With the development of information technology,a large number of product quality data in the entire manufacturing process is accumulated,but it is not explored and used effectively.The traditional product quality pred...With the development of information technology,a large number of product quality data in the entire manufacturing process is accumulated,but it is not explored and used effectively.The traditional product quality prediction models have many disadvantages,such as high complexity and low accuracy.To overcome the above problems,we propose an optimized data equalization method to pre-process dataset and design a simple but effective product quality prediction model:radial basis function model optimized by the firefly algorithm with Levy flight mechanism(RBFFALM).First,the new data equalization method is introduced to pre-process the dataset,which reduces the dimension of the data,removes redundant features,and improves the data distribution.Then the RBFFALFM is used to predict product quality.Comprehensive expe riments conducted on real-world product quality datasets validate that the new model RBFFALFM combining with the new data pre-processing method outperforms other previous me thods on predicting product quality.展开更多

Based on the comparative analysis of production performance, egg quality and muscle quality characteristics, the correlation between polydactyly phenotype and product quali- ty of Beijing fatty chickens was analyzed, aiming at providing the reference for development and utilization of product quality and breeding of Beijing fatty chickens. [ Method] Egg laying/meat dual-purpose type Beijing fatty chickens were selected and divided into three groups (bilateral four-toed, unilateral five-toed and bilat- eral five-toed) with four replications, 60 chickens per replications, 240 chickens per group. The production performance (weight, laying rate and egg weight), egg quality (Haugh unit) and muscle quality (pH, water-holding capacity, Warner-Bratzler shear force, TPA, nucleotide metabolites) characteristics of Beijing fatty chickens were determined. [ Result] The weight of 120-d-old and 240-d-old bilateral five-toed Beijing fatty chickens was slightly higher than that of bilateral fourtoed and unilateral five-toed Beijing fatty chickens, with no significant difference (P 〉0.05) ; egg weight of 160-d-old bilateral five-toed Beijing fatty chickens was significantly higher than that of bilateral four-toed and unilateral five-toed individuals ( P 〈 0.05 ). Water-holding capacity of leg muscles of bilateral five-toed Bei- jing fatty chickens was significantly superior to that of unilateral five-toed and bilateral four-toed individuals (P 〈0.05 ). The hardness, gumminess and chewiness of leg muscles of bilateral five-toed Beijing fatty chickens were significantly lower than that of unilateral five-toed and bilateral four-toed individuals ( P 〈 0.05 ), but the coherence and elasticity were remarkably higher compared with unilateral five-toed and bilateral four-toed individuals ( P 〈 0.05 ). Warner-Bratzler shear force of leg muscles of bilateral five-toed Beijing fatty chickens was significantly higher than that of other individuals ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in flavor substances among Beijing fatty chickens with different polydactyly phenotypes (P 〉0.05). 文摘From the perspective of Iceberg Model,we analyze levels and structures of quality of migrant workers from knowledge,skills,social role, self-cognition,traits and motives. On the basis of these situations,we put forward countermeasures: value rural education and enhance skill training; make clear occupational planning and set up correct sense of value; assist migrant workers in facing the reality and adjusting their state of mind in working; coordinate interest relationship and call upon social care; rebuild mental world and construct harmonious society.

文摘In the study,the connotation and objectives of agricultural cleaner production were introduced firstly,and then the development status of agricultural cleaner production in China was analyzed,and the problems existing in the development of agricultural cleaner production were pointed out.From the strategy of agricultural sustainable development,the necessity and feasibility of implementing agricultural cleaner production in China were discussed.Finally,some related countermeasures were put forward according to the problems existing in the development of agricultural cleaner production,so as to provide theoretical references for the realization of agricultural sustainable development in China.

文摘In order to expand and strengthen the cucumber industry in Linyi City of Shandong City and make it more effective in revitalizing the rural economy,the authors surveyed the current situation of the cucumber planting area,production management,fresh-keeping processing and marketing in Linyi City.Based on the survey,it analyzed the current problems in the development of the cucumber industry in Linyi City,including low level of facilities and equipment,the post-picking processing technology,the imperfect quality control system,the low degree of information and the weak degree of organization.Finally,it came up with recommendations including developing increasing modern technological innovation of facility structure and equipment,accelerating research on post-picking commercial processing technology of cucumber,accelerating the construction of product quality traceability system,promoting in-depth integration of informationization and cucumber industry,and improving the degree of organization and industrialization,to improve the quality and benefits of cucumber industry,so as to provide guidance for improving the overall quality,benefit and market competitiveness of cucumber industry in Linyi City.
