The crystallinity and microstructure of as-deposited ZnO films were analyzed by means of XRD and SEM. Moreover, the underling deposition mechanism of ZnO films was discussed. Results show that obtained ZnO films exhibit an excellent crystallinity with the preferentioal orientation of (002) plane. The crystalline grain of films is about 40nm in size, which is supported by both the Sherrer equation and the SEM result. However, the ZnO film is composed of numerous clustered purticulates in the size of 200 to 300nm, and each particulate is the compact aggregation of smaller ZnO crystalline grains. The coating molded electroheat carbon film(CMECF) was prepared by carbonizing the coating which was prepared by adding modified resin into flake graphite and carbon fiber, coating molded onto the surface of the heat resisting matrix after dried, while the hot pressing molded electroheat thick carbon film(HPMETCF) was prepared by carbonizing the bodies whose powders were hot pressing molded directly. The surface and inner microstructure of the carbon film was characterized and analyzed by SEM and DSC/TG, while electroheat property was tested by voltage-current volume resistivity tester and electrical parameter tester. The results show that, close-packed carbon network configuration is formed within the composite electroheat carbon film which yields a volume resistivity of 0.5×10 -210.0×10 -2Ω·cm at room temperature. The electroheat carbon film after anti-oxidizable treatment reaches a higher surface electroheat temperature than that of the existing electroheat coatings at a low voltage, and has excellent electroheat property, high thermal efficiency as well as stable physicochemical property. It is found that, at room temperature(19±2℃) and 22V for 5min, the surface electroheat temperature of the self-produced CMECF (m_ filler/m_ resin=1.8/1) reaches 112℃ while HPMETCF (m_ filler/m_ resin=3.6/1) reaches 265℃.展开更多

The effects of changes in the microwave power on the deposition rate and optical bandgap were investigated, and variations in the photoand dark-conductivities and activation energy were studied in conjunction with film analysis using the Raman scattering technique. In the case of boron-doped samples, the conductivity increased rapidly to a maximum, followed by rapid reduction at high microwave power. The ratio of the photo- to dark-conductivity (σph/σd) peaked at microwave power of ~600 W. Under conditions of high microwave power, Raman scattering analysis showed evidence of the formation and increase in the silicon microcrystalline and diamond-like phases in the films, the former of which could account for the rapid increase and the latter the subsequent decrease in the conductivity. In the case of phosphorusdoped SiC:H samples, it was found that increase in the microwave power has the effect of enhancing the formation of the silicon microcrystalline phase in the films which occurred in correspondence to a rapid increase in the conductivity and reduction in the activation energy The conductivity increase stabilised in samples deposited at microwave power exceeding 500 W probably as a result of dopant saturation. Results from Raman scattering measurements also showed that phosphorus doping had the effect of enhancing the formation of the silicon microcrystals in the film whereas the presence of boron had the effect of preserving the amorphous structure.展开更多
