This paper explores the role of guiding students to participate in skills competitions on the development of young teachers in vocational colleges.We investigate the impact of skills competitions on the consolidation of professional knowledge,development of innovation capabilities,improvement of hands-on abilities,and enhancement of communication skills with students.The results of this research demonstrate that skills competitions have a positive influence on the professional growth of young teachers.The consolidation of professional knowledge,development of innovation capabilities,improvement of hands-on abilities,and enhancement of communication skills collectively contribute to the effectiveness of young teachers in vocational colleges.It is recommended that vocational colleges prioritize and support the participation of young teachers in skills competitions to foster their professional development.

A Study on Teacher Autonomy in English Language Teacher's Professional Development in Vocational Colleges

Teacher professional development(TPD), which is related with teacher education, has been the topic of vital significance in the world educational reform. There are diverse modes and approaches of teacher development, among which, teacher autonomy(TA) is a new concept. It is relatively new and has received insufficient attention in China, especially in vocational colleges. The related research of this kind on English teachers in vocational colleges is far from enough. Based on this situation,some investigations were conducted on the topic of TA among 5 vocational colleges in Kunming, Yunnan Province. By utilizing questionnaires and interviews as the main investigation tools, the present author conducted the survey of the current situation of the English teachers' professional development and the existing problems, aiming at exploring the effective ways of promoting English language teachers'(autonomy) development in the context of vocational colleges.

College English Teachers are the main force in China's college English teaching.Their professional development has great impact on the quality of college English education.In this study,120 college English teachers in colleges and universities in Kaifeng were investigated.It revealed many problems about college English teaching staff such as unreasonable structure of professional titles,weak scientific research ability and strenuous class teaching task etc.The study analyzes the affecting factors and puts forward the corresponding strategies concerning College English Teachers' professional development.

在分析“非双高”高职院校发展困境基础上,从差异化、特色化发展视角出发,提出了“非双高”高职院校教师适应性发展必须坚守“循规”与“自为”相统一、“针对性”“动态性”与“超前性”相统一的发展理念,以及构建高职教师“三维度”结构能力发展、课程与教学发展策略。

建党以来我国高校教师专业发展制度的变迁及反思

历史制度主义者的制度变迁理论将制度分为正式制度和非正式制度,作为正式制度的教师政策等是教师专业发展制度的重要组成部分。建党以来,我国高校教师专业发展经历了干部教育、以苏为师、专业培训和师德建设等四个阶段。通过对相关政策文本的分析发现,高校教师专业发展制度变迁受宏观环境制约,体现从高度集权模式到准市场经济模式、从革命式变迁到渐进式变迁趋势。教师专业发展制度创新要实现高校、教师、教育行政部门等多方行动者的利益均衡。高校要积极疏通教育行政部门与教师对话的桥梁;教师要主动顺应制度变迁,基于高校实际探寻自我特色的发展路径。此外,教育行政部门和高校要关注制度创新的“路径依赖”现象,弱化以往教师制度中“糟粕”成分对新制度建设的影响,实现旧制度与新制度的良性衔接。

中国高校英语教师专业发展研究在国际前沿研究的影响与带动下一步步发展,慢慢形成了中国特色。通过对中国高校英语教师专业发展研究进行分门别类的描述和相应的评价,从知识结构的拓展、信息技术的融入、科研意识的作用、影响因素的推动、发展路径的丰富、实证研究的崛起等六个方面勾勒出此类研究的路径及进展,指出现有研究取得了很多标志性的成果,但也存在从理论到实践的种种问题与不足,未来需要在加强实证研究、拓宽理论渠道、扶持薄弱地区、跟踪研究热点方面取得新突破。21世纪的中国高校英语教师专业发展研究,需要在总结已有成就的基础上锐意进取,开拓创新,争取开创研究的新局面。

基于社会文化理论,运用叙事研究法,深描一位高校研究型英语教师的专业成长故事,以探究其专业发展路径。研究发现,高校研究型外语教师的发展路径驱动于外部环境刺激下的自主发展能动性,促成于外部环境中的重要他人与文献阅读中介资源,实现于学术写作、学术会议汇报、讲座分享和教学反思。根据研究对象的专业发展路径,尝试修订了适用于高校外语教师专业发展的模型图,在个人维度上,从主动发展意识变更为自主发展能动性;在外部因素维度中添加“外部环境”一项,强调外部环境的助推作用;将实践维度细分为学术写作、学术会议汇报、讲座分享和教学反思四项,凸显实操性,以期为高校新入职教师和中级职称教师群体的专业发展提供启示。

Tensions in Teachers' Conceptions of Research:Insights from College English Teaching in China

针对“1+X”证书制度下高职院校教师专业实践能力不强、专业发展目标不明确、职业生涯规划意识不强的问题,文章在对大量文献资料和“1+X”背景下培训评价组织、高职院校、专业教师进行调研分析的基础上,紧扣“1+X”制度对高职院校教师的新要求,探索适合高职院校不同层次教师专业发展的路径,如为不同层次教师的专业发展指明方向,依据证书捋清专业发展思路,不同层次教师选择不同的培训等级,完善教师管理机制等。

专业认证视域下体育师范生师德养成教育探析

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对标师范专业认证的标准和要求,系统梳理体育师范生师德养成的内涵、逻辑理路和实践策略。研究认为,体育师范生师德养成要摒弃以往强化管理、说教、劝导的培养逻辑,而遵循一种更加契合个体道德自我内在生成的养成逻辑。紧紧围绕专业认证视域下体育师范生师德发展的应然向度,构建其师德养成“价值导向-范式突破-实现向度”的内在逻辑框架。在具体实践策略上,要致力于目标导向、以体铸魂、课程建设、教育教学、考核评价、教育实践等方面的突破。

高职院校教师企业实践的困境表征与突破路径

开展企业深度实践是提高高职院校教师“双师”能力、增强教师育人水平、促进校企合作发展的重要抓手,但当前这一举措却并未发挥出应有效能。基于此,本研究借助扎根理论,从院校、企业、教师三方主体入手,从山西、浙江、河南、广东等15个省(市)选取高职院校管理者、企业管理者和高职院校教师共43人进行深入访谈,多维度了解高职院校教师企业实践的现实困境。研究发现,高职院校教师企业实践的困境表征为“制度—资源”层面的保障困境、“组织—个体”层面的选择困境、“态度—行为”层面的认同困境、“预期—现实”层面的成效困境。为此,应通过细化政策制度、拓宽主体选择、优化角色建构及开展成效评价四个方面进行困境破解与效能提升。

智能时代职业院校教师专业发展:内涵、困境及行动路径

智能时代数字技术的革新推动了职业教育的发展。教师作为职业教育主体,其专业发展内涵包括高质量培养与促进全面发展的育人观、动态生成与可持续发展的课程观、融通“教、研、创”的行业实践观。人工智能技术赋能职业教育,职业教育的运行机制发生了质的变化,无论是育人本质、教学过程,还是实践实训教师均面临困境,即智能化在一定程度上削弱教师“价值引领”功能并催生教学中人的主体性危机,智能实训平台在一定程度上增加实践教学难度。树立以学生为中心的数字化转型教育观,共建“知行合一”的智慧课程体系、联通“三位一体”的行业实践链是职业院校教师摆脱上述困境的行动路径。
