In this work, the finite element analysis of the elasto-plastic plate bending problems is carried out using transition rectangular plate elements. The shape functions of the transition plate elements are derived based on a practical rule. The transition plate elements are all quadrilateral and can be used to obtain efficient finite element models using minimum number of elements. The mesh convergence rates of the models including the transition elements are compared with the regular element models. To verify the developed elements, simple tests are demonstrated and various elasto-plastic problems are solved. Their results are compared with ANSYS results. 展开更多

If CAD technology is first innovation of information technology in construction industry, then the emergence of the BIM technology shall fully deserved to be treated as a second innovation in construction industry. As a new technology which have been introduced to China in recent years, BIM technology already had its major application in foreigner countries .This paper focuses on the current status of BIM technology application in our country, especially on some small and medium enterprises using the traditional BIM technology to handle the project which have complex usage,creative deign and cost limitation. Firstly,we take a deep analysis on the initial application situation. Then we go through the practical application and analyse what benefit can be given to a project from BIM technology. Finally, analyse the problems and solutions in BIM application with consideration of Chinese building engineering development. Only after a careful analysis, a deep understanding of BIM, we can fully understand this new technology and make BIM to give its value to construction project. 展开更多

目的 提高公共卫生干预研究知情同意书的完整性和规范性,保障研究参与者的合法权益。方法 汇总整理本机构2016年1月—2023年8月进行初始审查的公共卫生干预研究项目的伦理委员会审议决议,根据自拟的“知情同意书审查要素表”,对相关问... 目的 提高公共卫生干预研究知情同意书的完整性和规范性,保障研究参与者的合法权益。方法 汇总整理本机构2016年1月—2023年8月进行初始审查的公共卫生干预研究项目的伦理委员会审议决议,根据自拟的“知情同意书审查要素表”,对相关问题进行统计分析。结果 进行初始审查的39项公共卫生干预研究项目,知情同意书存在问题的项目共有36项(占92.3%)。主要问题包括干预试验内容告知不全(占91.7%),干预试验费用承担者及补偿措施的告知模糊(占38.9%),权益和风险的告知不充分(占55.6%),个人信息和生物样本收集、使用及保护措施的告知不全(占30.6%),知情同意书语言表达不规范(占27.8%)。结论 本机构公共卫生干预研究的知情同意书撰写仍存在很多问题,干预试验的相关各方可采取多种措施以提高知情同意书的完整性和规范性。伦理委员会可以向研究者提供知情同意书撰写模板,加强审查能力,根据审查要素表编写伦理审查指引,提高审查效率和质量,保护研究参与者的合法权益。 展开更多

Ground fissure hazards frequently emerge in Hebei Plain, which damage roads, dams, buildings and farmland. The paper reviews and analyses current state of knowledge and research into ground fissure and geological environment in Hebei Plain. It is shown that the level of research and investigation is in some aspects insufficient. Knowledge is lacking in the use of corresponding geological concept models for specific ground fissures, three-dimensional numerical simulations of ground fissures caused by pumping through soil with pre-existing fractures, numerical simulations of ground fissures caused by dislocation in intersection faults, and the failure criterion and the constitutive relationship of rock and soil. Furthermore, we put forward geological concept models for ground fissure formation following the dislocation of a buried intersection fault, over-exploitation of groundwater and its compound origin mechanisms in order to provide scientific evidence for the quantitative analysis. 展开更多

We give a complete answer to the open problem proposed by Patel et al., which automatically includes the solution to the original Champagne Problem. Based on the recent development in automated inequality-type theorem proving, a new stabilizing controller design method is established. The cocktail party problem,i.e.,tracing and recognizing the speech of a specific speaker when multiple speakers talk simultaneously,is one of the critical problems yet to be solved to enable the wide application of automatic speech recognition(ASR) systems.In this overview paper,we review the techniques proposed in the last two decades in attacking this problem.We focus our discussions on the speech separation problem given its central role in the cocktail party environment,and describe the conventional single-channel techniques such as computational auditory scene analysis(CASA),non-negative matrix factorization(NMF) and generative models,the conventional multi-channel techniques such as beamforming and multi-channel blind source separation,and the newly developed deep learning-based techniques,such as deep clustering(DPCL),the deep attractor network(DANet),and permutation invariant training(PIT).We also present techniques developed to improve ASR accuracy and speaker identification in the cocktail party environment.We argue effectively exploiting information in the microphone array,the acoustic training set,and the language itself using a more powerful model.Better optimization ob jective and techniques will be the approach to solving the cocktail party problem. 展开更多
