Objective To evaluate short time effects of primary percutaneous coronary intervention (pPCI) and rtPA thrombolysis+PCI (rtPA+PCI) on myocardial viability and ventricular systolic synchrony in AMI patients.Methods Eig...Objective To evaluate short time effects of primary percutaneous coronary intervention (pPCI) and rtPA thrombolysis+PCI (rtPA+PCI) on myocardial viability and ventricular systolic synchrony in AMI patients.Methods Eighty seven patients with first AMI were divided into two groups: group A ( n =42), pPCI group, the patients underwent PCI within 6h after onset of AMI; group B ( n =45), rtPA+PCI group, the patients underwent PCI after thrombolysis within 6h after onset of AMI; Myocardial viability was measured by 99m Tc MIBI SPECT. While, the parameters of cardiac function LVEF and ventricular systolic synchrony LVPS were measured by 99m Tc gated cardiac blood pool image on the first and the fourth weekend. Results (1) The peak CK MB was significantly lower in group A than that in group B( P <0.01 ). (2) Myocardial infarction area (MIA) was decreased and radioactivity counts in MIA was significantly increased in group A and B on the 4th weekend compared with that on the first weekend ( P <0.01 ), but there were no significant difference between group A and group B. (3) LVEF, LVPS were no significant difference between group A and group B.Conclusions (1)pPCI in acute myocardial infartion can limit infarct area, maintain ventricular systolic synchrony and improve ventricular function; (2) but, in those hospitals that there were no any condition for PCI, they should transfer the patients to central hospital for PCI after thrombolysis at the first time. It is beneficial to improve myocardial viability and ventricular systolic synchrony of AMI patients in short time.展开更多
We have established an elastoplastic analysis model to explore the effect of loading path in an incompressible thin-walled tube under the combined action of axial force and torque based on Mises yield condition and is...We have established an elastoplastic analysis model to explore the effect of loading path in an incompressible thin-walled tube under the combined action of axial force and torque based on Mises yield condition and isotropic linear hardening assumption.Further,four stress areas(σx,τx)are divided according to the characteristics of the final stress,and the plastic stress-strain relationship of twelve stress paths in different stress areas is derived.The"primary effect"of the stress path on plastic strain is demonstrated,namely,the plastic strain caused by the pre-loaded stress in path A(tensile stress is initially applied,followed by shear stress)is always greater than that caused by the post-loaded stress in path C(shear stress is initially applied,followed by tensile stress)irrespective of the value of final stress.The"recency effect"of the strain path on the stress is also established,which indicates that the stress caused by the post-loaded strain in path A is always greater than that caused by the pre-loaded strain in path C irrespective of the value of final strain.From the perspective of deformation,the"primary effect"of the stress path on the plastic strain and the"recency effect"of the strain path on the stress are unified.These effects are succinct and universal,and they provide useful insights on the plastic stress-strain relationship under different loading paths.Furthermore,they can serve as a useful reference for optimizing the processing technologies and construction procedures.展开更多

The present study aims at comparing the effects of acupressure using new combination of acupoints, and Ibuprofen on the severity of primary dysmenorrhea (PD). 216 female high school students, aged between 14 to 18 years, were randomly selected and divided into three groups. Each group underwent different treatment techniques: acupressure, Ibuprofen and sham acupressure as a placebo. The results indicated that the three therapeutic techniques were significantly effective in reducing the pain. However the therapeutic efficacies of acupressure and Ibuprofenwere similar with no significant difference, and were significantly better thanthe placebo. Thus acupressure, with no complications, is recommended as an alternative and also a better choice in the decrease of the severity of PD.

In SDS-PAGF of medium conditi...The effect of TPA, a potent tumor promoter, on SSV-NIH3T3 cells in serum-free medium was investigated. TPA stimulated DNA synthesis of SSV-NIH3T3 cells on the third day of culture in SFM. In SDS-PAGF of medium conditioned by TPA-treated SSV-NIH3T3 cells (in SFM+TPA), the amounts of four proteins of 31.0 Kd, 28.5 Kd, 25.5 Kd and 13.5 Kd strikingly increased over that of non-TPA-treated counterpart (in SFM). The PDGF-like activity was also detected in CM of SFM+TPA. When insulin and EGF were drown off the SFM+TPA (SFM-Ins-EGF+TPA), TPA lost its ability to stimulate DNA synthesis of SSV-NIH3T3 cells on the third day and SDS-PAGE of the conditioned medium showed that the amounts of the four proteins noted above grately reduced. However, cells in SFM-Ins-EGF+TPA were in almost the same growth condition as cells in complete SFM+TPA on the third day of culture. Results were discussed in the paper.展开更多

The results showed that the heterolytic C D bond dissociation energies are 65.2, 70.2, and 81.9 kcal/mol and the homolytic C D bond dissociation energies are 72.66, 70.69, and 74.95 kcal/mol for BNAH-4,4-d 2 , HEH-4,4-d 2 , and AcrD 2 , respectively. According to the bond dissociation energy differences of isotope isomers, an interesting conclusion can be made that the primary kinetic isotope effects are dependent not only on the zero-point energy difference of the isotope isomers, but also on the types of C D bond dissociations, and the C D bond homolytic dissociations should have much larger primary kinetic isotope effects (26.9 28.8) than the corresponding C D bond heterolytic dissociations (3.9-5.4).展开更多

Previous studies,including ASME and RCC-MR standards,did not consider the influence of environmental factors on the ratcheting boundary of the material,and only a unified ratcheting boundary was proposed.In this paper...Previous studies,including ASME and RCC-MR standards,did not consider the influence of environmental factors on the ratcheting boundary of the material,and only a unified ratcheting boundary was proposed.In this paper,thermal aging was taken into consideration,and the effect of thermal aging time on the ratcheting boundary of 316 LN austenitic stainless steel was characterized by the efficiency diagram rule.The results show that,when the secondary ratio U is small,there is no significant difference in ratcheting boundary between the original material and the thermal aged material.When the secondary ratio U is large,the ratcheting boundary of the material presents a slight upward trend with the increase of thermal aging time.Compared with ASME and RCC-MR standards,it is found that RCC-MR is conservative.Based on the evolution of the efficiency index V with the number of cycles,it is more conservative and reasonable to choose the stage when the efficiency index V develops into a constant.展开更多
