School psychologists are mediators and users of in-school and out-of-school psychology.When working with teachers and pupils,existing skills need to be expanded in order to be able to act independently and responsibly in terms of proper education and upbringing.School psychologists are part of every school system.They are trained and have good knowledge in mental health,child development,learning theories,motivation,educational psychology,etc.Psychologists should also have a good knowledge of learning theories and innovative developments.With their dedication,they could help teachers to keep pace with new developments,applying new forms,methods and modalities in the learning process.School psychologists are professionals who in Kosovo are part of the pedagogical service.Despite the fact that in the Kosovo legislation,in schools where the number of pupil’s is over 1,000,it is foreseen to have a psychologist,however,a small number of psychologists are employed in schools.The purpose of research on this topic is to ascertain what is the support of the school psychologist for the introduction of positive innovations in learning.Survey results showed that about 61.4%of participants agree that school psychologist has a role in introducing positive developmental innovations in learning,25.5%of them to some extent agree,while 13.1%of participants disagree that the school psychologist has a role in introducing positive developmental innovations in learning.Empirical results showed that there are statistically significant differences between teachers of different ages regarding the role of the psychologist in introducing innovations in teaching,where F=3.755 and p=0.006<0.05. 展开更多

Present status and conservation strategies of mangrove resource in Guangdong, P. R. China 被引量:2

According to the survey of Guangdong mangrove resource in 2001 and authors field investigations in the past 5 years, the total mature mangrove land area of Guangdong Province was estimated at 9084 hm2, accounting for 41.4% of total mangrove land area of China. These mangrove forests totally consisted of 50 species belonging to 28 families, distributed at more than 100 locations along the coastlines of Guangdong and most of them present a high dense and dwarf appearance. The Ass. Avicennia marina is the most dominant mangrove association. The investigation results showed that the mangrove forests with coverage rates above 0.7 accounted for 68.0% of the total mangrove land area of the province and 77.8% of mangrove forests was less than 2 m in tree height. Since 1950, 54.6% of mangrove forests have disappeared due to paddy rice reclaim, aquaculture and city constructions. Derivational conservation efforts are still weakly empowered and should be strengthened intensively. The author suggested that mangrove laws and regulations should be enforced, mangrove scientific research should be strengthened; and mangrove conservation awareness of local community should be raised on conservation of mangroves. 展开更多

At present, four survival subspecies are endangered in China. Tiger has decreased greatly in number, and its distribution has limited to some areas. The published papers on morphology and anatomy were relatively few, while much work has been done on physiology and biochemistry of captive tigers. The author pointed out a few further research fields. The studies of chromosomes, gene, cloning and establishment of gene bank should be mostly focusing fields. Present status of studies on diffuse axonal injury

OBJECTIVE: To explain the present status of study on diffuse axonal injury, investigate its pathogenesis and pathophysiological changes, and suggest principles for the diagnosis and treatment. DATA SOURCES: Articles about diffuse axonal injury published in English from January 1994 to October 2006 were searched in Pubmed database using the of 'diffuse axonal injury, pathogenesis, therapy'. STUDY SELECTION: The collected articles were primarily screened to select those associated with diffuse axonal injury, the obviously irrelated articles were excluded, and the rest ones were retrieved manually, and the full-texts were searched. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 98 articles were collected, 41 of them were involved, and the other 57 were excluded. DATA SYNTHESIS: Diffuse axonal injury is mainly caused by acceleratory or deceleratory injury, and its pathophysiological change is a progressive duration, local axonal injury finally develops to axonal breakage, mainly includes inactivation of natrium channel, intracellular Ca2+ overloading, activation of calcium protease, caspase, etc., and mitochondrial injury. At present, there is still lack of effective therapeutic methods for diffuse axonal injury, so we should actively explore more effective methods to relieve the pain of patients and improve their prognosis. CONCLUSION: At present, diffuse axonal injury has not attracted enough attentions in China, the mechanisms for its diagnosis and attack are still unclear, and the treatments are mainly aiming at the symptoms. 展开更多

Chinas offshore areas abound in oil & gas resources, but both the intensity of prospecting and the produced outputs are low, as a result, there exists a lot of development potential. Our pursuit to develop offshore marginal oilfields relies on up to date scientific and technological progress as well as modern development management and innovative technologies. China has developed domestically the designed technologies for beach and shallow water areas oil field operations. These technical and engineering systems have been adapted to meet Chinas characteristic, operational features and requirements. Despite of our ongoing efforts, it has not yet met the top international quality standards with regard to the demand for special oil gas bearings and project developments in the middle deep sea areas. The author will analyze the technical shortcomings of beach and shallow water areas exploration engineering, attempts to improve the recovery efficiency, offshore surface engineering technologies, production safeguards etc. A prognosis for the direction and innovate approach used in future management planning and project designs will be given. 展开更多

目的探讨文献编译联合报告讨论会在神经外科住院医师规范化培训中的效果。方法选择中国人民解放军总医院神经外科医学部住院医师30人,随机分为文献编译组(A组)、报告讨论会组(B组)和联合组(C组),每组各10人;经过为期半年培训,对三组住... 目的探讨文献编译联合报告讨论会在神经外科住院医师规范化培训中的效果。方法选择中国人民解放军总医院神经外科医学部住院医师30人,随机分为文献编译组(A组)、报告讨论会组(B组)和联合组(C组),每组各10人;经过为期半年培训,对三组住院医师进行统一考试,主要衡量理论知识水平、文献分析能力和创新思维能力。结果相比培训前,三组住院医师规范化培训后在理论知识水平、文献分析能力和创新思维能力均有明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,相比B组,A组和C组在理论知识水平上有明显提高(P<0.05)。而相比A组,B组和C组在创新思维能力上有明显提高(P<0.05)。另外,C组在文献分析能力上明显优于其余两组(P<0.05)。相比B组,A组和C组在提高理论知识水平上给出更高的评价(P<0.05)。而相比A组,B组和C组在培养创新思维能力上给出更高的评价(P<0.05)。C组在教学方式满意度和培养文献分析能力等方面的评价明显好于其余两组(P<0.05)。结论文献编译联合报告讨论会在神经外科住院医师规范化培训中效果显著,可有效提高住院医师理论知识水平、文献分析能力和创新思维能力,值得推广。 展开更多

传统文化创新展示与传播是新时期国家文化建设工作的重点。江南古典园林作为中国传统文化的代表之一,有效运用数字技术对其创新展示与传播具有重要意义。古典园林是一种时空融合艺术,追求山水画意与意境表达,数字化展示是对其价值的创... 传统文化创新展示与传播是新时期国家文化建设工作的重点。江南古典园林作为中国传统文化的代表之一,有效运用数字技术对其创新展示与传播具有重要意义。古典园林是一种时空融合艺术,追求山水画意与意境表达,数字化展示是对其价值的创新再解读,并注重感知与交互体验。基于苏州、扬州、上海具有代表性的18处江南古典园林的调研与评价,归纳了江南古典园林的核心价值及其载体,发现当前展示内容集中在社会文化、艺术、科学技术以及传统文化、思想情感方面,而山水园林风格与意境、造园艺术体系与造园手法、江南民居营建的土地利用观与环境观三类价值展示不足或不全面,且内容形式与展示维度受限明显;展示途径以人工解说、展示牌与传统数字媒体为主,新型数字技术应用较少;展示过程缺少与游赏方式的深度融合,新颖性、多样性、互动性等方面有待提升。基于上述研究与分析,从展示内容明晰、展示途径创新与展示体验提升三方面提出江南古典园林数字化展示建议。研究结果对促进中国古典园林遗产数字化转型及创新保护与传承具有重要意义。 展开更多
