新经世致用论以马克思主义“科学性与革命性相统一”的原则为指导,是对传统经世致用论批判与继承的产物,具体表现为史学求真与致用的统一,体现了马克思主义的实践理性精神。马克思主义与中国传统文化都有实践理性精神,而传统经世致用思想则为马克思主义史家新经世致用论提供了历史解释的视域。马克思主义史家虽然认为革命性是以科学性为基础的,但往往为了革命性而忽视科学性。故史学要真正做到经世致用,必须以尊重史学科学性为前提。

Analysis of Multi-Scale Fractal Dimension for Image Interpolation

This article presents a novel image interpolation based on rational fractal fimction. The rational function has a simple and explicit expression. At the same time, the fi＇actal interpolation surface can be defined by proper parameters. In this paper, we used the method of ＇covering blanket＇ combined with multi-scale analysis; the threshold is selected based on the multi-scale analysis. Selecting different parameters in the rational function model, the texture regions and smooth regions are interpolated by rational fractal interpolation and rational interpolation respectively. Experimental results on benchmark test images demonstrate that the proposed method achieves very competitive performance compared with the state-of-the-art interpolation algorithms, especially in image details and texture features.

哈贝马斯论交往合理性与道德-实践合理性的关系

交往合理性概念是哈贝马斯为解决现代性危机而提出的。由于哈贝马斯的理论与韦伯理论的关系及他本人后期工作重心的转移,这一概念在现代合理性图谱中的定位似乎一直是悬而未决的。要解决这一问题,关键在于理解交往合理性与道德-实践合理性的关系。哈贝马斯先后在认识兴趣理论和交往行为理论中,从理性兴趣和行为领域这两个层面对这两种合理性做出过区分。这只是二者关系的一个方面。在哈贝马斯的理论中,交往合理性的任务是,面对认知-工具合理性的过度膨胀,既要承认现代社会已经分化的基本合理性之间相互独立的事实,又要在此前提下实现它们的有限统一。据此,面对自身合法领地遭到侵蚀的状况,道德-实践合理性应当依据交往合理性所提供的有效性要求、原则与程序,实现自身重建,具体包括道德、法律和宗教三个具体领域。

基于产教融合的机械专业三层次三维度实践教学体系构建与实践

产教融合将教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接,培养面向产业的优质人才,具有深远的现实意义。但是实施过程中,教学、人才、产业以及创新等多种元素和维度发挥的体制机制问题并不十分通畅,往往没有形成长效机制。该文基于浙大宁波理工学院机电与能源工程学院的产教融合实践教学体系建设和实施实践,提出基于产教融合平台的三层次三维度有机融合的机械专业工程实践能力培养模式,将工程实践教学资源拓展为基础实践、产业实践、“双创”实践三个层次,学生、教师、雇主三个维度共同参与、共同评价实践教学效果,建立一套行之有效的运行机制,循环迭代、立体驱动学生工程实践能力的持续提升。建设成效显著,示范作用明显,吸引诸多企业踊跃参与。该文可为地方院校工科类专业开展产教融合的教学实践提供一种比较可行的实施路径。

“情理”在中国基层社会治理中有着举足轻重的结构位置,但其具体实践依然有进一步研究的空间。浙北W镇综合行政执法分局的基层实践,根据基层行政执法部门的行动指向和实际控制权两个维度,采取了秉持人文关怀、外借权威、联合避责等行动策略,以应对治理场景下的工作压力和提高治理效果。执法部门的“情理”运作有着深刻的实践逻辑,即在提升政府治理效能、符合社会期待、维持部门组织自主性、降低治理风险性等多维的情理维度之间寻求平衡,这是“行政效率”与“地方文化网络”动态交互而成的实践智慧。

中国式现代化与人类文明新形态的实践合理性和道义价值论

中国式现代化既是一种合规律性与合目的性有机统一的客观的、自然的、辩证历史过程,又是基于实践合理性与价值合理性的中国式现代性逻辑的自我生成、确立与证成的过程。作为对中国式现代化合法性、正当性理据的探寻、辩护与有效诠释,中国的现代性或现代性的中国逻辑,从立场、宗旨、逻辑和根本价值目标等方面根本有别于西方现代化。其话语表达一旦生成,就会自然地嵌入某种自主性的历史进步历程,起到其内在的规约性、引领性。中国的现代性或现代性的中国逻辑之理论纲领的确立,是典范性模式、道路意义上社会现代化成功实践的中国智慧的集中体现,其核心要素和基本构成体现为以下三个方面:一是社会现代化何以可能的价值理念纠偏与价值基础重置;二是通向人类现代化正道和文明新道的合理性价值实践和价值目标的变革;三是“现代化多元主体并生共在”视域内人类新型现代化模式及其多元差异主体并生共在场域价值塑造。这三个方面核心要素的有机整合与良性互动,勾勒出了“中国式现代性”或“现代性中国逻辑”的基本结构和内在实质。

新时代学生体育竞赛育人的三重向度是学校体育回答学生体育竞赛是什么、为什么和怎么做等问题所形成的认识向度、价值向度和实践向度的基本范畴和理论体系。在认识向度范畴,学生体育竞赛是“以体带全”的重要支撑、“以体塑文”的关键载体、“以体育才”的主要方式。在价值向度范畴,学生体育竞赛具有以完整性运动项目体验实现学生健康成长、以递进性游戏思维频谱支撑创新人才培养等一般价值和以融合性运动教育形式落实体教融合战略、以多样性身体活动形式涵养中华体育精神等特殊价值。在实践向度范畴,学生体育竞赛的开展须做到:强化系统观念,优化赛事引领;健全体制机制,实现竞赛融通;完善供给方式,扩大参赛主体。

基于OBE理念的“四梯度、三维度”方剂学教学改革与实践

[目的]阐述基于学习产出教育(outcomes-based education,OBE)理念的“四梯度、三维度”方剂学教学改革模式与成效,以期助力中医药教育事业的发展。[方法]基于OBE理念,根据存在的问题,有针对性地从教学目的、教学内容、教学资源、教学方法、考核评价等角度开展“知方-识方-辨方-制方”四梯度、“精勤医方-精进医技-精湛医术”三维度教学实践,并以医师资格考试作为中长期的衡量指标。[结果]基于OBE理念进行教学改革,主要包括明确教学目的,调整教学内容,运用线上资源,创新教学方法,探索考核评价等方面。对中医类别医师资格考试本科全日制考生的方剂学成绩进行数据分析,浙江中医药大学方剂学掌握率2012至2021年连续十年均高于全国;浙江中医药大学方剂学被评为2021年度浙江省一流课程,线上课程“寻方问药纵横谈”被评为2022年度浙江省一流课程,方剂学被评为2023年度国家级一流课程。[结论]基于OBE理念的“四梯度、三维度”方剂学教学改革模式,能够提升学生成绩,改善课程评价,有助于中医药教育事业的发展。

文化间性视域下国际传播及其实践向度调整

在当前国际传播环境中存在意识形态下的信息失衡和跨文化价值偏差,远未达到理想状态,且这种偏差仅可调整,无法完全消除。国际传播生态的变迁凸显了文化间性视角的重要性,强调尊重文化差异、避免冲突、促进交融,通过主体、空间、价值三个维度的转向,构建国际传播中的“第三语境”,以实现相互观照。在此视角下,国际传播实践应该从“信息输出”转向“文化互动”、从“内容制作”转向“内容共创”、从“单一效果评估”转向“综合效果评估”,从而推动跨文化交流与理解向纵深发展,尽可能寻求建构共同认知所依赖的底层逻辑。
