The static and dynamic characteristics of a fast-response PSP that is developed in the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)are analyzed and tested to serve as the basis for experiments on unsteady surface measurement using a fast-response PSP. Two calibration systems used for this study are set up to investigate the temperature dependency, response time, and resolution. A data processing method, used for dynamic data, is analyzed and selected carefully to determine the optimum signal. Results show that the fastresponse PSP can be used normally at temperatures from 25 ℃ to 80 ℃. The effect of temperature on the accuracy of the measurement must be considered when temperatures are beyond the temperature range of 30–40 ℃. The dynamic calibration device with a solenoid valve can achieve a pressure jump within a millisecond order. The resolution is determined by the signal-to-noise ratio of the photo-multiplier tube. Results of the measurement show that the response time of the PSP decreases with a large pressure variation, and the response time is below 0.016 s when the pressure variation is under 40 kPa.展开更多

First, the shallow shale gas reservoirs are similar to the medium-deep shale gas reservoirs in static indicators such as high-quality shale thickness, geochemistry, physical properties and mineral composition, but the former is geologically characterized by low formation pressure coefficient, low gas content, high proportion of adsorbed gas, low in-situ stress, and big difference between principal stresses. Second, shallow shales in the complex structure areas have the gas occurrence characteristics including low total gas content (1.1-4.8 m3/t), high adsorbed gas content (2.5-2.8 m3/t), low sensitive desorption pressure (1.7-2.5 MPa), and good self-sealing. Third, the adsorbed gas enrichment of shales is mainly controlled by organic matter abundance, formation temperature and formation pressure: the higher the organic matter abundance and formation pressure, the lower the formation temperature and the higher the adsorption capacity, which is more beneficial for the adsorbed gas occurrence. Fourth, the shallow normal-pressure shale gas corresponds to low sensitive desorption pressure. The adsorbed gas can be rapidly desorbed and recovered when the flowing pressure is reduced below the sensitive desorption pressure. Fifth, the exploration breakthrough of Well PD1 demonstrates that the shallow complex structure areas with adsorbed gas in dominance can form large-scale shale reservoirs, and confirms the good exploration potential of shallow normal-pressure shale gas in the margin of the Sichuan Basin.展开更多

It has such features as extremely long interval (550m), high pressure (74.5MPa) and pressure coefficient (2.022). Gas reservoirs with a pressure coefficient of over 2.0 are not commonly found. The abnormal high-pressure reservoirs are quite different in characteristic and performance during the process of depletion exploitation. Therefore, it is necessary to know the property of pressure sensitivity for this abnormal high-pressure reservoir. The aim of this paper is to test the reservoir pressure sensitivity and to analyze its effect on the deliverability of gas. Through some experiments, the permeability change with the confining pressure of rock samples from KeLa-2 abnormal high-pressure gas reservoir is measured. A power function is used to match the measured data, and to derive an empirical equation to describe the change of permeability through the change of the reservoir pressure or effective overburden pressure. Considering the permeability change during the development of reservoirs, a conventional deliverability equation is modified, and the deliverability curve for KeLa-2 gas reservoir is predicted. The research indicates that the extent of the pressure sensitivity of rock samples from KeLa-2 is higher than that from the Daqing oilfield. KeLa-2 reservoir rock has the feature of an undercompaction state. The pressure sensitivity of a reservoir may decrease the well deliverability. It is concluded that for KeLa-2 reservoir the predicted absolute open flow (AOF), when the pressure sensitivity is taken into account, is approximately 70% of the AOF when permeability is constant and does not change with pressure.展开更多

The relationship between the central wavelength of reflective wave of FBG and pressure is given, and the expression of the pressure sensitivity coefficient is also given. Within the range from 0 MPa to 0.3 MPa, the experimental pressure sensitivity is 7.83 nm/MPa, which is 2 610 times than that of the bare fiber grating. The experimental results agree with the theoretical analysis. The most important of such image based measurement techniques are those for the measurement of planar flow velocity fields, planar pressure distribution, model location and deformation, model temperature and quantitative high speed flow visualization. The applications as carried out by DLR range from low speed flows to transonic flows, from high lift configurations to propellers and rotors, from wake vortex investigations in catapult facilities and water towing tanks to investigations of vortex break down phenomena on delta wings. The capability to use image based measurement techniques in transonic flows requires dedicated technical developments and experienced scientists due to the special environment of a transonic wind tunnel. In order to analyze the pressure-induced frequency shift in SAW resonator type sensors at high temperature, this paper presents the electroelastic wave equations employing the effective material constants for small vibrations superimposed on biases originated from homogeneous temperature and external pressure fields in the Lagrangian description. Incorporated with the first-order perturbation integration, a model including both the mechanical and electrical perturbation items originating from thermal biases and small pressure fields is proposed. This universal model is suitable for substrate with high piezoelectricity and can be applied at either room temperature or high temperature circumstance. The criteria of optimal cuts for SAW pressure sensitivity, i.e., high electromechanical coupling coefficient and low temperature coefficient of delay, are proposed. A thorough investigation in trebly rotated cuts has shown that optimal pressure sensitive crystallographic areas can be obtained. The areas suitable for pressure sensors at room temperature are defined with Euler angles Ω1: φ=0°-0.6°, θ=144.4°-145.8°, ψ =23.2°-24.1°,Ω2: φ=59.4°-61.°, θ=34.2°-36.2°, ψ =24.1°-22.3°,Ω3: φ=119°-120°, θ=143.8°-145.5°, ψ =22.3°-23.5° The areas suitable for pressure sensors at high temperature are defined with Euler angles Ⅰ: φ=8°-30°, θ=24°-36°, ψ =4°-25°Ⅱ: φ=30°-55°, θ=144.4°-158°, ψ =4°-28° A set of experiments employing LGS (0, 150°, 22°) and (0, 90°, 0) has been performed to check the validity of the proposed calculation. The experimental relative sensitivity is in excellent agreement with the theoretical results.展开更多

Firstly, multiply response surface model(MRSM) was proposed and the mathematical model of this method was established based on quadratic function. Secondly, the BTRRC was decomposed into three sub-components(turbine disk, blade and casing), and then the single response surface functions(SRSFs) of three structures were built in line with the basic idea of MRSM. Thirdly, the response surface function(MRSM) of BTRRC was reshaped by coordinating SRSFs. From the analysis, it is acquired to probabilistic distribution characteristics of input-output variables, failure probabilities of blade-tip clearance under different static blade-tip clearances δ and major factors impacting BTRRC. Considering the reliability and efficiency of gas turbine, δ=1.87 mm is an optimally acceptable option for rational BTRRC. Through the comparison of three analysis methods(Monte Carlo method, traditional response surface method and MRSM), the results show that MRSM has higher accuracy and higher efficiency in reliability sensitivity analysis of BTRRC. These strengths are likely to become more prominent with the increasing times of simulations. The present study offers an effective and promising approach for reliability sensitivity analysis and optimal design of complex dynamic assembly relationship.展开更多

文摘Objective To find a viable alternative to reduce the number of doses required for the patients with post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD),and to improve efficacy and patient compliance. Methods In this study,we used ginger oil,a phytochemical with potential therapeutic properties,to prepare ginger oil patches.High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to quantify the main active component of ginger oil,6-gingerol.Transdermal absorption experiments were conducted to optimize the various pressure-sensitive adhesives and permeation enhancers, including their type and concentration.Subsequently, the ginger oil patches were optimized and subjected to content determination and property evaluations.A PTSD mouse model was established using the foot-shock method. The therapeutic effect of ginger oil patches on PTSD was assessed through pathological sections, behavioral tests, and the evaluation of biomarkers such as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),and melatonin(MT).Results The results demonstrated that ginger oil patches exerted therapeutic effects against PTSD by inhibiting inflammatory responses and modulating MT and BDNF levels.Pharmacokinetic experiments revealed that ginger oil patches maintained a stable blood drug concentration for at least one day, addressing the rapid metabolism drawback of 6-gingerol and enhancing its therapeutic efficacy. Conclusions Ginger oil can be prepared as a transdermal drug patch that meets these requirements, and the bioavailability of the prepared patch is better than that of oral administration. It can improve PTSD with good patient compliance and ease of administration. Therefore,it is a promising therapeutic formulation for the treatment of PTSD.
文摘KeLa-2 gas reservoir is the largest uncompartimentalized gas field so far discovered in China, with a reserve of hundreds of billions of cubic meters of dry gas. It is concluded that for KeLa-2 reservoir the predicted absolute open flow (AOF), when the pressure sensitivity is taken into account, is approximately 70% of the AOF when permeability is constant and does not change with pressure.
文摘A kind of fiber Bragg grating pressure sensor based on corrugated diaphragm is proposed. It is indicated that the expected pressure sensitivity of the sensor can be obtained by optimizing the size and mechanical parameters of the corrugated diaphragm.
文摘BACKGROUND In rotator cuff repair surgery, the double-row technique is widely performed.Studies have shown that with increased contact area and pressure between tendon and bone interface, better healing is promoted.AIM To assess the different suture configurations with the double-row technique and how this influences the contact area of the rotator cuff tendon to bone.METHODS This was a controlled laboratory study where identical tears were created in 24 fresh porcine shoulders over a 1.5 cm×2.5 cm infraspinatus insertion footprint.Double-row repair techniques, with 3 to 4-suture anchors in different configurations(2 medial,2 lateral vs 2 medial,1 lateral vs 1 medial,2 lateral),were employed for three control groups. Each group consisted of eight shoulders with identical repair configurations.Footprint contact areas of the repaired tendon against the tuberosity were determined using pressure sensitive Fujifilm placed between the tendon and tuberosity.RESULTS The mean contact area between tendon and insertion footprint from the imprinted Fujifilm was obtained using computer software. The contact area measured from a standard 4-suture anchor double row repair was 75.1±9.3 mm2,whereas areas obtained for the 2 lateral-1 medial and 2 medial-1 lateral anchor configurations were 72.9±5.2 mm2 and 75.0±4.9 mm2 respectively. No statistical significance was noted between the three groups.CONCLUSION In the technique of double-row repair, using a 3-suture anchor configuration may offer a non-inferior alternative to the standard 4-anchor construct in terms of efficacy. This may also result in overall cost reduction and shorter surgical time.

文摘A novel kind of fully bio-based PSAs we re obtained through the curing reaction between two components derived from the plant oils:carboxyl-terminated polyricinoleate(PRA) fro m the castor oil and epoxidized soybean oil(ESO).The get content, glass transition temperature(Tg),rheological behavior, tensile strength, creep resistance and 180° peel strength of the PSAs were feasibly tailored by adjusting the component ratio of ESO to PRA.At low cross-linking level, the PSAs behaved like a viscous liquid and did not possess enough cohesiveness to sustain the mechanical stress during peeling,The PSAs cross-linked at or near the optimal stoichiometric conditions displayed an adhesive(interfacial) failure between the substrate and the adhesive layer, which were associated with the lowest adhesion levels. The PSAs with the dosage amount of ESO ranging from 10.20 wt% were tacky and flexible, which exhibited 1800 peel strength ranging from 0.4~2.3 N/cm;and could be easily removed without any residues on the adherend. The process for the preparation of the fully bio-based PSAs was environmentally friendly without using any orga nic solve nt or other toxic chemical, herein showing the great potential as sustainable materials.

文摘The seeded semicontinuous emulsion multi-copolymerization of butyl acrylate (BA), 2-ethylhexyl acrylate (2EHA), methyl methacrylate (MMA), 2-hydroxyl propyl acrylate (HOPA) and acrylic acid (AA) was used to prepare the acrylic latexes with high-solid content. The effects of monomer emulsion feed rates (R(a)) and (R/E)(E) values, the ratio of emulsifier amount between the initial charge (R) and the addition monomer emulsion (E), on the polymerization reaction features, the viscosities, surface tensions, particle sizes and particle sizes distributions of latexes, T-g and the insoluble fractions of films, the 180 degrees peel strength, tack and holding power of pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) tapes, prepared from the latexes, were studied. Experimental study shows that the grafting and crosslinking fraction in the PSA tapes must be controlled within a suitable range to keep the balance of the 180 degrees peel strength, tack and holding power.
文摘The experimental investigation of unsteady complex flow fields in wind tunnels requires advanced measurement techniques. In this paper an overview of the state-of-the art of the application of image based measurement techniques in transonic flows as performed by DLR's Institute of Aerodynamics and Flow Technology will be given.

文摘The thermal stability of sprayable fast-responding Pressure-Sensitive Paint(fast PSP)was investigated to explore the possibility for application in turbomachinery and hypersonic research with temperature above 100℃.The first part of the study focused on a widely-used Polymer Ceramic PSP(PC-PSP).The effects of thermal degradation on its key sensing properties, including luminescent intensity, pressure sensitivity and response time, were examined for a temperature range from 60 to 100℃.Severe degradation in intensity and pressure sensitivity was found as temperature reached 70℃or higher, which would cause failure of PSP application in these conditions.Subsequently,a fast-responding Mesoporous-Particle PSP(MP-PSP)was developed which did not show degradation effects until 140℃.The greatly improved thermal stability of MP-PSP was attributed to:selection of polymer with higher glass transition temperature(polystyrene)to delay the saturation effect of oxygen quenching as temperature increased;porous and hollow structure of particles for luminophore deposition that minimizes polymer–luminophore interaction. This new paint formulation has significantly raised the upper temperature limit of fast PSP and offers more opportunities for applications in harsh environment.

文摘The crystal langasite manifests its unique advantages and potentials for high temperature applications due to a high electromechanical coupling coefficient, temperature compensated orientations for surface acoustic wave (SAW), and temperature stability. The experimental relative sensitivity is in excellent agreement with the theoretical results.

文摘To reasonably design the blade-tip radial running clearance(BTRRC) of high pressure turbine and improve the performance and reliability of gas turbine, the multi-object multi-discipline reliability sensitivity analysis of BTRRC was accomplished from a probabilistic prospective by considering nonlinear material attributes and dynamic loads. The present study offers an effective and promising approach for reliability sensitivity analysis and optimal design of complex dynamic assembly relationship.
文摘Nowadays total inlet temperature of gas turbine is far above the permissible metal temperature;as a consequence, advanced cooling techniques must be applied to protect from thermal stresses, oxidation and corrosion the components located in the high pressure stages, such as the blade trailing edge.A suitable design of the cooling system for the trailing edge has to cope with geometric constraints and aerodynamic demands;state-of-the-art of cooling concepts often use film cooling on blade pressure side:the air taken from last compressor stages is ejected through discrete holes or slots to provide a cold layer between hot mainstream and the blade surface. With the goal of ensuring a satisfactory lifetime of blades, the design of efficient trailing edge film cooling schemes and, moreover, the possibility to check carefully their behavior, are hence necessary to guarantee an appropriate metal temperature distribution. For this purpose an experimental survey was carried out to investigate the film covering performance of different pressure side trailing edge cooling systems for turbine blades. The experimental test section consists of a scaled-up trailing edge model installed in an open loop suction type test rig.Measurements of adiabatic effectiveness distributions were carried out on three trailing edge cooling system configurations. The baseline geometry is composed by inclined slots separated by elongated pedestals;the second geometry shares the same cutback configuration, with an additional row of circular film cooling holes located upstream;the third model is equipped with three rows of in-line film cooling holes.Experiments have been performed at nearly ambient conditions imposing several blowing ratio values and using carbon dioxide as coolant in order to reproduce a density ratio close to the engine conditions(DR¼1.52).To extend the validity of the survey a comparison between adiabatic effectiveness measurements and a prediction by correlative approach was performed to compare the experimental results with 1D methodologies.

文摘A novel fiber Bragg grating (FBG) pressure sensor with the enhanced sensitivity has been demonstrated. A piston-like diaphragm with a hard core in the center is used to enhance the sensitivity. Both the theoretical analysis and the experimental result show that the radius of the hard core has significant effect on the pressure sensitivity. When the radius of the hard core is 1.5 mm, a pressure sensitivity of 7.23 nm/MPa has been achieved.
文摘This paper describes a theoretical method for reconstruction of the skin friction topology in complex separated flows, which is developed based on the exact relation between skin friction and surface pressure through the boundary enstrophy flux(BEF).The key of this method is that a skin friction field is reconstructed from a surface pressure field as an inverse problem by applying a variational method. For applications, the approximate method is proposed, where the composite surface pressure field is given by a linear superposition of the base-flow surface pressure field and the surface pressure variation field and the base-flow BEF field is used as the first-order approximation. This approximate method is constructive in a mathematical sense since a complex skin friction field in separated flows can be reconstructed from some elemental skin friction structures(skin friction source/sink,vortex and their combinations)by a linear superposition of some simple surface pressure structures. The distinct topological features, such as critical points, separation lines and attachment lines, naturally occur as a result of such reconstruction. As examples, some elemental skin friction structures in separated flows are reconstructed in simulations, and the skin friction fields in shock-wave/boundary-layer interactions(SWBLIs)are reconstructed from pressure sensitive paint(PSP)images obtained in wind tunnel experiments.

文摘The rock mechanical properties and elastic anisotropy of terrestrial shale oil reservoirs are affected by various factors, such as lithology, structure, pores, fractures, and fluids. The experimental study of dynamic and static elastic properties can provide important mechanism analysis for the prediction of geological and engineering “sweet spots” in shale reservoirs. There are a large number of studies on the measurement of static mechanical properties of shale, but the experiments on dynamic crossband elastic anisotropy of terrestrial shale have not yet been conducted thoroughly. Therefore,we report the anisotropic dispersion mechanism of favorable lithofacies(lamellar dolomitic shale, with vertical and horizontal bedding) in the inter-salt shale oil reservoir of the Qianjiang Formation for different confining pressures and fluid saturation conditions. The experiments were conducted by the cross-band rock physics measurement technology that comprised low-frequency stress-strain measurements and a high-frequency ultrasonic test. The experimental results indicated that:(1) The elastic property dispersion of the terrestrial shale was stronger than that of marine shale due to the high viscosity of the medium oil in the terrestrial shale. The lamellar structures and interbedded fractures were the main factors that determined the strong anisotropy of the terrestrial shale.(2) The dispersion of elastic properties from low to high frequencies in a partial oil saturation state ranged from strong to weak;the wave-induced fluid flow or intrinsic dissipation of viscoelastic inclusions may be the dominant mechanisms that caused the seismic dispersion.(3) The elastic parameters measured in the direction vertical to the bedding plane had stronger dispersion and pressure sensitivity than those measured in the direction parallel to the bedding plane, and the anisotropy and pressure sensitivity at seismic frequencies were higher than those at the ultrasonic frequencies.(4) Fluid filling reduced the pressure sensitivity of the elastic parameters along the direction vertical to the bedding plane, whereas the opposite trend was observed along the direction parallel to the bedding plane.(5) The anisotropic Gassmann theory could explain the P-wave velocity well at an extremely low frequency, but the prediction of S-and P-wave velocities at a relatively high frequency remained insufficient.Overall, our study can serve as a reliable mechanism reference for the study of frequency-dependent properties of azimuthal anisotropy, and provide important guidance for the seismic prediction of “sweet spots” in shale oil reservoirs.

文摘Background:Hydrogen bonding interaction was considered to play a critical role in controlling drug release from transdermal patch. However, the quantitative evaluation of hydrogen bonding strength between drug and polar functional group was rarely reported, and the relationship between hydrogen bonding strength and controlled release capacity of pressure sensitive adhesive(PSA)was not well understood. The present study shed light on this relationship. Methods:Acrylate PSAs with amide group were synthesized by a free radical-initiated solution polymerization.Six drugs,i.e.,etodolac,ketoprofen,gemfibrozil,zolmitriptan,propranolol and lidocaine, were selected as model drugs. In vitro drug release and skin permeation experiments and in vivo pharmacokinetic experiment were performed.Partial correlation analysis,fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and molecular simulation were conducted to provide molecular details of drug-PSA interactions.Mechanical test, rheology study, and modulated differential scanning calorimetry study were performed to scrutinize the free volume and molecular mobility of PSAs.Results:Release rate of all six drugs from amide PSAs decreased with the increase of amide group concentrations;however, only zolmitriptan and propranolol showed decreased skin permeation rate.It was found that drug release was controlled by amide group through hydrogen bonding, and controlled release extent was positively correlated with hydrogen bonding strength. Conclusion:From these results,we concluded that drugs with strong hydrogen bond forming ability and high skin permeation were suitable to use amide PSAs to regulate their release rate from patch.
