Study on the Integration of Professional Ethics in Medical Interpretation Course Based on Situational Simulation Teaching Method and Virtual Reality Technology

Based on the theory of situational simulation,the article explores the approach to building the medical interpretation course from three aspects,which are the objective,design,and teaching model.The course aims to cultivate high-quality medical interpreting talents and enhance students’practical interpretation skills,as well as to integrate professional ethics into teaching.Thus,it is necessary for lecturers to change their teaching philosophy,apply information technology,and improve teaching design.Through rich medical interpretation course,lecturers can promote the integration of professional ethics in medical interpretation.

Community Needs Assessment for a Professional University Health Counselling Course in Cambodia

Developing health and counselling professionals remains an important part of supporting mental health services in Cambodia.This paper aims to identify how the key stakeholders and mental health experts in Cambodia consider how a university level health counselling course could contribute to addressing the needs/treatment gap for mental health services in Cambodia.In order to do this,the study consists of semi-structured interviews with stakeholders,community needs assessment,and community resource mapping.The data were drawn from 15 NGOs,various profit and not-for-profit organizations as well as two key government stakeholders.The participants were invited to take part in a stakeholders/expert semi-structured interview that lasted between 30-60 minutes at the participants’organizations.The findings revealed that all participants believe that a university level health counseling course was crucial in Cambodia to address pressing mental health issues in the country.Most participants believed that a graduate or post-graduate level program such as a B.A.or M.A.was necessary to train qualified counsellors.The program should be internationally benchmarked,with a Cambodian context.Topics should include psychopathology,professional ethics and competencies,counselling theories and interventions,trauma treatment,as well as emotional intelligence and addiction.Other topics might need to include parenting,support system for suicidal patients,self-care,staff wellbeing programs,and school counselor programs.

Professional Ethical Concerns and Recommendations on Psychological Interventions during the COVID-19 Pandemic in China

When COVID-19 pandemic hit China,Chinese clinical psychologists,counselors and other practitioners reacted quickly to provide psychological interventions for different target groups.Different professional ethical concerns and potential transgressions arose during different stages of pandemic.This paper aimed to summarize different ethical concerns and transgressions during different stages of pandemic in China,as well as how the professional ethical workgroup in the registration system of clinical psychologists and professional organizations of Chinese Psychological Society(CPS)to publish a series of documents as recommendations on ethical practice.It is hoped by providing a picture of“problems vs.solutions”in terms of professional ethical issues on psychological interventions for COVID-19 pandemic in China,the paper may provide certain inspirations as well as emotional support to clinical practitioners from other countries and regions who have beenfighting the pandemic.

Analysis of Professional Ethics of Accounting Personnel under Accounting Standards Convergence Case

In this paper, through the analysis of the causes and status of international accounting standards, and convergence with International Financial Reporting Standards States progress, we draw that international convergence of accounting is the trend and accounting convergence is an international coordination process, whose essence is the interests of the dispute while countries must participate. In this environment, the implementation of good accounting standards and grasping the professional ethics of the accounting staffhave also become a factor in the industry that can not be ignored.

Research On The Lack Of Young College Teachers＇ Professional Ethics And Precautionary Measures

Our country＇s higher education has been growing, which will bring a large number of young people to join the ranks of higher education. At present, the proportion of young university teachers accounted for more than 45% of the total number of university teachers. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, based on the analysis of young teachers＇ issues of professional ethics missing,to further strengthen the professional ethics of young teachers, regulate their professional conduct, prompting the establishment of higher education dedicated the noble faith, and make due contributions to the cause of higher education.

A comparison of Code of CPAs Professional Ethics between China and U.S.

The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants(CICPA) issued revised Professional Ethic Code(PEC) in October 2009 to tighten the existing ethical requirements in wake of the global financial crisis in 2008.The recent revision of the Code is emphasized on harmonizing with international standards in terms of basic principles and essential procedures.Compared to China,U.S.has established a relatively comprehensive system of professional ethics standards and wedged it in to the accounting curriculum.This paper analyses the differences of code of professional ethics between China and U.S.in order to find some elements,which are helpful to the development of Chinese Professional Ethic Code as well as the Certified Public Accountant(CPA) profession.

Teachers play an important role in society,whose career is considered to be the most glorious one under the sun.They have deep and lifelong influence on students and the prosperity of a country and even the bright future of the whole world.Teacher should be a person with great virtue that sets good examples for the students.However,nowadays,there exist various problems about teacher’s ethics due to complex social,economical,cultural or personal issues.It’s urgent and imperative for teachers to learn and improve professional ethics to be a better mentor.This paper begins with the definition of ethics,emphasizes the importance of teachers’professional ethics,talks about current situation in this area,analyzes the reasons why there are immoral problems about teachers and suggests some practical strategies on how to improve it.

面向国家需求的应急技术与管理专业人才培养体系研究

为推动高校应急技术及管理专业建设、加强应急救援人才培养,基于国家应急需求明确专业定位,从职业道德素养、理论知识体系、实践技术能力等方面,提出应急技术与管理专业人才培养模式。首先,参考《应急救援技术专业教学标准》和《应急救援员国家职业技能标准》中的职业道德要求,确定专业职业素养;其次,从应急管理预防、准备、响应、恢复(PPRR)模型出发,构建覆盖应急管理全周期的专业核心课程体系;然后,提出学训结合、政产研融合,共同推进应急技能培养和实践创新能力提升;最后,从教材建设、师资队伍、培养质量监控、人才考核体系、持续改进机制等方面,构建人才培养质量保障体系。结果表明:结合应急技术与管理专业的公共服务和社会责任属性、全周期工作内容和全灾种、多主体实际应用,构建人才培养体系,可以建立专业人才培养与实务工作需求之间的紧密联系,为培养德才兼备、理论与实践并重的应急领域高层次应用型人才提供借鉴。

在职业教育步入新时代的背景下,教育部将师德考核作为“双师型”教师职业考核的第一标准,突出了职业伦理在“双师型”教师职业标准中的首要地位。发展职业伦理是“双师型”教师专业发展的内在诉求。根据“双师型”教师专业发展要求,从教学伦理、技术伦理和学术伦理三个向度进行深刻剖析,明确“双师型”教师专业发展各伦理向度的要求和内容。通过完善伦理培训体系与评价机制,发展教学伦理;深化校企合作与产教融合,发展技术伦理;加强组织与制度建设,发展学术伦理,从而有效促进“双师型”教师职业伦理发展。

高质量教育发展背景下教育评估专业伦理规范:意蕴与维度

在推进教育治理现代化及深化教育评价改革的背景下,加强教育评估的专业化建设是推动高质量教育发展的重要驱动与保障。当前从评估专家的立场来看,在教育评估实践中存在的伦理困境主要有“一团和气”“先入为主”“居高临下”“不负责任”等四种评估,需要伦理规范来调适。教育评估专业伦理规范是评估人员在评估中需遵守的道德准则和行为规范,是评估人员在评估实践中的行动指南,以保证评估的客观公正,属于规范伦理学研究范畴。从当前国际教育评估组织制定的伦理规范来看,教育评估专业伦理规范构建需要从专业能力、责任和公正等三个维度思考。

新时期医药行业对高职药学专业人才的职业核心能力要求调查

为了解新时期医药行业对高职药学人才的职业核心能力要求,为教育教学改革提供依据,笔者从社会能力、方法能力及专业能力三个维度设计评价职业核心能力问卷,对长三角地区药学全产业链上下游企事业单位的101名不同层级管理人员进行调研。调查发现,医药行业对学生职业核心能力有一些新变化和新要求。医药行业对学生的敬业精神、职业道德、诚实守信及责任担当要求非常高,各医药行业对专业知识与技能的要求也有所不同。

课程思政对培养医学生职业道德观念的影响

目的 以普通外科学为例,探讨医学生课程思政教育对其职业道德观念培养的影响。方法 2020年1—12月,在佳木斯大学临床医学专业普通外科学的教学中未采取课程思政改革,选择某班50名学生为对照组;2021年1—12月,在佳木斯大学临床医学专业普通外科学的教学中采取课程思政改革,选择某班50名学生为观察组。对比两组学生的职业道德评分、本学期期末考试成绩和教学满意度。结果 教学前,两组学生的行医求仁信念评分、无私奉献精神评分、以人为本原则评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);教学后,观察组以上评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组考试成绩、教学满意度均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在普通外科学课堂上添加课程思政元素,有助于提升医学生的思政水平,推动医学生职业道德观念的养成。

黄炎培职业道德教育思想对卫生健康类高职生职业精神培养启示

20世纪二三十年代,我国近代职业教育事业的主要创始人黄炎培提出了包括职业道德教育思想在内的职业教育思想。新时代,黄炎培职业道德教育思想对培养高职生的职业精神,尤其对培养卫生健康类高职生的职业精神仍然发挥着重要作用。其对卫生健康类高职生职业精神培养启示表现在:佑健康,以国家至上为主基调进行爱国主义教育;强仁术,以课堂教学为主渠道进行职业素养教育;塑仁心,以校园文化为主阵地进行健全人格教育;讲奉献,以社会实践为主战场进行劳动精神教育。

社会实践对培养麻醉学专业医学生思政素养影响的探讨

目的 探讨社会实践对本科麻醉学专业学生思想政治素养的影响。方法 选择2022年7月-2023年7月广州医科大学2020级和2021级本科麻醉学专业共131名医学生为研究对象。采取问卷调查的形式对比医学生对自我认识的评价、社会责任感与对弱势群体的关注、参与社会实践的目的及收获、对人文、职业道德素养的培养、专业实践能力及创新思维的反思与提高。结果 2020级医学生总体参与社会实践次数比2021级医学生多;59.83%(70/117)医学生认为自己比较具备良好的人际交往能力;55.56%(65/117)认为有必要参与社会实践;85.47%(100/117)参与社会实践的内容倾向于“自己感兴趣的”;88.89%(104/117)愿意选择“与自己专业密切相关的”;87.18%(102/117)认同通过社会实践,培养了对患者的同情心与责任感;92.31%(108/117)“愿意参与社区服务或公益事业”;94.87%(111/117)认为社会实践对于培养良好的职业价值观、职业形象起重要作用。2020级医学生在专科体格检查、椎管内药物的使用、椎管内麻醉的适应证和禁忌证、穿刺点的选择、脊神经阻滞相对应的体面标志、椎管内麻醉相关并发症、颈丛神经阻滞、术后禁饮禁食时间等临床麻醉相关知识了解人数上多于2021级医学生,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 医学生的社会实践对于培养优秀的医疗人才具有重要意义。通过参与社会实践,医学生可以锻炼自己的能力,提高自身的素质和道德修养,引导医学生对未来医疗发展进行思考,努力培养具有当代社会发展特色所需的医疗人才。

职业道德教育课程体系的构建依据与实践审思

职业道德教育是高校尤其是职业院校人才培养的重要内容,国家为此曾出台许多文件。但高校在具体落实方面存在重视程度不够、课程体系不健全等问题。基于康德道德价值论和大学生对职业道德的认知规律,构建职业道德教育内容体系为职业理想、职业荣誉、职业态度、职业操守、职业精神和职业幸福。职业道德教育课程体系构建要遵从道德教育认知发展规律、职业行为发展规律和服务于人的终身学习理念。积极探索构建职业道德的教育理念与养成教育课程体系一体化的现代组织架构;四途径并进,创建养成教育实施路径和搭建职业道德建设保障“四平台”等途径方法。

高师院校“幼儿教师职业道德”课程教学改革的路径探索

随着社会对幼儿教师职业道德的不断重视,“幼儿教师职业道德”课程已成为高师院校学前专业的必修课,但由于教学内容、教学方式方法等存在问题,使得“幼儿教师职业道德”的课程教学效果不理想,“准幼儿教师”的职业素养较差。因此,应从优化课程内容、改革教学方式方法、强化“准幼儿教师”职业生活体验、加强隐性职业道德课程建设等方面对高师院校“幼儿教师职业道德”课程进行教学改革,整体提升“准幼儿教师”的职业道德素养。

基于思政教育驱动内生动力的专业课程教改探索——基于《数字电路基础》课程思政创新实践

当前,高校专业教育与思想政治教育呈现出人为割裂性,专业课程“思政”教学目标存在定位模糊、课程思政元素开发不足、思政“隐形”教育实际效果不佳等问题。本文围绕端正学生为国学习动机、激发学生强烈学习欲望,提升学生内在动力、厚植学生报国情怀和科学探索精神等,探索以“学生为中心”的专业课程思政教学目标定位、课程思政元素开发和教学组织方法,提出了新的思路。以《数字电路基础》课程专业思政为例,从专业课程思政元素挖掘策略、专业课程“思政”教育需立足激发内生动力、专业课程“思政”需融合科技伦理教育等方面提出理论依据和实践举措,探索将科技伦理教育和课程思政教育融合的创新模式,为促进高校专业课程思想教育打造特色提供新的途径。

中学教师工作-家庭冲突对其教学效能感的影响:道德情感的中介作用

为了探讨中学教师道德情感在工作-家庭冲突对教学效能感影响过程中的作用机制,采用工作-家庭冲突量表、教学效能感量表和教师道德情感量表并以方便抽样方式选取537名中学教师实施问卷调查。结果显示:中学教师工作-家庭冲突能显著负向预测教学效能感和道德情感,中学教师道德情感能显著正向预测教学效能感;中学教师工作-家庭冲突不仅可以直接影响教学效能感,而且可以通过道德情感的中介作用间接影响教学效能感。因此,建议通过帮助中学教师树立家庭与工作边界意识,缓解中学教师心理压力,培育积极情绪及加强教师职业素养教育等途径,改善中学教师工作-家庭冲突导致的负面影响,提升其道德情感水平,从而增强其教学效能感。

《中庸》思想在教师专业道德生成中的运用

《中庸》思考人之所以为人生成道德的特殊意义。教师工作承载着育人以德、以德促学的专业任务,蕴含反省吾身、社会交往、惠及他人等多个层面。而《中庸》思想中的“中节”强调个体内在规约,“忠恕”意在和谐人际关系,“至诚”极尽善意智慧,与教师专业道德取向正相契合。教师专业道德的生成遵循由自我内部强化到德性外部辐射的基本逻辑:“博学慎思”将专业道德知识的学习作用于教师的思维感知,重塑文化诉求的平衡;“慎独自修”使教师自觉融合外在价值刺激,浮现道德潜在意识,形成道德内驱力;“诚身明善”通过实践将教师的个体道德与社会道德相碰撞并内化合一,纾解社会交往的冲突;“至诚无息”使教师自我道德致力于外化,抚慰内心挣揣,获得卓然的专业道德境界与体验。
