Besides high temperature, the wrinkle of the stripper foil is also harmful for the lifetime and the injection emciency. However, the recent wrinkle simulation is still not perfect. In this paper, a new method for wrinkle analysis has been proposed for the first time, which is integrated with the buckling theory. Based on this method, the wrinkle vibration and the maximum wrinkle shape of the normally mounted foil have been simulated. Then, two mounting schemes for reducing the wrinkle have been contrasted. Finally, the foil mounting structure for CSNS has been designed.展开更多
