Feature-based and objectoriented product information model for welding structure

Product information model for welding structure plays an important role for the integration of welding CAD/CAPP/CAM. However, existing CAD modeling systems are not capable of providing enough information for subsequent manufacturing activities such as CAPP and CAM. A new design approach using feature technique and object oriented programming method is put forward in this paper in order to create the product information model of welding structure. With this approach, the product information model is able to effectively support computer aided welding process planning, fixturing, assembling, path planning of welding robot and other manufacturing activities. The feature classification and representing scheme of welding structure are discussed. A prototype system is developed based on feature and object oriented programming. Its structure and functions are given in detail.

Product Information Modelling and Integration of CAD/CAPP/CAM

Integration of CAD/CAPP/CAM requires a common product information model with CAD as the key process in forming the model.CAD can not only meet the demands of design, but also meet the demands of the subsystems, such as CAPP and CAM.The product modelling system based on STEP (PMSS) uses the 1-DEAS system andadopts STEP as its mechanism to exchange product information.PMSS closely integrates with 1-DEAS and takes advantage of the functions of 1-DEAS to meet the demands of CAD/CAPP/CAM integration. For integration with othersystems, PMSS uses management tool for STEP file to manage information required by subsystems.

Information Model for Product Modeling

The Key problems in product modeling for integrated CAD∥CAM systems are the information structures and representations of products.They are taking more and more important roles in engi- neering applications.With the investigation on engineering product information and from the viewpoint of industrial process,in this paper,the information models are proposed and the definitions of the framework of product information are given.And then,the integration and the consistence of product information are discussed by introducing the entity and its instance.As a summary,the information structures described in this paper have many advantages and natures helpful in engineering design.

我国农产品批发市场信息化需求与三维发展模式分析

随着全球经济一体化的发展,国内、国外两种资源、两个市场得到利用,现代流通方式的推广应用,我国农产品批发市场面临着良好的发展机遇,也同时面临着严峻挑战。本文分析了我国农产品批发市场的发展阶段与信息化间的内在关联性;从批发市场功能演进过程出发,判断出"我国农产品批发市场与信息化依存度逐步提高"的结论。提出了我国农产品批发市场的三维发展模式,即横向网络化、纵向一体化和竖向虚拟化的三维发展模式,并分析了三种模式与信息化之间的关系。在三维模式的基础上,提出了我国农产品批发市场三维立体发展空间模型。

服务业发展、信息化水平与全要素碳生产率增长——基于门限效应的实证研究

基于中国29个省份的面板数据,采用Malmquist-Luenberger指数,测算各省份全要素碳生产率的增长率,并利用面板门限回归方法,探讨在服务业发展与全要素碳生产率增长的关系中信息化水平的作用。结果表明:1中国多数省份实现了全要素碳生产率增长,多数省份的全要素碳生产率增长主要依靠技术进步而非效率改进。2服务业发展对全要素碳生产率的提升作用受到信息化水平的制约。当地区信息化水平低于一定门限值时,服务业发展对于全要素碳生产率的推动作用较为有限;而当地区信息化水平超过一定门限值时,服务业发展将对当地全要素碳生产率发挥更为积极的推动作用。

IEC61970标准在电力生产管理信息系统中的应用

IEC61970标准及其CIM模型在EMS中被广泛使用,在电力企业信息系统中的应用也逐步开展。本文简单介绍了IEC61970标准和CIM模型,初步分析了依据CIM模型建立关系型数据库表的方法,并阐述了CIM模型在肇庆供电局生产管理信息系统数据库的应用效果。最终总结了CIM模型在电力企业信息系统中的应用应采用的方法。
