In this paper our studies about the sequential testing program for predicting and identificating carcinogens, sequential discriminant method and cost- effectiveness analysis are summarized. The analysis of our database of carcinogeniclty and genotoxicity of chemicals demonstrates the uncertainty . of short- term tests ( STTs ) to predict carcinogens and the results of most routine STTs are statistically dependent. We recommend the sequential testing program combining STTs and carclnogenicity assay, the optimal STT batteries, the rules of the sequential discrimination and the preferal choices of STTs tor specific chemical class. For illustrative pmposes the carclnogenicity prediction of several sample chamicals is presented. The results of cost-effectiveness analysis suggest that this program has vast social-economic effectiveness. 展开更多

The establishment and realization of the VPP calucation's model for the functional analytic theory are discussed in this paper.Functional analyzing method is a theoretical model of the VPP calculation which can eliminate the influence of the sail and board's size skillfully,so it can be regarded as a brief standard of the sailboard's VPP results.As a brief watery dynamical model,resistance on board can be regarded as a direct proportion to the square of the boat-velocity.The boat-velocities at the state of six wind-velocities(3m/s-8m/s) with angles of 25°-180° are obtained by calculating,which provides an important gist of the sailing-route's selection in upwind-sailing. 展开更多

For achieving the desired configuration of spacecraft at the desired fixed time,a suboptimal fixed-finite-horizon configuration control method on the Lie group SE(3)is developed based on the Model Predictive Static Programming(MPSP).The MPSP technique has been widely used to solve finite-horizon optimal control problems and is known for its high computational efficiency thanks to the closed-form solution,but it cannot be directly applied to systems on SE(3).The methodological innovation in this paper enables that the MPSP technique is extended to the geometric control on SE(3),using the variational principle,the left-invariant properties of Lie groups,and the topology structure of Lie algebra space.Moreover,the energy consumption,which is crucial for spacecraft operations,is considered as the objective function to be optimized in the optimal control formulation.The effectiveness of the designed sub-optimal control method is demonstrated through an online simulation under disturbances and state measurement errors. 展开更多
